In the planned economic system, the old ways of management of college students domitories have existed for tens of years. But there are some problems which hamper the training of creative and high-quality talents. After the socialization of university rear service, it is necessary to strengthen the management of students community, speed up its construction, improve the quality of campus culture and provide good services. This will be probed in the article.
