Objective To improve the practicability of nursing trolley through renovating its primary structure,and to avoid danger of cross contamination in operative procedure.Methods Multifunctional nursing trolley was renovated based on the new idea of nursing supervision and our clinical requirement.Results Multifunctional nursing trolley obtained a national practical new type patent and gained satisfactory clinical results.Conclusion With reasonable structure,multifunctional nursing trolley is convenient and practical.Its clinical application is desirable.

Adherence refers to the extent to which a patient′s behavior coincides with medical advice without missing a dose or overdosing and taking drugs at the right time. Good adherence could assure the effect of the therapy and reduce neoplasm metastasis and recurrence as well. In this article, status of oral chemotherapy adherence in cancer patients, impact factors and measurement tools had been reviewed. Adherence of oral chemotherapy in cancer patients and measurement tools of oral chemotherapy adherence needed further study. Besides, nursing should also focus on impact factors of the adherence of cancer patients during the oral chemotherapy, and take effective interventions to improve the adherence, so as to ensure the effect of chemotherapy, and improve the survival rate of cancer patients.

Objective To explore the psychologically adaptive process of landless farmers in urbanization after their lands were expropriated. MethodsBased on literatures analysis, the case study of community where landless farmers live was conducted. ResultsSocial mentality of landless farmers varied across different periods since new China set up,and the psychologically adaptive process of landless farmers in urbanization involve in many aspects such as changing of social role,psychological adjustation for obtaining employment,and accustoming to urban culture. ConclusionIt is suggested that training and instruction for improving citizenizing process of landless farmers should be offered.

Objective To improve the quality of first aid,raise the working efficiency of nurses,make the management of endemic area crash truck more standard,scientific and simple and provide swift medical care to patients in emergency.Methods An endemic area crash truck is developed in accordance with the rule and regime of first aid item.Results Endemic area crash truck was given a national practical newtype patent and was carried out in hospitals.Conclusion Endemic area crash truck has a reasonable construction and can be locked by one time lock.It greatly shorten the time for handing over and counting by nurses,which elevates the efficiency of nurses and guarantee the management quality of first aid item.

OBJECTIVE:To investigate the cognition of medical staff's cognition on clinical pharmaceutical care.METHODS:A total of 105 questionnaires collected from the doctors and nurses were subjected to an aggregate analysis in terms of their ultimate educational background,professional title,working lifetime,cognition on clinical pharmaceutical care etc.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:Doctors and nurses had positive attitude toward clinical pharmacy care and it is greatly demanded in drug use.Clinical pharmaceutical staff should keep improving their expertise level and strengthen cooperation with medical staff so as to facilitate the development of clinical pharmaceutical care.

Objective To explore the variation of serum D-lactic acid levels and the correlation between different intestinal viral and intestinal barrier function in children with hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD). Methods The stools of 129 children with HFMD were collected and were detected by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. The children were divided into four groups according the fecal pathogens detection:enterovirus 71 (EV71) positive group, Coxsackie virus A16 (CoxA16) positive group, other intestinal virus positive group (EA positive group), and no intestinal virus group (EA negative group). Two ml venous blood and separation serum was collected in each group of children, and the level of serum D-lactic acid was detected further. Results There were 20 cases of other Coxsackie virus, and they were not grouped. Fifty-seven patients were in EV71 positive group, 26 patients were in CoxA16 positive group, 10 patients were in EA positive group, and 16 patients were in EA negative group. The level of D- lactic acid in four groups was 26.28 (17.02- 58.01), 14.43 (8.93- 20.66), 10.66 (6.64- 18.51) and 14.07 (11.83- 27.46) mg/L. The results of rank test showed the level of D-lactic in EV71 positive group was significantly higher than that in EA positive group (Z=-2.432, P=0.015) and EA negative group (Z=-3.092, P=0.002). Conclusions D-lactic acid level increases significantly in EV71 infection children and suggests that the illness is more serious and the intestinal barrier is damaged. Doctors should pay more attention to monitor and protect gastrointestinal function of children with HFMD.

Objective To investigate several related problems possibly affecting the measurement results in the experiment of 125I-FSH in vitro cells uptake by domestic GC-1200 gamma RIA counter.Methods Before entering the measuring room,the sample was performed the background measurement.CPM measured in the different locations of same measurement frame and the different locations in unmeasured area were performed the statistical comparison.Results In high count,the influence of single sample reaching 1.9 ×106CPM on the adjacent low counting tube count was 7%;its influence on low counting tube count in adjacent detector was 7.33%;all samples were arranged from high to low order and the high count sample holder was placed on the measured location close to the detector,its influence on low counting tube count was 5.33%.Conclusion The domestic GC-1200 γ RIA counter is suitable for the measurement of the in vitro cell uptake experiment of 125I nuclear labeling.

Objective To explore the effect of competency based education (CBE) in the nursing training of GNS (gerontological nurse specialist).Method The CBE was used in the nursing training of GNS and the differences in knowledge and nursing skills,ability in nursing training,and aiblity in organization and scienticific research.Result After the training,the GSN was above 80 in knowledge and skills,ability in nursing training,ability in organization and scientific research and self-assessment better than that before training (P＜0.05).Conclusion The CBE for the nursing training can upgrade the abilities in the GSN in the aspects of knowledge and skills,nursing training,organization and scientific research so that they become more competent in the gerontological nursing.

Objective To explore the correlation of oral chemotherapy adherence and illness perception among colorectal cancer patients at different stages of chemotherapy in order to provide evidence for improving oral chemotherapy adherence among colorectal cancer patients in clinical practice.Methods A prospective longitudinal study was employed.Convenience sampling was used to recruit 132 cases of colorectal cancer patients.Data of general information,oral chemotherapy adherence and illness perception were collected by questionnaire.Results At different stages of chemotherapy,patient's score of oral chemotherapy adherence were 7.24±1.15,6.97±1.43,6.95± 1.17;patients' illness perception scores were 40.12±9.47,39.91±8.65,37.01±6.83.Oral chemotherapy adherence was negatively correlated with illness perception (r=-0.225,P＜0.05;r=-0.279,P＜0.01;r=-0.277,P＜0.01).Conclusion Higher level of patient's illness perception was related to worse oral chemotherapy adherence.Nurses should instruct patients to understand the disease and the treatment correctly,to reduce the adverse impact on patients' life and emotion,and to improve patients' compliance with oral chemotherapy.

Objective To observe the effect of liraglutide, an analogue of glucagon like peptide-1 (GLP-1), on the expression of PDX-1 gene in the islet beta cells of type 2 diabetes rats. Methods Sixty male SD rats were divided into 3 groups:normal control group, diabetic model group and GLP-1 group. Normal control group was given normal diet and diabetic model group and GLP-1 group were given high fat diet. After the eighth weekend, the high fat diet group was intraperitoneally injected with streptozotocin (STZ) 30 mg/(kg·bw), and the GLP-1 group was subcutaneously injected with liraglutide 200μg/kg with 2 times per day for 8 weeks. The other groups were treated with normal saline by subcutaneous injection. Real-time fluorescent quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (Real-Time RT-PCR) was used to detect the expression of PDX-1 gene in rat pancreatic islet cells. Results The expressions of PDX-1 mRNA in the GLP-1 group and untreated group were significantly lower (P <0.001) than that in the normal control group, but significantly higher than that after GLP-1treatment (P < 0.001). Conclusion GLP-1 can upregulate the expression of PDX-1 gene in the islet beta cells of type 2 diabetes rats.
