Objective:To explore the effects of humanized nursing and personalized service in operating room nursing.Methods:A total of 300 patients who underwent surgical surgery in our hospital from April 2016 to June 2016 were randomly divided into the intervention group (n =150) and control group (n =150).Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing care.On this basis,patients in the intervention group were provided with integral perioperative nursing of humanized nursing and personalized service.The fear,anxiety,blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations of both two groups before and after entering operating room were statistically analyzed.Results:Before entering operating room,the fear and anxiety scores of the patients in the intervention group were (32.67 ± 12.27),the blood pressure was (97.5 ± 12.8) mmHg,and the heart rate was (93.7 ± 11.8).The fear and anxiety scores in the control group were (36.94 ± 12.78),the blood pressure was (99.8 ± 12.5) mmHg,and the heart rate was (105.4 ± 10.6).The intervention group was significantly lower than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of humanized nursing and personalized service can effectively reduce the patient's fear and anxiety to make the heart rate,blood pressure and other vital signs be in a relatively stable state;can make patients calm,positive and optimistic to undergo the surgery and actively cooperate with doctors and ward nursing,thus to get well soon.

Objective To observe the curative effects and toxicity of low-dose bortezomib plus thalidomide and chemotherapy in treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods 35 patients with initial, refractory or relapsed MM received at least two cycles of treatment with bortezomib at 1.1 mg/m2 intravenously on days 0,3, 7, and 10, and by daily oral thalidomide escalated from 50mg to 150 mg and chemotherapy. The chemotherapy regimens included MP, VAD and AD regimen which was chosen according to the status of patients. Results After a median follow-up of 20 months, the overall response rate was 82.8 %, complete remission (CR)48.6 %, very good partial remission (VEPR) 17.1%, and partial remission 17.1%. The 3-year PFS and OS were 60.92 % and 72.41% separately. ORR and OS were same in initial and refractory or relapsed MM patients. Grade 3 or 4 adverse events including debility (3/35), nausing and vomiting (8/35), constipation (4/35), peripheral sensory neuropathy (3/35), neutropenia (10/35) and thrombocytopenia (12 %) were observed.Conclusion The regimen of low-dose bortezomib plus thalidomide and chemotherapy is a highly effective and safety regimen for MM patients. The maintenane therapy with thalidomide may prolong PFS.

Objective To report a peliosis hepatic in child and review literature and discuss.Methods Case history was inquired.Physical,labtoratory,imagement and histopathology of liver biopsy(HE staining) were examed.Results A 4-year old girl appeared dermatitis with erythema and herpes at local skin where was bit by insect before onset.The girl appeared fever,cough,then abdominal pain,hepatomegaly,pleural effusion and ascites.Lab examination revealed slight elevation of aspartate transaminase,?-glutamyltranspeptidase and alkaline phosphatase.The liver B-mode ultrasonography and CT scan revealed hepatomegaly with density heterogeneity of the parenchyma.The liver biopsy revealed many small capsule filled with blood cells.Conclusions Clinical characteristics of the disease are fever,upper abdomen pain,janundice,ascites and hepatomegaly.The diagnosis shall be combined with the pathologic biopsy of liver.

Objective To investigate the clinical and molecular pathological features of dysferlinopathy in China.Methods Four patients with limb-girdle muscular dystrophy2B(LGMD2B)and 4 patients with Miyoshi-type distal muscular dystrophy(MMD)were clinically analyzed, their skeletal muscle were biopsied and immunohistochemical stained.Four cases of each Duchenne-Aran muscular atrophy and myotis were served as controls.Results The clinical situation of dysferlinopathy was characterized by progressive muscle weakness and atrophy, consistent with progressive muscular dystrophy.Histochemical staining revealed muscle fibers degenerating, regenerating and necrosis in a varying degree.Connective tissue was seen proliferated and inflammatory cells infiltrated in the majority of cases.Immunohistochemical staining with anti-dysferlin monoclonal antibody identified the deficiency of dysferlin on the sarcolemma and in the sarcoplasm of 8 cases with dysferlinopathy.Conclusions(1)The clinical and pathological characters of dysferlinopathy are consistent with progressive muscular dystrophy;(2)Anti-dysferlin monoclonal antibody immunohistochemical staining is a reliable method to diagnose dysferlinopathy, which is worth of wide application in clinic.

