1.Application and progress of hemopoietic stem cell transplantation in treatment of liver diseases
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2009;13(45):8983-8986
Hemopoietic stem cells are mostly obtained from bone marrow, umbilical cord blood and peripheral blood.Physical status of final-stage liver disease patients is poor, and these patients hardly endures large wound. Thus,it is a potential method to harvest hepatocytes following transdifferentiation using peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. It is necessary to mobilize peripheral blood when enough stem cells are needed during peripheral blood stem call transplantation.Stem cell mobilization agent contains 3 types at present:chemotherapeutic drugs, polyanion preparation such as dextran sulphate, various recombinant human hematopoietic cell stimulating factors. For patients with severe liver disease,it is safe to use various recombinant human hematopoietic cell stimulating factors.Density gradient centrifugation is widely used to isolate hematopoietic stem cells. This method can obtain leukocytic cream that is rich of mononuclear cells, and primarily enrich CD34~+ cells. With the discovery of CD34~+ different antigenic determinant monoclonal antibody, immunological technique of exactly, abundantly, rapidly, positively sorting CD34~+ cells is developed quickly, such as solid phase sorting method and flow cytometry sorting.Utilizing the high reproductive activity and multi-directional differentiation, hematopoietic stem cells are amplified in vitro and induced to differentiate into abundantly hemopoietic progenitor cells in a short period, and into directional amplification of various cells such as hepatocytas for transplantation.Presently, bone marrow hematopeietic stem cells can successfully differentiate into hepatocytas. To judge whether differentiated cells were from infused stem cells in transplanted organs, the infused cells were commonly labeled before transplantation.Labeling method includes fluorescent labeling, specific staining, genetic mark and chromosome identification.Subsequently, this was identified using immunological, molecular biological, and fluorescence chemical techniques.Presently, hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in treatment of liver disease is mostly basic experiment, but has not been applied in clinic.

Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2014;31(6):1250-1254
It is very difficult for stroke patients to complete the action of squatting-standing because their equilibrium function ability has been seriously declined. It was necessary, therefore, to do a deep research on the action of human squatting-standing and to set up an accurate model and simulation. In our modeling research, the movements of upper limbs and head was neglected, and a seven-segment model was developed to establish the coordinate system of human squatting-standing action. It calculated the knee joint moment and hip joint moment during squatting and standing by utilizing Lagrange method, and then simulated this mathematical model by utilizing Matlab. Geometric model of human squatting-standing was developed and simulated in ADAMS which proved that the established Lagrange model was reasonable. It would also provide significant theoretical references for further study and development of squatting-standing rehabilitation training equipment.

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(02):-
Resistance to adriamycin was developed in an orignally adriamycin- sensitive strain of Ehrlich ascites carcinoma (EAC) in vivo by treament with the adriamycin during 50 weekly passages of the tumor. The results showed that the growth of the resistant line was slower than that of the EAC, total ascites cell volume, total cell number and mean single-cell volume were significantly smaller of the resistant line than those of original sensitive line. Also, itwas found the homogerously staining region and double minute chromosome in the cells of resistant line. The adriamycin-resistant tumor produced cross resistance to vincristine.mitomycin C,and actinomycin D,while section resistance to VP-16. There was no change in the sensitivity of tumor to oridonin.

Objective To investigate the role of platelet indices in the differentiation of thrombocytopenia caused by bone marrow diseases and thrombocytopenia caused by non-marrow diseases. Methods Mean platelet volume(MPV),platelet crit(PCT)and platelet size deviation width(PDW)of 76 othromboeytopenia(TP)patients,66 immune thrombocytopenia purpura(ITP)patients,8 secondary thrombocytocritpenia purpura(STP)patients,8 acquired pure megakaryocytic thrombocytopenia purpura(AATP)patients,140 malignant hematological diseases(MHD)(including acute leukemia, aplastic anemia and myelodysplastic syndromes)patients and 100 healthy people were respectively determined by blood cell analyzer Cell-Dyn 3700.Result Compared with control group, the MPV of the patients with MHD significantly decreased, and then the PDW of them increased. For patients with STP,the MVP and PDW markedly increased. The MVP of patients with AATP was normal, and PDW significantly increased. The MPV,PCT and PDW of ITP and TP showed marked difference(P<0.01).In contrast with the control group, the MPV,PCT and the PDW of patients with hemopathy and patients with ITP were remarkably different(P<0.01).Compared with the marrow TP and the non-marrow TP or control group,MPV and PDW showed significant difference(P<0.01).During the effective treatment of patients with ITP,PLT increased and then MPV and PDW decreased. Conclusion The level changes of MPV and PDW,in particular MPV can primarily judge the cause of thrombocytopenia (MPV<reference value as caused by bone marrow diseases but MPV>reference value as caused by bone marrow diseases). In addition, during the effective treatment of patients with ITP,with changes of MPV and PDW present 5 days earlier than that of PLT,may used to observe the therapeutic effect.Myelodysplastic syndromedynamic observation of the platelet parameter helps for the differential diagnosis, judgment of the states of the diseases and observation of the effectiveness of therapy of ITP.

Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(31):2396-2399
Objective Mining and exploring the positive experience of family caregivers of diabetic foot, aims to deepen the conceptual framework of positive aspects of caregiving and to provide a basis for interventions. Methods A qualitative study design was used guided by the conceptual framework of positive aspects of caregiving.Ten family caregivers of patients with diabetic foot were surveyed. The Colaizzi qualitative analysis method and the framework method were used to analysis the qualitative data. Results The caregivers′positive experience was described from 4 aspects:quality of caregiver/care receiver daily relationship, caregiver′s feeling of accomplishment, meaning of the caregiver′s role in daily life and the caregivers′gain. The caregivers′positive experience was influenced by the caregiver′s sense of self-efficacy and the enrichment events in daily life. Conclusions Family caregivers of diabetic foot get positive experiences in caregiving. The conceptual framework of positive aspects of caregiving explains the relationship between caregivers′positive experience and the determine factors, and it will be helpful to the designing and implementing of interventions. The positive experience should be considered when an intervention program will be conducted for supporting family caregivers.
