The aim of this paper is to apply near infrared spectroscopy techniques to construct a rapid identification method for 8 kinds of mineral Chinese Medicines containing carbonates. The qualitative model using clustering analysis method in OPUS software can identify accurately 8 kinds of carbonate-containing mineral Chinese medicines. The near-infrared quantitative model was established by using partial least squares method (PLS) for 7 mineral Chinese Medicines in which main component is calcium carbonate. Compared with the results by EDTA titration, the established quantitative analysis model for calcium carbonate content showed a good prediction result that when the content is between 47.61% -99.17%, the average relative deviation of the prediction result is 0.24% and the average recovery rate was 100.3%. The results also showed that the model using near infrared spectroscopy can get not only a rapid identification of the 8 mineral Chinese medicines containing carbonates, but also an accurate and reliabe content determination of calcium carbonate for the 7 mineral Chinese medicines which contain the component.

2.Frequent loss of CD10 expression in follicular lymphoma with leukaemic presentation
The Malaysian Journal of Pathology 2020;42(2):237-243
Follicular lymphoma (FL) is usually a nodal lymphoma expressing CD10, rarely with
leukaemic presentation (FL-LP). Materials and Methods: We searched for FL-LP in our institution
from 2000 to 2018 and characterised the neoplastic cells by flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry
and fluorescence in situ hybridization. Thirteen (6.1%) of 212 FL cases were FL-LP, all de novo
neoplasms. The leukaemic cells were small in 12 cases and large in one. All had concurrent FL,
mostly (92%; 12/13) low-grade. The single case with large leukaemic cells had a concurrent primary
splenic low-grade FL and a double-hit large B-cell lymphoma in the marrow. Results: CD10 was
expressed in the leukaemic cells in 38% (5/13) cases by flow cytometry and in 77% (10/13) cases in
tumours (p= 0.0471). IGH/BCL2 reciprocal translocation was identified in 85% (11/13) cases. Most
patients were treated with chemotherapy. In a median follow-up time of 36 months, nine patients
were in complete remission. The 2- and 5-year survival rates were at 100% and 83%, respectively.
In this study, we characterised a series of de novo FL-LP in Taiwan. All patients had concurrent
nodal and/or tissue tumours, which might suggest that these patients seek medical help too late.
Conclusion: The lower CD10 expression rate by flow cytometry than by immunohistochemistry
might be due to different epitopes for these assays. Alternatively, loss of CD10 expression might play
a role in the pathogenesis of leukaemic change. The clinical course of FL-LP could be aggressive,
but a significant proportion of the patients obtained complete remission with chemotherapy.

Korean Journal of Radiology 2008;9(Suppl):S1-S6
Congenital coronary sinus anomalies are extremely rare, and they have received relatively little attention. This is probably due to the lack of both clinical symptoms and significant cardiac functional disturbance. We present two cases of a coronary sinus anomaly and briefly review the literature. Recognizing and being familiar with the variations of a congenital coronary sinus anomaly in congenital heart disease may avoid a misinterpretation of cardiac catheterization findings and the troublesome disruption of coronary sinus blood return during the surgical management of cardiac lesions.

Chinese Journal of Zoonoses 2017;33(9):800-804
We investigated the epidemiological characteristics and temporal-spatial clustering of pulmonary tuberculosis (PTB),and analyzed its social influence factors in immigration city.Descriptive epidemiological analysis was conducted on PTB cases data extracted from the National Disease Reporting System of Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention between 2013 and 2015.Kulldorff scan statistics was applied to community based and town-based incidence data by SaTScan 9.1.1.The results were visualized by ArcMap10.2.A total of 12 109 PTB cases were reported in Ningbo with a decreasing trend in incidence rate and an increasing trend in proportion of floating population from 2013 to 2015.The male to female ratio was 2.07 ∶ 1 (8 162/3 947).All age groups were affected by PTB,but the incidence in 15-34 years age group and 65+ years age group were higher.Patients aged between 15 and 54 years accounted for 73.95 % of all cases. Most cases were farmers, housekeepers or unemployed, migrants and workers. There were six temporal-spatial clusters,of which the most likely clusters were in downtown and its surrounding areas, and the second likely clusters were in industrial parks.Compared with non cluster areas, proportion of floating population (t =2.88,P=0.01) especially immigrants from other provinces (t=7.46,P =0.00),and population density (t=3.37,P=0.00) in cluster areas were higher, while per capita green area was lower (t =-2.39,P 0.03).The downtown and its surrounding areas, industrial parks could be the future PTB combating regions.High population density and immigrants are associated with PTB clustering.