Objective To explore the influence of low-selenium diet on expression of selenium-binding protein 1 (SBP1) and selenoprotein P (Sel P) in liver,kidney and brain tissues.Methods C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into four groups according to body weight:control group,low-selenium treatment for 4-,12-and 24-week groups,10 mice in each group,half male and half female.The control group was fed with normal diet (selenium content was 0.300 mg/kg),distilled water,and sacrificed at the 12th week; low-selenium treatment groups were fed with low-selenium diet(selenium content was 0.015 mg/kg),then sacrificed at the 4th,12th and 24th weeks,respectively.Expressions of SBP1 and Sel P in mouse liver,kidney and brain tissues were determined by Western blotting.Results Expressions of SBP1 and Sel P in low-selenium feed mouse liver tissue at the 4th,12th and 24th weeks were,respectively,as follows 0.11 ± 0.01,0.36 ± 0.01,0.59 ± 0.02 and 0.41 ± 0.01,0.39 ± 0.02,0.25 ± 0.02;in kidney,respectively,as follows 0.60 ± 0.03,0.20 ± 0.02,0.03 ± 0.01 and 0.88 ± 0.01,0.73 ± 0.03,0.85 ± 0.02; in brain,respectively,as follows 0.54 ± 0.03,0.11 ± 0.01,0.01 ± 0.01 and 0.50 ± 0.02,0.49 ± 0.03,0.38 ± 0.02.Expression of Sel P in low-selenium feed mouse liver,kidney and brain tissues was significantly decreased as compared to that of control group(1.00 ± 0.00,1.00 ± 0.00,all P ＜ 0.05),but SBP1 content was reduced at first and then rebounded in kidney,and was in decreasing trend in liver and brain tissues.Conclusion Low-selenium diet has a certain effect on expression of SBP1 and Sel P in mouse liver,kidney and brain tissues.

Objective To observe the expression of hypoxia inducible faetor-1α (HIF-1α) in the retina of rabbits with acute high intraocular pressure and to investigate the mechanism of systemic domestic recombinant human erythropoietin (rhEPO) protecting the retina from ischemia-reperfusion injury. Methods First, control group and model group were established in rabbit eyes. The acute high intraocular pressure model was established by saline perfusion into anterior chamber, and then hypodermic injection of domestic rhEPO was made. HIF-1α protein in the retina was observed by immunohistochemical staining method on days 1, 3, 7 and 14 after retinal ischemla-reperfusion, respectively. Results No cells with HIF-la positive expression were observed in the retina of the control group. Ceils with HIF-1α positive expression in the model group outnumbered those in the control group (P < 0. 01). The resemblance pattern occurred in EPO group but its degree was slightly greater than that in the model group from day 3 after ischemia-reperfusion (P<0.05). Conclusion Domestic rhEPO can down-regulate the expression of HIF-1α in the retina with acute high intraocular pressure, which may be one of the mechanisms that rhEPO protects the retina from ischemia-reperfusion injury.

Objective To explore the sero-prevalence and risk factors for herpes simplex virus 2 (HSV-2) infection and unprotected sexual behavior in an ethnically diverse population of HIVinfected subjects in a county of Yunnan province. Methods HIV-infected individuals attending for routine follow-up by local Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) were recruited to participate in the study under 'informed consent'. A face-to-face questionnaire interview was administered to each participant. Blood was drawn for HSV-2 testing by HerpeSelect HSV-2 ELISA (Focus Diagnostics) and CD4+ T counting. Results A total of 300 HIV-infected individuals participated in the study. The mean age of the subjects was 37.6 years with 76.7% as males. Ethnically, Han, Dai and Jingpo accounted for 44.3%, 37.3% and 16.0% of the sample, respectively. Half of the subjects reported HIV acquisition through injection drug use. The sero-prevalence of HSV-2 was 35.0%. Results from multiple logistic regression analysis indicated that individuals who acquired HIV through heterosexual contact were more likely to be HSV-2 positive than those who acquired HIV through injection drug use (OR=4.244,95%CI: 1.924-9.364),whereas Dai (OR=0.300,95% CI: 0.152-0.593) and Jingpo (OR=0.376, 95% CI: 0.167-0.850) were less likely to be HSV-2 positive than the Hans. Among 105 people who were co-infected with HIV/HSV-2, 60 had sexual intercourses in the past 3 months and 41.7% of them reported no or inconsistent use of condoms. Most unprotected sexual contacts occurred within married couples. Conclusion HSV-2 infection was highly prevalent among HIV-infected individuals in this county, and a significant proportion of HIV/HSV-2 co-infected subjects engaged in unprotected sex. HSV-2 testing, behavioral and biomedical interventions among HIV-infected individuals and their sexual partners should be involved in the local HIV prevention and control programs.

