Objective To investigate the application value of CT perfusion imaging (CTPI) combined with CT angiography (CTA) for determination and diagnosis of transient ischemic attack (TIA).Methods Totally 50 TIA patients from April 2014 to April 2016 in the neurology department of some hospital underwent examinations by CT scan,CTPI and CTA in time, and the values of cerebral blood volume (CBV),cerebral blood flow (CBF),mean transit time (MTT) and time to peak (TTP) were calculated at the uninjured and injured sides of the areas of interest. The relationship between cerebral blood perfusion and cerebral angiostenosis of the TIA patient was analyzed. Results The 50 patients had the values of CBF and CBV at the injured sides lower while the ones of MTI and TTP higher than those at the uninjured sides (P<0.05).The numbers of the abnormal cerebral blood perfusion patients found by CT scan,CTPI and CTA were 28 (56.00%),45 (90.00%) and 38 (76.00%) respectively, who were confirmed clinically simultaneously. There were significant differences between the TIA positive result rates by CT scan,CTPI and CTA (P<0.05).Conclusion Carotid artery hypoperfusion is one of the pathogeneses of TIA,and positive rate by CTPI is closely related to the conditions of TIA.CTPI combined with CTA contributes to the diagnosis of TIA,and can be used for its individualized treatment.

Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of synchronous observation on bone marrow biopsy, bone marrow smear and peripheral blood smear in stubborn hematonosis. Methods Thirty-seven patients with difficult and complicated hematologic diseases were detected by peripheral blood smear, bone marrow smear and bone marrow biopsy. Those slides and smears were observed. Results The 37 cases with blood disease was diagnosed of aplastic anemia in 3 cases,5 cases of myelodysplastic syndrome,6 cases of primary myelofibrosis,13 cases of secondary myelofibrosis,7 cases of lymphoma with bone marrow infiltration and 3 cases of metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow. In the diagnosis of aplastic anemia, myelodysplastic syndrome, primary and secondary myelofibrosis, lymphoma and metastatic carcinoma of bone marrow diagnosis, bone marrow biopsy is superior to smear. Conclusion Bone marrow biopsy, bone marrow smear and peripheral blood smear synchronous observation can effectively increase the diagnostic rate, decrease misdiagnosis rate, and correctly identify the stage of the disease.

Objective To investigate the electromyngraphy eharacteristies of Parkinsen's disease (PD) by studying tremor frequency, intensity and drug response. Methods Sixty-six patients with PD hospitalized during March 2005 to May 2006 were re-evaluated and recruited into the study. A ten-channel electromyography recorded the frequency and intensity of the rest tremor and postural tremor. Tremor analysis soft was used to statistically analyze differences between the two types of tremor, correlation between the frequency and intensity, and changes after regular administration of dopaminergic medication. Results The frequencies of rest tremor ((4. 79±0.69 ) Hz) and postural tremor ( (5.54±1.18) Hz ) showed statistical differences (F = 33.5, P<0. 01), but the intensity of rest tremor (0.016-421.700 (rag)2) and postural tremor (0.062-217.900 (mg)2) didn't show statistical differences (F=1.917, P>0.05 ). No regression relation was revealed between the frequency and intensity of tremor (r=0.09, P>0.05). After dopaminergic medication treatment, the intensity declined significantly from 0.016-421.700 (mg)2 to 0.027-82.200 (mg)2(F=5.179,P <0.05), but the difference of frequencies of tremor between before ( (5.09±0.85) Hz) and after treatment ( (5.20 ± 1.08 )Hz) was not significant (F = 0.474, P > 0.05). Conclusions There may be different mechanisms for the rest tremor and postural tremor in PD. There is no correlation identified between the frequency and intensity in PD and this is may be resulted from variability of tremor intensity. Dopaminergic can relieve the symptom of tremor, but it doesn't reduce the frequency of tremor.

L-tryptophan, one of the aromatic amino acids, is widely used in the fields of medicine, food and feed additives. The phosphoenolpyruvate-carbohydrate phosphotransferase system (PTS) plays an important role in glucose transport and phosphorylation in Escherichia coli. PTS-mediated regulation dominates the carbohydrates' uptake and metabolism in E. coli. We constructed L-tryptophan-producing bacteria containing two typical PTS mutations (ptsHIcrrglf⁻ glk⁺ and ptsG⁻) by Red homologous recombination system, and studied in 50 L jar fermenter using fed-batch fermentation. Both PTS system mutants had a great impact on the biomass (increasing 47.0% and 17.6%, respectively), L-tryptophan production (increasing 25.9% and 9.4%, respectively), glucose conversion rate (increasing 26.5% and 17.4%, respectively) and byproduct acetic acid generation (slightly increased and decreased, respectively).

OBJECTIVETo investigate the effect of patulin producing strains on the different Chinese medicinal materials and the toxin biosynthesis mechanism.
METHODMicrobiology and HPLC analytical methods were adopted in this paper.
RESULTIt was showed that the materials rich in starch and other polysaccharides were easily polluted by the patulin producing strain. This strain grew well and produced more toxins under 25 degrees C, 95% moisture content and bulk package. And the effect of low illumination intensity on the strain growth and toxin biosynthesis was not notable. Sample stability, precision, repeatability and rate of recovery were studied. HPLC analytic method was established and it revealed that the test method was suitable.
CONCLUSIONThe pollution of Chinese medicinal materials by toxin producing microbes will be effectively controlled through establishing the suitable storage methods. So the study on the growing characteristics and toxin biosynthesis mechanism of toxin producing strains will be an important practical significance for controlling the toxin pollution of herbal medicines and contribute to establish the evaluation system of Chinese medicine safety.

OBJECTIVETo investigate the chemical constituents of an endophytic fungus, Nodulisporium sp. A4, from the medicinal plant Aquilaria sinensis and search for antitumor natural products.
METHODThe fungus was cultured in liquid medium and extracted with EtOAc. The compounds were isolated by various chromatographic methods (silica gel, reverse silica gel, Sephadex-LH20, preparative TLC and so on) and recrystallization. Structural elucidation was conducted by extensive analysis of spectroscopic data as well as by comparison with literature reports. The antitumor activity of isolated compounds was tested by MTT method in vitro.
RESULTSeven compounds were isolated and identified from the broth culture, their structures were determined to be 5-methyl-2-vinyltetrahydrofuran-3-ol (1), 6-methyl-2-(5-methyl-5-vinyltetrahydrofuran-2-yl) hept-5-en-2-ol (2), 6alpha-hydroxycyclonerolidol (3), rel-(1S,4S, 5R,7R,10R)-10-desmethyl-1-methyl-11-eudesmene (4), tyrosol (5), 8-methoxynaphthalen-1-ol (6), and 1,8-dimethoxynaphthalene (7). Three compounds were isolated and identified from the mycelia as ergosterol (8), ergosterol peroxide (9), and cerevisterol (10). The in vitro pharmalogical evaluation results displayed that compounds 3 and 4 showed 89.1%, 44.2% and 82.3%, 79.8% inhibition against tumor cell lines SF268 and NCI-H460 at 100 mg x L(-1), respectively.
CONCLUSIONCompound 1 was a new natural product, compounds 2, 3, 7 and 10 were reported from the genus Nodulisporium sp. for the first time. Compounds 3 and 4 exhibited weak inhibitory effects on the proliferation of tumor cell lines SF268 and NCI-H460.
