Objective To explore the effect of meropenem on the treatment of children with severe infection and the effect on the level of PCT.MethodsThe clinical data of patients with infectious diseases treated in our hospital from December 2013 to February 2016 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the anti infective drugs were divided into control group and observation group, the control group was given routine antibiotic treatment, the observation group was given meropenem treatment.The treatment effect of the two groups were observed, the difference of serum PCT, cytokine level and blood gas indexes before and after treatment in the two groups were compared, correlation analysis with PCT level and serum levels of inflammatory cytokines and blood indexes of severe infection.ResultsIn the control group, 50 cases were successful, the observation group was successful in the treatment of the patients, there were no significant differences in the success rate between the two groups.Two groups of patients before treatment PCT and inflammatory cytokines level no difference, after treatment, the observation group PCT, IL-18, IL-6 and hs-CRP levels were lower than the control group;Two groups of children before treatment blood gas index no difference, after treatment, the observation group SpO2 level higher than the control group, P ETCO2 level was lower than the control group.PCT levels in children with severe infection were positively correlated with IL-18, IL-6, hs-CRP and P ETCO2 levels and negatively correlated with SpO2 levels.ConclusionMeropenem has better therapeutic effect in the treatment of children with severe infection, can significantly reduce the serum PCT level, has the value of clinical application.

The aims of this study were to compare the inhibitory effect of nimesulide and indomethacin on gastric cancer cells, to investigate the effect of nimesulide on SGC7901 and 7901-AS, and to evaluate its probable mechanism. After incubated with nimesulide (0～200?mol/L) or indomethacin (0～25?mol/L), the proliferation of gastric cancer cells was measured by MTT assay. The cell cycle of SGC7901, 7901-P, 7901-AS was respectively observed after being incubated with nimesulide and vehicle control, by using fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS). Ultramicrostructure of gastric cancer cells (SGC7901,7901-AS,SGC7901+nimesulide) was observed by electronmicroscopy. The results showed that by MTT assay nimesulide, as indomethacin, had dose-dependent inhibitory effects on proliferation of gastric cancer cells. Objective To compare the effect of seven commonly used nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) on proliferation, apoptosis, and neoplasmagenesis of gastric cancer cells in vivo. Methods Gastric cancer cell lines were treated with NSAIDs (aspirin 0-400 ?mol/L, indomethacin 0-25 ?mol/L, and ibuprofen, naproxen, sulindac, nimesulide, celecoxib 0-200 ?mol/L, respectively). Proliferation of the cells was detected by using MTT assay. Apoptosis of cells was measured by using fluorescence activated cell sorter (FACS). Nude mice bearing gastric cancer xenografts were administrated with NSAIDs (indomethacin 3 mg/kg, sulindac 8 mg/kg, nimesulide 6 mg/kg, celecoxib 15 mg/kg) for 30 days, and then the weight of implanted tumors was measured. Results There was a dose dependent inhibition of cell proliferation by majority of NSAIDs used, celecoxib the most, except for ibuprofen and naproxen. In nude mice, NSAIDs also showed a suppressive effect on tumor growth with inhibitory rate of celecoxib as (93.8?0.97)%, nimesulide (93.1?1.78)%, indomethacin (89.9?5.61)% and sulindac (89.3 ? 2.07)%. Once incubated with celecoxib and indomethacin, the gastric cancer cells went to apoptosis with an increase in percentage of apoptotic cells up to 30.4% and 23.9%, respectively. Conclusions Many NSAIDs, celecoxib in particular, appeared to be suppressive to gastric cancer cells with exception for ibuprofen and naproxen. Induction of apoptosis might be one of the mechanisms that NSAIDs inhibit gastric cancer.

Objective To analysis the effective ingredients in Huanglianjiedu decoction under different decocting conditions. Methods The detecting method of HPLC was established and the ingredients in Huanglianjiedu decoction under different decocting time and times were analyzed. Result Water- soluble glycoside of gardenoside and baicalin reached balance of dissolution within 20 min and their dissolution rate were about 82% and 60% respectively. Water-soluble alkaloids of berberine and palmatine reached balance of dissolution within 30 min and their dissolution rate were about 45%. The dissolution rate of wogonin was 31% at 60 min. The dissolution rate of Crocin-Ⅰ reached top at 20 min and fell down after 20 min. Decocting times for fat-soluble constitutes was more important than water-soluble constitutes. Conclusion The decocting condition has effect on the dissolution rate and stability of the ingredients in Huanglianjiedu decoction. The decocting condition is very important to the quality control of decoction.

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo Recipe in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hypertension, to provide more basis for clinical treatment.Methods64 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension were selected in our hospital from July 2014 to November 2015.They were divided into two groups, each group was 32.The control group was treated with western medicine, the observation group was treated with Bushen Huoxue Tongluo recipe, and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed and compared.ResultsThe total effective rate of the two groups has significantly difference, and the incidence of complications of the two groups also has statistical difference (P<0.05).ConclusionThe treatment of Bushen Huoxue Tongluo recipein in type 2 diabetes with hypertension, has good effect, was very useful to change symptoms of patients, improve the clinical treatment effect of patients.It is conducive to the recovery of patient.

