0.5).The positive rate of mixing infection due to Mycoplasma+Gardnerella,Candida+Gardnerella,T.vaginitis accompanied with Gardnerella and Mycoplasma,Candida accompanied with Gardnerella and Mycoplasma was 46.7%,23.4%,16.9% and 12.9%,respectively.CONCLUSIONS Urogenital infection is prevalent among 21-60 yeas old females.Mycoplasma,Gardnerella and Candida are the major pathogens.The cross infection is serious in gynecologic infections.
2.Relationship among Cancer-Related Fatigue,Coping Style and Quality of Life in Patients of Breast Cancer with Chemotherapy

Objective:To explore the relationship among the cancer-related fatigue,coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods:A total 120 female breast cancer patients were selected as the subjects.The instrument used for data collection was a questionnaire that was composed of four parts:the demographic data form,the Revised Piper Fatigue Scale (PFS),Jalowiec Coping Scale (JCS),Quality of Life Questionnaire-Core 30 (QLQ-C30),and Quality of Life Questionnaire-Breast 23 (QLQ-BR23).The statistical software SPSS was used for data analysis.Cancer-related fatigue,coping styles,quality of life and their related factors were determined by nonparametric tests.Spearman correlation coefficient was used to investigate the relationship among cancer-related fatigue,coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy.Results:There was a significant negative moderate correlation between cancer-related fatigue and the quality of life (r=-0.24,P<0.01),and negative correlation between cancer-related fatigue and the total health status (r=-0.39,P<0.01).The positive coping styles including optimistic and confronting were negatively correlated with cancer-related fatigue (r=-0.25,-0.18,Ps<0.05),and were positively related to the functional domain of quality of life(r=0.35,0.21, Ps<0.05).The positive coping styles including emotive,fatalistic,and palliative were positively correlated with cancer-related fatigue (r=0.25,0.18,and 0.28, Ps<0.05),and were negatively correlated with the functional domain of quality of life (r=-0.40,-0.32,Ps<0.05),and emotive and fatalistic were positively related to the symptomatic domain of quality of life(r=0.40,0.28,Ps<0.05).Conclusion:There exists a certain degree of correlation among cancer-related fatigue,coping styles and quality of life in breast cancer patients with chemotherapy,which may guide the clinical care.
3.quality standard for Compound Bushen Granule

Objective: To establish the quality control standards for Compound Bushen Granule (CBG) (Radix Astagali, Fructus Psoraleae Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Lycii, etc.). Methods: Radix Astragali, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Lycii in CBG were identified by TLC, and the content of psoralen and isopsoralen were determined by HPLC. Results: Radix Astragali, Semen Cuscutae, Fructus Lycii could be identified by TLC, the psoralen showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0153?g~0.230?g, r=0.9999 , the average recovery was 102.4%, and RSD was 2.7%, respectively; the isopsoralen showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.0183?g~0.275?g, r=0.9999, the average recovery was 102.4%, and RSD was 2.7% , respectively. Conclusion: The method is accurate and can be used for the quality control of Compound Bushen Granule.
4.Compatible Stability of Fructose Injection with 5 Kinds of Drugs

OBJECTIVE:To determine compatible stability of Fructose injection mixed with 5 kinds of drugs respectively,i.e. cefradine for injection,ribavirin injection,aciclovir for injection and levofloxacin hydrochloride for injection,penicillin for injection. METHODS:UV spectrophotometry was applied to investigate appearance,pH value,content and insoluble particle of mixtures. RESULTS:There was no significant change in respect of appearance,pH value and content after Fructose injection mixed with cefradine for injection,ribavirin injection,aciclovir for injection,penicillin for injection respectively. Results of study showed good compatible stability of mixtures. The content and pH value were decreased after Fructose injection mixed with levofloxacin hydrochloride for injection and precipitation was found in mixture. CONCLUSION:Fructose injection mixed with cefradine for injection,ribavirin injection,aciclovir for injection,penicillin for injection are stable and reliable. It should be careful to apply the mixture of Fructose injection with levofloxacin hydrochloride for injection.