Objective:By applying moxibustion to the eight confluent points in different periods of time,to observe the changes in thermal pain threshold latency of acupoints based on Fei Teng Ba Fa.Methods:A total of 468 healthy college student volunteers received moxibustion at the eight confluent points in three different periods of time,i.e.Chen (7:00-9:00),Wu (11:00-13:00) and Xu (19:00-21:00).The thermal pain threshold latency was adopted to measure the changes in pain threshold of the eight confluent points under different conditions (different periods of time,different genders,different acupoints and different states of the acupoints) based on Fei Teng Ba Fa.Results:Finally,thirty subjects dropped out and 438 subjects were included.The comparison of thermal pain threshold latencies of the eight confluent points in the same opening or closing state based on Fei Teng Ba Fa:latencies of the closing points and adjunct points were significantly different in different periods of time (P＜0.05);the latencies of the males were significantly longer than those of the females (P＜0.05);there was no significant difference in the latency between the left and right sides (P＞0.05);in the female group,there was a significant difference in the latency between the lower-limb points and the upper-limb points (P＜0.05).The comparison of thermal point threshold latencies of the eight confluent points in different opening or closing state:in the period of Wu (11:00-13:00),the latencies of the opening points were significantly longer than those of the closing points and adjunct points (P＜0.05);for men,their opening and closing points had significantly longer thermal pain threshold latencies than their adjunct points (P＜0.05);despite the gender,the latencies of the upper limb opening and closing points were significantly longer than the latency of the adjunct points (P＜0.05);in the female group,the latencies of the lower-limb opening points were significantly shorter than those of the lower-limb closing and adjunct points (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Based on Fei Teng Ba Fa,the pain thresholds of the eight confluent points vary in different periods of time,gender,acupoint location and opening/closing state,which can be taken as the evidence of making time-based acupuncture-moxibustion prescriptions.

Objective To investigate the effect of Tangshan earthquake stress on the executive and memory func?tion in adults. Methods The objects were recruited from Tangshan Kailuan Mining Group. The exposed group included 251 subjects whose mothers exposed to the Tangshan earthquake during pregnancy in 1976. The control group included 341 subjects whose mothers was pregnant the year after the Tangshan earthquake. According to mother's pregnancy time relative to the earthquake exposed group was divided into 3 subgroups:the late pregnancy of earthquake exposed group, the second trimester of earthquake exposed group and the early pregnancy of earthquake exposed group. Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST) was used to evaluate executive function, Brief Visuospatial Memory Test-Revised (BVMT-R) was used to evaluate memory function. Results The index of WCST were not different between two groups (P>0.05). Com?pared with control group, BVMT-R total scores were lower in earthquake exposed group [(25.54 ± 7.45) vs. (27.28 ± 7.10), P<0.01]. In the earthquake exposed group, pregnancy and sex had interaction effect on the nonpreservative errors (nRpe) of WCST (P<0.05). In the late pregnancy earthquake exposed group, male had higher nRpe than female (P<0.01). Preg?nancy time had main effect on offsprings' BVMT-R scores (P<0.05). The BVMT-R total scores were lower in late trimes?ter pregnancy and in second trimester pregnancy than in the early pregnancy (P<0.05). Conclusion The Tangshan earth?quake has potential effect on the memory function of the offsprings. The second trimester (4-to 6-month) and the third trimester (7-to 9-month) may be the sensitive pregnancy window of the stress during the pregnancy. The male offspring from late pregnancy of exposed earthquake have poorer executive function than female.
