Chinese Journal of Postgraduates of Medicine 2010;33(33):19-21
Objective To estimate abortion ways and announcements of early-staged gestation termination in lactation scarred uterus. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on clinical date of 312 early-staged gestation termination cases in lactation scarred uterus. These cases were divided into three groups based on abortion ways: induced abortion group (group A,92 cases), drugs abortion group (group B,98 cases), misoprostol combined uterine aspiration group (group C,122 cases). The abortive efficiency, operation time, operative bleeding, colporrhagia time, postoperative infection and drug adverse reaction were observed and compared. Results Complete abortion rates in group A (97.8%,90/92) and group C(99.2%,121/122) were significantly higher than that in group B (77.6% ,76/98),colporrhagia times in group A [(5.9 ± 1.1) d] and group C [(5.6 ± 1.2) d] were significantly lower than that in group B [(12.4 ± 1.8) d],postoperative infection and drug adverse reaction rate were lower in group A and group C, with significant difference compared to group B (P < 0.05). The operation time was shorter, bleeding was less,third-grade pain rate was lower in group C, there was significant difference between group A and group C (P < 0.05).Conclusions Misoprostol combined uterine aspiration terminated early-staged gestation in lactation scarred uterus is effective and safe, makes the operation easy and simple, decreases the blood loss. The influence to mother and infant is smaller, it is the best abortion style.
2.Exploration on psychological status of the primipara and gravida with second child
China Medical Equipment 2017;14(8):144-147
Objective:To explore the status and characteristic of psychology for primipara and gravida with second child so as to improve psychological status of them and take them keep positive mentality in whole gestation. Methods: 176 gravidas randomly were selected in this study, and a self-designed questionnaire of psychology was applied to evaluate and compare the psychological status and self-care capacity between primipara and gravida with second child by using method of questionnaire survey. The primipara and gravida with second child were implemented hierarchical management depended on their differently psychological problem, and personalized intervening measurement was adopted to enhance their self-care capacity. Results: The psychological enduring capacity, self-care capacity and the ability of deal with problem about interpersonal relationship of gravidas with second child were obviously better than that of primiparas, while the neglect degree for antenatal care of them was higher than that of primiparas. Conclusion: The whole society should pay attention to the process for gestation of pregnant woman, and give them higher social support so as to promote the maternal and child health and effectively decrease the occurrence rate of delivery risk.

Objective:To investigate effect of curcumin on serum gelatinases level in patients with unstable angina pectoris (UAP). Methods:A total of 80 UAP patients admitted from January 2010 to September 2010 were enrolled and randomly divided into curcumin treatment group (n=40) and routine treatment control group (n=40). Serum levels of gelatinases [contain matrix metalloproteinase (MMP)-2 and -9] of the two groups were measured before and 30d after treatment. Results: Compared with before treatment , after treatment, serum levels of gelatinases significantly decreased [MMP-2:(52.64±6.77)ng/ml vs.(32.65±1.67)ng/ml,MMP-9:(56.75±7.34)ng/ml vs.(35±1.88)ng/ml]in curcumin treatment group (P<0.01), and they were significantly lower than those of routine treatment control group[MMP-2:(32.65±1.67)ng/ml vs.(37.78±2.76)ng/ml,MMP9:(35±1.88)ng/ml vs.(40.23±1.95)ng/ml]],P<0.05. Conclusion:Curcumin could decrease serum levels of gelatinases in patients with unstable angina pectoris, and possesses effect stabilizing coronary artery plaque.

Chinese Journal of Perinatal Medicine 2010;13(5):390-393
Objective To explore the correlated factors of bilirubin neurotoxicity. Methods From July 2007 to October 2007, 53 hospitalized patients with jaundice in neonatal ward of Peking University Third Hospital were enrolled in the study. The relationship between serum free bilirubin and parameters of brainstem auditory evoked potential(BAEP) was analyzed to screen the sensitive index of bilirubin neurotoxicity. Multivariate analysis was conducted between the sensitive parameter and various factors. Results Partial correlation analysis showed that the wave Ⅴ latency was positively correlated to serum free bilirubin(r=0. 228, P= 0. 020) after the corrected gestational age was controlled. There were no correlation between other latencies or interwave intervals and serum free bilirubin. Linear regression showed the equation was wave Ⅴ latency= 9.721-0. 082 × corrected gestational age+0. 064 × bilirubin/albumin+ 0. 504 × acidemia(F= 7. 534, P<0.01). Conclusions Wave Ⅴ latency is the sensitive indicator of bilirubin neurotoxicity, which is correlated with the value of bilirubin/albumin and acidemia.

AIM:To observe the effect of Rheum emodi Wall on expess level of TNF-?、IL-1? and IL-6 on acute ischemic stroke(ACI)at high altitude. METHODS: 65 patients aith ACI at high altitude(2 260 m)were randomly divided into treatment group(34) and control groups(31).both groups received danshen-safflower injection.Meanwhile treatment group took Rheum emodi decoction orally for 4 weeks, while control group doesn't.Serum levels of TNF-?、IL-1? and IL-6 were measured by radioimmumoassay. RESULTS: The treatment group showed much higher rates of improvement than control group(88.24%;70.97%)after weeks.Serum levels of TNF-?、IL-1? and IL-6 decreased significantly in patients with ACI at treatment group as compared with those of control group. CONCLUSION: Rheum emodi Wall can improve the nervous function of ACI by reducing TNF-?、IL-1? and IL-6 content in serun.

Chinese Journal of Radiology 1999;0(10):-
Objective To assess the effect of the gamma knife radiosurgery (GKS) for acoustic neuromas, and to analyze the MRI features of the tumors after GKS. Methods GKS was performed in 309 patients with acoustic neuromas from December 1994 to December 2002 at our center. The Leksell Gamma Knife models B and C were used. 249 cases with 256 tumors were followed up with MRI, which included 107 males and 142 females. The median age of the patients was 48.7?14.2 years (10-77 years). GKS was applied as primary treatment for 189 cases (75.9%), and was an adjunctive management approach for 60 cases (24.1%). The median clinical follow-up period and radiological follow-up period was (26.4?21.3) months (6-101 months) and (22.4?19.0) months (6-93 months), respectively. Results Of the 256 tumors, 79 tumors (30.8%) regressed, 165 tumors (64.5%) remained stable, 12 tumors (4.7%) enlarged, and the overall tumor control rate was 95.3%. Among 30 tumors of NF-Ⅱ , 8 tumors (26.6%) regressed, 19 tumors (63.4) remained stable, and 3 tumors (10.0%) enlarged, and tumor control rate was 90%. The rate of hearing deterioration was 22.7%, the rate of permanent facial paralysis was 0%, the rate of transient facial paralysis was 5.9%, and the incidence of transient trigeminal neuropathies was 19.9%. On the image of follow-up MRI, 79 tumors (30.0%) showed loss of contrast enhancement (LOE). LOE was the imaging property of neuromas on follow-up MRI, which symbolized a chronic decrease in the vascularity of neuromas. The histological findings of LOE demonstrated radiation-induced tumor necrosis. The transient swelling of tumors could not be confounded with the growth of tumors. Conclusion GKS is confirmed to be an effective treatment for acoustic neuromas and plays an important role in the control of NF―Ⅱ, and GKS can prevent cranial nerve from injury to a great extent.