6.Analysis on 286 ADR Cases Reports in Our Hospital

OBJECTIVE: To investigate the characteristics and regularity of adverse drug reactions (ADR) occurred in our hospital. METHODS: 286 ADR cases collected from our hospital from Jan. 2007 to Jun. 2009 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: There were 3 severe ADR cases. 213 ADR cases were caused by anti-infection agents in our hospital (74.48%), followed by 38 ADR cases caused by TCM preparations (13.29%). Main clinical manifestation of ADR cases were lesion of skin and its appendants in 146 cases (44.92%), followed by 62 cases of lesion of digestive system (19.08%). 202 ADR cases were caused by intravenous administration (70.63%). CONCLUSION: Pharmaceutical monitoring and administration system should be established and improved. Great importance should be attached to ADR monitoring to reduced the incidence of ADR in our hospital.
7.Preliminary Study on Apotosis of PG Cells Induced by Herba Hedyotis Diffusae

Objective To investigate the anticancer mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae on PG cell by observing the action of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae in inducing apoptosis of PG cells. Method After treating PG cells with different doses of drug containing serum of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, FCM was used to detect the apoptosis of PG cell. Result After treating PG cell with Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, typical apoptosis characteristics could be seen and apoptosis rates were increased with the relation of dosage-effect, which were 6.86%, 9.77% and 11.69%, respectively. Conclusion Inducing the apoptosis of tumor cells maybe part of the anti-tumor mechanism of Herba Hedyotis Diffusae.
8.Psychological Intervention for Dysphagia after Stroke Complicated with Depression

Objective To observe the effect of psychological intervention on dysphagia after stroke complicated with depression. Methods 60 cases with dysphagia complicated with depression were divided into treatment and control groups. Based on the nountine nursing and swallowing function training, the treatment group received psychological intervention. They were assessed with multimodel approach to diagnosis of post stroke depression (MMADD) and drinking test before and after treatments. Results The scores of drinking test and MMADD inside symptom in treatment group were lower than that of control (P<0.05). Conclusion The psychological intervention at early stage can facilitate the recovery of swallowing dysfunction and depresson after stroke.

Characterized by dihydropyrimidinuria, dihydropyrimidinase (DHP) deficiency refers to a rare disorder of pyrimidine degradation, with high phenotypic heterogeneity.The disease-causing gene is DPYS, and less than 40 cases were reported worldwide.Urinary gas chromatography/mass spectrometer (GC/MS) can screen clinically suspected patients, and gene sequencing is the main means of the diagnosis of the disease.This article reviews the pathogenesis, clinical manifestation, genotype and recent research progress of the disease.
10.Study on Determination Method for Dissolution of Pentoxyverine Citrate and Guaifenesin Tablets

OBJECTIVE:To establish a method for the dissolution determination of Pentoxyverine citrate and guaifenesin tab-lets,and to compare the difference of preparations from different manufactures. METHODS:The paddle method was used to deter-mine the dissolution,using water as medium with medium volume of 1000 mL and rotation speed of 75 r/min,sampling at 45 min. HPLC method was used to determine the accumulative dissolution of pentoxyverine citrate and guaifenesin:CAPCELL PAK C18 MGⅡ S-5 column;mobile phase of acetonitrile-triethylamine phosphoric buffer solution(pH 2.6±0.05)(33:67,V/V),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength of 215 nm(pentoxyverine citrate)and 275 nm(guaifenesin),column temperature of 35 ℃,sample size of 20 μL. RESULTS:The linear range of pentoxyverine citrate and guaifenesin were 5.0916-50.9155 μg/mL(r=0.9999)and 29.9995-299.9952 μg/mL(r=0.9999),respectively. RSDs of precision,stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0%. Average recoveries were 97.90%-100.68%(RSD=0.95%,n=9)and 97.09%-101.85%(RSD=1.32%,n=9). Average accu-mulative dissolution of pentoxyverine citrate in 6 manufactures of samples were 12%,98%,66%,97%,91%,32%(n=3);those of guaifenesin were 8%,95%,68%,90%,93%,18%(n=3),respectively. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple,ac-curate,sensitive,specific and suitable for the dissolution determination of Pentoxyverine citrate and guaifenesin tablets. The dissolu-tion of samples between different manufactures and the same manufactures different batches are quite different.