Objective To investigate the effect of apatinib on the proliferation,apoptosis and migration of pancreatic cancer cell line AsPC-1 in vitro.Methods Pancreatic cancer AsPC-1 cells were treated by apatinib in different concentrations.Cell proliferation and apoptosis were measured by CCK-8 and flow cytometry,and the effect of apatinib on cell migration ability was observed by wound healing assay.Results In control and 10,20,30,40 and 50umol/L apatinib treatment group,the inhibitory rates of AsPC-1 cells were 0,(1.45 ±0.68)％,(16.92±0.70)％,(23.84±0.84)％,(34.35±1.55)％ and (37.33± 0.81) ％,respectively.Cell proliferation was obviously inhibited by apatinib as the concentration increased,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In control and 20,40 umol/L apatinib treatment group,the apoptotic rates were (9.44 ± 0.18) ％,(16.62 ± 0.19) ％ and (25.42 ± 0.41) ％,respectively.Number of apoptotic cells was obviously increased by apatinib as the concentration increased,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).In control and 20,40 umol/L apatinib treatment group,the migration ability was (29.5 ± 0.7) ％,(17.4 ± 0.9) ％ and (6.6 ± 0.5) ％,which was greatly decreased as the concentration increased,and the differences were statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Apatinib can effectively inhibit the proliferation and migration of pancreatic cancer AsPC-1 cells and induce apoptosis.

Objective To explore the nursing after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects. Methods 12 cases with finger pulp defect accepted the free great toe fibular flap were reviewed. Results All flaps survived and no vascular crisis occurred. The flap shaped well, and the skin sweated and the two point discrimination was 4-6 mm. Conclusion Close monitoring and appropriate is important after free great toe fibular flap transplant to repair finger pulp defects.

A 44-year-old male presented with a neoplasm on the buccal side of the right nasolabial fold for more than two months.Dermatological examination showed a hemispherical bulge sized 1.5 cm × 1.5 cm with central crater-like ulceration on the buccal side of the right nasolabial fold,as well as a crescent-shaped elevation measuring 1.5 cm × 2.5 cm above the hemispherical lesion.Histopathology of the hemispherical lesion revealed irregularly downward proliferation of epidermis,crater-like holes filled with eosinophilic keratinous plug in the center which were surrounded by collar-shaped epithelial cell projections.Small neutrophil abscesses were found in the clumps of epithelial cells,and massive lymphocyte infiltration with a clear bottom boundary was observed around the proliferating epithelial cells.Histopathologic examination of the crescent lesion showed multiple irregularly-shaped lobular-like structures of various sizes with sebaceous glands at different degrees of maturity in the mid dermis,which were surrounded by proliferating connective tissue.Immunohistochemical studies showed that the squamous cells stained positive for cytokeratin (CK),CK5,CK14,CK17,carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and epithelial membrane antigen (EMA) in the keratoacanthoma,and the sebaceous cells for CK,CK5,CK14 and EMA in the sebaceous adenoma.The pathological diagnosis was keratoacanthoma and sebaceous adenoma.The patient was diagnosed with moderately and poorly differentiated rectal adenocarcinoma in 2008.A diagnosis of Muir-Torre syndrome presenting as keratoacanthoma and sebaceous adenoma was finally made.

Objective To explore the effects of virtual reality (VR) combined with motor imagery therapy on the upper limb function of hemiplegic stroke survivors.Methods Thirty-nine hemiplegic stroke patients were divided randomly into a treatment group (n =20) and a control group (n =19).Both groups were treated with motor imagery therapy,but the treatment group also received VR training lasting 20 min/day,6 days/week for 8 weeks.All of the patients were assessed with the Fugl-Meyer (FMA) upper limb assessment,the modified Barthel index (MBI) and electromyography at the beginning and after eight weeks of treatment.Results Before the intervention there was no significant difference between the groups in any of the assessments.After eight weeks of treatment,all the assessment results in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group.Conclusion Virtual reality combined with motor imagery therapy can distinctly improve the upper limb motor function of hemiplegic stroke survivors and their ability in the activities of daily living.

A method was developed for determination of 12 kinds of phosphate compounds in water and sediment by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) coupled with solid phase extraction (SPE) and ultrasonic extraction.The water samples were concentrated by HLB solid-phase extraction (SPE) column and eluted twice with ethyl acetate, ultrasonic solvent extraction for sediment samples and then repeated the operation of water samples after diluted with deionized water.The sample were separated on a ZORBAX Eclipse Plus C18 (150 mm × 2.1 mm, 3.5 μm) column by a gradient elution with 0.2% formic acid aqueous solution and methanol as the mobile phase.Ion mode analysis was monitored by high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometer (MRM).The target compounds were quantified by external standard method.At the spiked levels (0.05, 0.1 and 0.5 μg/L), the average recoveries of 12 kinds of OPEs in water samples ranged from 66.4% to 115%, except for TMP (28.5%-47.8%) and TEHP (22.4%-73.8%).The relative standard deviation RSD (n=3) was 0.5%-9.09%, and the method quantification (MOQ) was 0.001-0.05 μg/L, However at the spiked levels of 5, 10 and 50 μg/kg, the average recoveries of 12 kinds of OPEs in sediment samples ranged from 65.4% to 120.0%, except for TMP (35.7%-44.9%) and TCEP (31.2%-48.9%).The relative standard deviation RSD (n=3) was 0.01%-9.54%, and the MOQ for sediment was 0.02-2.0 μg/kg dw.Based on the above methods, the detection and analysis of the targets in the water and sediments samples of Taihu Lake were carried out.The results showed that the concentrations of ΣOPEs were 0.1-1.7 μg/L and 8.1-420 μg/(kg dw), respectively.
