Objective To investigate autonomic nervous system(ANS)function of hyperthyroidism and hyperthyroidism by analyzing the heart rate variability(HRV)of patients with the diseases.Methods 12-synchronous dynamic 24-hour monitoring and man-machine dialogue were performed in 49 patients with hyperthyroidism,25 patients with hypothyroidism and 40 controls after removing interference,and 24-hour electrocardiogram wag analyzed.Heart rate variability indicators observed included 24-hour time-domain indexes[standard deviation of all experimental time RR(SDNN),root of mean square standard deviation from adjacent RR interval(RMSSD)]and 24-hour frequency domain indicators[very low frequency power(VLF),low-frequency power(LF),high frequency power(HF),low frequency power/high frequency power(LF/HF)].Results Indicators of time domain in hyperthyroidism group,such as SDNN[(69.65±13.55)ms]and RMSSD[(12.98±3.20)ms]were obviously lower than those of the control group[(136.07±11.95),(29.70±5.85)ms],the differences being statistically significant (P＜0.01).Indicators of frequency domain HF[(5331±15.84)msz]were lower than those of the control group [(223.38±50.09)ms2],butVLF[(1823.55±238.13)ms2],LF[(501.88±92.47)ms2]and LF/HF(5.89±1.15)was higher compared with that in the control group,repectively[(325.68±60.47)ms2,(405.60±5 1.41)ms2,2.14±0.56,P＜0.01).Among time domain indicators in hypothyroidism group,SDNN[(77.00±15.48)ms]and RMSSD [(14.80±2.58)ms]were also obviously lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01),the difference being significant statistically(P＜0.01).Frequency domain index HF[(57.88±12.20)ms2],VLF[(251.48±24.67)ms2],LF[(128.68±43.78)ms2]also obviously lower than those in the control group(P＜0.01),but LF/HF,being 1.83±0.63,was in a normal range and did not significantly changed(P＞0.05). Conclusion In patients with hyperthyroidism both sympathetic and vagus nerves are hyperdynamic,while in patients with hypothyroidism,vagus nerves are hyperdynamic,while sympathetic nerve hypodynamic.

Objective To study the imaging manifestations of spontaneous orbital hemorrhage and to evaluate the diagnostic values of different imaging techniques.Methods The manifestations of ultrasound,CT and MRI in 30 patients with spontaneous orbital hemorrhage confirmed by surgery or puncture were retrospectively analyzed.Then the imaging data were compared with pathological or clinical results.Results Eighteen of 30 patients were surgically confirmed, including 6 cases of simple blood cysts, 10 cases of venous angioma with hematocysts ( 7 cases in the intraconal space and 3 cases within the extraocular muscle),2 cases of varicosity with hernatocysts ( 1 case in the intraconat space and another case within the extraocular muscle).Twelve patients were proved by puncture.The sonngraphie features of the spontaneous orbital hemorrhage in all 30 cases were inhomogeneons and slightly compressible cysts without blood flow in them.The CT manifestation of the lesions was lack of specificity and showed isodensity or slight hyperdensity,however, the CT value of the lesions had the tendency of decrease over time.The CT values were 82.0 to 89.0 HU in 4 cases with the courses of 1-3 days.And when the hemorrhage courses were 4-20 days,21-60 days, the CT values were 69.0 to 82.0 HU (20 cases) and 30.0 to 37.0 HU (6 cases),respectively.On MRI, the lesions showed typical signal characteristics and evolution of hematomas.For 1-3 days (4 cases), the lesions showed isointensity on T1WI and hypointensity on T2WI; for 4-10 days (10 cases), the lesions appeared hyperintensity in the central zone on T1WI and still showed hypointensity on T2WI; for 11-20 days( 10 cases), the lesions was homogeneous or inhomogeneous hyperintensity on T1WI and homogeneous hyperintensity on T2WI; and for 21-60 days (6 eases), the lesions showed heterogeneous intensity on both T1 WI and T2WI.The coincidence rates with clinical diagnoses were 96.7% (29/30) for ultrasound, 26.7% (8/30)for CT and 100% (30/30) for MRI, but they all showed limited ability in distinguishing simple from secondary orbital hemorrhage.Conclusion MRI is superior to ultrasound and CT in diagnosing spontaneous orbital hemorrhage and evaluating the secondary changes.

