1.Teaching Experience of Cell Biology for the Students with Different Academic Background in Medical College
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2006;0(07):-
Cell biology is an important course for all the students of medical school, and this course should be given with different content for the students with different academic background. The major content of cell biology course for the freshmen should be the cellular structure and the sub-cellular structure, and for the senior undergraduates, the content should include molecular basis of the cell function, and for the postgraduates, this course should focused on the molecular mechanisms of the cell function. To teach students in accordance of their background and aptitude is a good way to get a satisfied effect in a course for both teachers and students.
2.TROPIC1808 EXPRESSING IN PC12 CELL LINE
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1957;0(04):-
Objective To obtain stable-expressing cell lines which could constantly express tropic1808 gene and investigate the effect of tropic1808 by detecting the expression level of NF-H in PC12 cells. Methods The recombinant tropic1808 plasmid was constructed and transfected into PC12 cells.PC12 cells stable-expressing tropic1808 were established by G418 selection and confirmed by Western blot. The expression of NF-H in the PC12 stable-expressing tropic1808 was observed by RT-PCR,real time PCR,Western blot analysis and cytohistochemistry methods. Results Western blot confirmed that tropic1808 gene could express stably in PC12 cells. The data of RT-PCR,real time PCR,Western blot and cytohistochemistry all demonstrated that the expression of NF-H was increased in PC12 cells stable-expressing tropic1808.Conclusion PC12 cell lines stable-expressing tropic1808 were obtained and the expression of NF-H up-regulated in the PC12 cells stable-expressing tropic1808 gene.

Abdominal pain is one of the common symptoms in children with diseases.Acute abdominal pain accounts for some parts of all primary presenting diseases in the emergency department. The clinical features and treatments of fulminant myocarditis,Henoch-Schonlein purpura and diabetic ketoacidosis initially presented with abdominal pain in children were reviewed in the article.
5.Study of Image Quality and Radiation Dose of DynaCT on Anthropomorphic Phantom
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To assess the dose and image quality using a C-arm CT (DynaCT) system and compare the difference of image quality and radiation dose between DynaCT and Multi slice CT (MSCT). Methods Effective doses were measured from an anthropomorphic phantom with embedded thermoluminescence dosimeters (TLDs).For DynaCT,automatic exposure control (AEC) and high-quality (20 s rotation time) scans were used. For MSCT,scanning protocols for head were examined with conventional exposure conditions. Catphan phantom(Phantom Lab,USA) was used to evaluate the image quality for DynaCT and MSCT. Results For DynaCT,the effective doses from head scanning were 1.10 mSv; for MSCT,the effective doses from head scanning were 2.07 mSv,and there was a significant difference of organ dose between DynaCT and MSCT(P
6.Influence of Effective Dose on Patients for Different Z Value During Computed Tomography
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(09):-
Objective To investigate the influence of organ dose and effective dose on patients for different Z value during head, chest and abdomen CT scan. Methods With equispaced displacement on axis Z,organ dose and effective dose was estimated by using SR250 software with commonly used CT exposure parameters. Results Effective dose changed gradually for different Z value, some organ dose was sensitive to the Z location. Conclusion It is necessary to avoid X-ray sensitive organ in CT examination to minimize radiation risk.

8.Effective radiation dose in cardiac interventional procedures: the difference between ICRP publication 60 and publication 103
Journal of Interventional Radiology 2009;18(12):923-926
Objective to compare the calculated effective radiation dose variations in cardiac interventional procedures of coronary angiography (CAG) and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty (PCI) by using the different tissue weighting factors recommended by ICRP Publication 60 with that recommended by ICRP Publication 103. Methods Measurements of organ doses were carried out with an anthropomorphic phantom equipped with thermoluminecent dosimetry. The effective radiation doses were separately calculated using the tissue weighting factors provided by ICRP 60 and provided by ICRP 103, and the results obtained from ICRP 60 were compared with that obtained from ICRP 103. Conversion factors of effective, radiation dose to dose area product (DAP) were also calculated according to different publication. Results The variations in the effective dose were 6.88% for CAG and 8.46% for PCI. The effective dose variations in CAG and PCI were. 7.25% and 8.76% for female and were 6.51% and 8.17% for male, respectively. The effective conversion factors of DAP were. 0.10 ~ 0.11 and 0.13 ~ 0.14 for CAG and PCI,respectively, according to ICRP 60 and 103. Conclusion The variation of conversion factors of effective dose indicates that in making estimation of effective radiation dose. by using the widely accepted conversion factors, the adjustment of organ weighting factors recommended by ICRP 103 should be considered.
9.Application of proteomics in the studies of cerebral ischemic preconditioning
International Journal of Cerebrovascular Diseases 2009;17(1):63-66
Proteome is defined as all proteins expressed in a cell, a tissue or an organism. Proteomics, a science of understanding the life activity law at the whole protein level, takes proteome as a research object; it is also a scientific method for quantitative detection of one or more protein populations or proteomes in a cell or tissue. Cerebral ischemic preconditioning has been one of the research hotspots in the field of neuroscience for decades. Its neuroprotec-five mechanism is associated with the changes of protein expression levels after cerebral ischemia, Therefore, proteomics has become more and more important in its mechanism study. This article mainly presents the major techniques of proteomics and their application in the studies of cerebral ischemic preconditioning.
10.Interpretation of the third universal definition of myocardial infarction
Chinese Journal of Laboratory Medicine 2013;(6):485-488
Myocardial infarction (MI) is a major cause of death and disability worldwide. The definition of myocardial infarction has been updated.Released in 2012,Third Universal Definition of Myocardial Infarction of ESC/ACCF/AHA/WHF Expert Consensus, made the clinical application value of troponin clear and suggested to monitor the dynamic changes of cTn in patients with suspected, emphasized the importance of clinical differential diagnosis. In consensus,it also noted that the application of high sensitive troponin can lead to false positives results, and pointeds out that in the assessment of cardiac injury associated with percutaneous or surgical coronary procedures, the rational cut-off value of cTn remains controversival. In addition to acute coronary syndrome,cTn elevations are common in many disease states, and with the improvement of detection sensitivity, low level increase of cTn,will be more.In acute and chronic heart failure, the cTn is elevated, and ACS may be the cause of worsening heart failure,So we should identify whether the cTn elevation is pure from the myocardial injury of heart failure or myocardial necrosis caused by ACS.Nowadays, the increased incidence of myocardial infarction has much to do with the wide application of cTn.Clinical applications of cardiac biomarkers and imaging techniques are flexible as the differences in the diagnostic techniques of myocardial infarction among countries and regions result.