It was estimated that about 428 species of genus Corydalis are distributed all worldwide, with about 298, especially 10 groups and 219 species being uniquely spread in China. The genus Corydalis have been widely employed as folk medicines in China, especially as traditional Tibetan medicines, for treatment of fever, hepatitis, edema, gastritis, cholecystitis, hypertension and other diseases. The phytochemical studies revealed that isoquinoline alkaloids are its major bioactive ingredients. The extensive biological researches suggested its pharmacological activities and clinic applications against cardiovascular diseases and central nervous system, antibacterial activities, analgesic effects, anti-inflammatory, anti-oxidation and anti-injury for hepatocyte, and so on. As an effort in promoting the research of pharmacodynamic ingredients, this article presents an overview focusing on the distribution, phytochemical and pharmacological results of Corydalis species that have been applied in traditional Tibetan medicinal, hopefully to provide a reference for the new Tibetan medicine development from Corydalis plant resource.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of dental erosion and associated drinks in 12-year-old adolescence of Beijing. Methods A random sample of 12-year-old adolescence of Beijing ( n =844) was examined for dental erosion and required to fill a questionnaire of acidic drink intake. The grade criteria suitable for the survey of the dental erosion was used in the study. Results The prevalence of dental erosion was 61.8%, of which mild enamel was 74. 1 %, severe enamel erosion 24. 9% and dentine erosion 1.0%. Statistic analysis showed that a large amount of intake of carbonated drink or juice were risk factors. Conclusions Attention should be paid to the prevalence of dental erosion among Chinese adolescence.

Objective A resistin binding peptide (RBP) was selected by phage display in our previous work. Studies had shown that RBP could antagonize the role of resistin on the lipid metabolism and endocrine function of adipose tissue, but whether RBP affects the insulin secretion of pancreatic cells is still unknown. The aim of this study is to assess the effect of RBP on basal insulin secretion in RINm5F insulinoma cells. Methods The cell viability was measured by 3-[4,5-dimethyhhiazol-2-yl]-2,5-diphenyltetra-zolium bromide (MTT) cytotoxicity assay. The supernatants were assayed for insulin content by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Reverse transcriptase-PCR assay and Western blotting were used to determine the expression of glucose transporter 2 (GLUT2) involved in insulin secretion. Cytosolic Ca2+, the trigger of insulin exocytosis, was analyzed with the fluorescent probe FURA-3/AM. Results RBP did no effect on the cell viability with a concentration of 10-8-10-12mol/L of 2 hours intervention. But it stimulated basal insulin secretion of RINm5F cells, accompanied by up-regulated increased expression of GLUT2 and elevated concentration of cytosolic Ca2+. Conclusion RBP could stimulate basal insulin secretion without affecting the cell viability.

Purpose:
This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an interactive virtual reality (VR) play intervention including instructional play and emotional catharsis play sessions in reducing children's pain and fear during intravenous placement.
Methods:
A randomized controlled trial with parallel groups was conducted. The sample consisted of 134 hospitalized children aged 6–12 years (intervention group: n = 69; comparison group: n = 65). The intervention involved one immersive intravenous scene in VR before the actual intravenous placement and one emotional catharsis VR play after injection. The comparison group received an educational photo book about intravenous placement before receiving intravenous placement. The children and their caregivers rated their pain and fear by using the Wong–Baker FACES Pain Rating Scale and the Children's Fear Scale. The time required for successful intravenous insertion was also compared between the two groups.
Results:
Children's pain (p = .028) and fear scores (p = .004) were significantly lower in the intervention group than in the comparison group. Their caregivers' pain and fear scores (both p < .001) were significantly lower in the intervention group. The time required for successful intravenous insertion did not differ significantly between the intervention and comparison groups.
Conclusions
The interactive play intervention with VR effectively reduced children's levels of pain and fear during the intravenous placement procedure. The results of this study can serve as a reference for the implementation of a feasible, child-friendly care practice for clinical intravenous placement in school-aged children.