Objective To investigate the situation of iodized salt practicing measures, the nutritional status of iodine and the trend of iodine deficiency disorders in Futian District of Shenzhen City, and to evaluate the effectiveness of preventive measures. Methods Every year from 2011 to 2015 in Futian District, five sub-districts were selected according to their position of the east, the west, the south, the north and the center, one school was selected in each sub-district, then sixty students were selected from each school to detect iodine content of their household salt samples;over twenty children (half males and half females) aged 8-10 of those sixty students were selected randomly to measure their thyroid volumes and detect their urinary iodine content;one or two drinking water samples were collected in each sub-district to test iodine content. Thyroid volume was examined by ultrasound method; the salt iodine was tested by the method of direct titration; iodine content in urine and drinking water samples was tested by arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry. Results Between 2011 and 2015, totally one thousand four hundred and eighty-eight edible salt samples were tested. The iodized salt coverage rate, the qualification rate of iodized salt and the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.1%(1 430/1 488), 99.2%(1 419/1 430), and 95.4%(1 419/1 488), respectively . Four hundred and sixty-one children aged 8-10 were examined;nine children were diagnosed goiter, and the goiter rate was 1.95%. A total of 661 children urine samples were collected. The median urinary iodine was 229.5 μg/L; urinary iodine in 100 - 199 μg/L accounted for 29.8%(197/661), and in 200 - 299 μg/L accounted for 31.0%(205/661). Forty-eight drinking water samples were tested, the iodine content of the drinking water was 10.3 - 22.1 μg/L, and the median water iodine was 16.8 μg/L. Conclusions The iodine deficiency disorders surveillance indicators in Futian District of Shenzhen City all meet the national standards for elimination of the disease. Yet, the level of iodine nutrition needs to be further observed, and both the iodized salt market supervision and the health education should be strengthened.

Objective To evaluate the application value of T cell infected with Mybacterium tuberculosis assay in diagnosis of smear and culture negative pulmonary tuberculosis .Methods In total ,145 patients with smear and culture negative pulmonary tu‐berculosis and 45 patients with non‐tuberculosis lung disease were enrolled in the study .All patients received T cell infected with Mybacterium tuberculosis test and sensitivity ,specificity ,positive predicted value ,negative predicted value of testing for the diagno‐sis of smear and culture‐negative TB patients were calculated .Results The sensitivity of specificity T cell infected with Mybacteri‐um tuberculosis assay in diagnosis of smear and culture negative pulmonary tuberculosis was 85 .5% ,the specificity was 84 .4% , positive predicted value was 94 .7% ,negative predicted value was 64 .4% .No statistical significance in age‐dependent groups(P>0 .05) .Conclusion T cell infected with Mybacterium tuberculosis assay has high positive predicted value in diagnosis of smear and culture negative pulmonary tuberculosis and is suitable for clinical auxiliary diagnosis .

Abstract: Objective　In order to provide reference for emergency treatment of a sudden food poisoning incident, pathogen detection and drug resistance analysis were carried out. Methods　Diarrheal stool and surplus food samples were detected by GB 4789 and the isolates were identified by VITEK2 and matrix assisted laser desorption ionization-time of flight mass spectrometry (MALDI-TOF MS), at the same time, the bacterial drug sensitivity test was carried out by using the method of microbroth dilution, and the isolates from different sources were molecularly classified by pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE), and the correlation between the strains was analyzed by BioNumerics software. Results　Totaly 13 leftovers and 3 diarrhea patients were isolated and identified, The total number of colonies and coliforms in 7 leftovers samples all exceeded the standard, and Citrobacter freundii was detected in 5 leftovers and 2 stools. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that seven strains of Citrobacter freundii were sensitive to ciprofloxacin, tetracycline, chloramphenicol, gentamicin, amikacin, cefotaxime and meropenem, but completely resistant to ampicillin, and there was no multiple drug resistance. The results of pulsed field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) showed that 7 strains of Citrobacter freundii had the same PFGE bands and 100% homology, showing the same clone. Conclusions　This food poisoning incident was caused by Citrobacter freundii. The pathogen of food poisoning can be quickly and accurately determined by MALDI-TOF MS, which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment of infectious diseases. It is suggested to strengthen the corresponding management, improve food safety awareness and prevent similar incidents.

