Plague was classified as a natural focus disease,occurred in remote areas of tratfic block in the past.But with the development of society and economy,plague of long distance transmission risk is growing in the source regions and densely populated areas.In order to effectively prevent and control the spread of plague outbreaks are occurring,and long distance transmission spread in Qinghai Province,and adhere to the implementation of the long-distance transmission of plague prevention and control strategies,avoid threats and reduced long distance spread of plague.

Objective To explore the relationship between diethylhexylphthalate (DEHP) and peritoneal sclerosis and its possible mechanism. Methods Isolated human peritoneal mesothelial cells (HPMC) was cultured for five days in culture solution with varied doses of DEHP ７．７?of 10-6mol/L (A group), 5.4?１０－５mol/L (B group) and 2. 2?10-4 mol/L (C group) respectively. Culture solution without DEHP was as control. Total collagen synthesis and secretion was assayed by 3H-proline incorporation. ELISA method was used to detect the level of secreted fibronectin (FN) . Objective To investigate the relationship between the peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta andpatients’ factors.Methods Ominpaque 300 mgI/ml 20 ml was injected at a rate of 2.5 ml/s in 108 patients and after 12 s was tracked by test bolus in the abdominal aorta at the level of celiac trunk, then the peak value in the abdominal aorta was achieved by the software dynamic evaluation. Regression analysis and stepwise regression analysis were used to study how the peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta influenced by the patients’ factors including patients’ gender, age, height, weight, heart rate, blood pressure, injection site, peak time, and whether being with heart disease , diabetes mellitus or chemo . Results The peak value of contrast media reaching abdominal aorta was lower in male than that in female averagely, decreased gradually as the patients’ height, weight and peak time increased. The peak value of the injection site in the vein of hand back was lower than that of the cubitus generally and it was not influenced by the patients’ heart rate, blood pressure or whether being with heart disease, diabetes mellitus or chemo. Recommended formula of peak value(HU)=383.8400-Height(cm)?1.0909-Weight(kg)?0.6760+injection site?16.7878-peak time(s)?1.6882.Conclusion The volume of contrast media used in patients needing exam of CT angiography can be adjusted according to the patients’ age, gender, height, weight, injection site and peak time.

Objective To exam the personality traits and self-concept of school phobia patients with different academic achievements.Methods 38 school phobia patients with high academic achievement and 19 school phobia patients with low academic achievement were assessed with Eysenck' s personality questionnaire and Piers-Harris Children' s Self-concept Scale.Results High academic achievement group of psychoticism and neuroticism higher than that of low academic achievement group.High academic achievement group of Self-concept's total scores,behavior,intelligence and the school situation higher than that of low academic achievement group.High academic achievement group of anxiety scale score lower than that of low academic achievement group.The personality traits of school phobia correlated with the self-concept on some level.Conclusion Different academic achievements of school phobia patients have different personality traits and have different self-concept,so they need to individualized treatment options.

The correlation between pulmonary endothelin receptors and alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient (A-aDO2) in rats with hepatopulmonary syndrome was investigated. Animals were divided into 2 groups: Sham-operated (Sham) group and common bile duct ligation (CBDL) group. Arterial blood gas was evaluated by a blood gas analyzer. The concentrations of ET-1 in blood and lung tissue sample were evaluated by radioimmunoassay. The distribution and expression of two kinds of subtype receptor of ET-1, ETRA and ETRB were examined by in situ hybridization. The results showed that the level of A-aDO2 was higher in CBDL group than that in Sham group (P < 0.05). The levels of plasma and pulmonary ET-1 in CBDL group were both higher than in Sham group (P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in average A of ETRA between two groups by imaging analysis (0.21 +/- 0.06 vs 0.22 +/- 0.08, P > 0.05), while that of ETRB was higher in CBDL group than in Sham group (0.58 +/- 0.16 vs 0.28 +/- 0.07, P < 0.05). The expression of ETRB in lung was positively correlated with A-aDO2 (P < 0.05). It was concluded that the widened A-aDO2 may be related with enhancement of the expression of ETRB in lung.

Objective To evaluate the mutagenicity of hydrolysate of Meretrix meretrix Linnaeus soft tissue, so as to provide experimental basis for its exploitation.Methods Three mutagenicity tests were used to evaluate the mutagenic effects, including Ames test, CHL chromosome aberration assay and bone marrow micronucleus assay in mice.Results In Ames test, the revertant colonies numbers in each group were twice less than the numbers of spontaneous revertant colo-nies, five bacterial strains showed negative results with or without S9 activation, and the result of Ames test was negative. The CHL chromosome aberration assay and bone marrow micronucleus assay showed that the chromosome aberration rate and micronucleus rate of each dose group showed no significant difference compared with the negative control group, respec-tively ( P>0.05) .Conclusions Under this condition, the results show that all of the Ames test, chromosome aberration assay and bone marrow micronucleus assay are negative, and no mutagenicity is observed in the hydrolysate of Meretrix mer-etrix Linnaeus soft tissue.