An investigation of inappropriate feeding behavior and its impact was conducted in patents of 875 infants and toddlers aged 1-24 months from March 2004 to February 2008.The survey revealed that inappropriate feeding behavior included feeding sugar solution or sweet fruits daily in 72.1％ parents (631/875) ; adding yolk as the first supplementary food in 51.3％ (394/768) ; not allowing handgrabbing food or coarse food for infants over 7 months in 50.4％ (270/536) and 44.0％ (236/536) ; no meat eating for infants over 12 months in 36.0％ (54/150).And also revealed that 34.0％ (270/795) and 24.8％ (184/743) parents mixed rice flour or yolk with formula milk,respectively; 17.6％ (48/273) infant over 10 months only had cereal; insufficient or excessive water were used for reconstituting milk powder in 11.8％ (87/735) and 9.3％ (68/735),respectively.The results of investigation indicate that inappropriate feeding behavior among infants and toddlers are quite common and the reasons are various.

Medicinal values and their chemical bases of Paris (Trilliaceae) are reviewed. Paris plants include 40 species and varieties. Among them, 18 ones are medicinal plants with similarity in traditional uses. Fourteen species have been studied phytochemically, which led to isolation of 207 compounds including 121 steroidal saponins. These saponins are major active constituents from Paris plants, which can explain the traditional uses of the plants to treat cancer, malignant boil, bleeding, gastritis, and so on. The similarity in medicinal uses and chemical constituents of Paris plants implies the possibility of resource substitution among these species. It is worth to further investigate Paris plants in chemical constituents, pharmacological activity, biological property, and toxicology.

To investigate such physical indexes as hygroscopicity, angle of repose, bulk density, fillibility of compression of mixed powder of directly compressed auxiliary materials and fermented cordyceps powder by using micromeritic study methods. The results showed that spray-dried lactose Flowlac100 and microcrystalline cellulose Avicel PH102 had better effect in liquidity and compressibility on fermented cordyceps powder than pregelatinized starch. The study on the impact of directly compressed auxiliary materials on the powder property of fermented cordyceps powder had guiding significant to the research of fermented cordyceps powder tablets, and could provide basis for the development of fermented cordyceps powder tablets.

Objective To evaluate the MRI value in changes of mid-urethral ligament injury offemale stress urinary incontinence (SUI).MethodsComparison of MRI changes of mid-urethral ligament on 30 healthy female volunteers and 20 female SUI patients.Chi-square test was used to compare the form of SUI patient's mid-urethral support ligaments Results The female nid-urethral support ligaments were composed of 4 groups of ligaments,including the periurethral ligament and pubourethral ligaments (1 pair),and at both sides of the urethra's paraurethral ligaments (1 pair) and suburethral ligament lying dorsal urethra,connecting the urethra and pelvic arcus tendinous fasciae.In normal MRI,ligament was a thin strip and showed low signal on both T1WI and T2WI,T2WI sagittal and cross-section scan was the best combination to show the middle urethral support ligaments changes,with tension;6 patients (20％) in the 30 patients normal control group could be seen tortuously and slack like around the urethra ligaments.Twenty SUI patients mid-urethral support ligaments were performance laxity or rupture,rates were 39％ (47/120) and 42％ (50/120) (x2 =43.191,P ＜ 0.05 ).On T2WI,the ligamentous laxity was floating,and losstension,also could performance one side extension and thinner than the other side.The ligament rupture was performance of the signal interruption,ligament contracture and one end of liganent attachment points separation.ConclusionMRIcanobjectiveeffectiveevaluatethemid-urethralsupportligaments' pathological changes in stress urinary incontinence patients.
