In April of 2008 water samples were collected from four different rivers, which were Wuchao gang River,Henggang River,Chaoyang River and Caoyanghuanbang River.During the sampling the physi-cal and chemical parameters were measured. The abundance and the diversity of the bacteria of these four rivers were studied. The results showed that the population level increased in the more severely polluted river while the bacterial diversity decreased;the bacterial community structure was also affected by the dif-ferent ecological conditions of each sampling spot. The bacterial composition and abundance was closely related to the water quality in the river.

Objective To observe the effect of postoperative psychological intervention combined with warfarin anticoagulation in patients undergoing cardiac valve replacement. Methods A total of 56 patients with heart valve replacement treated in our hospital from January 2015 to September 2016 were randomly selected as the research object. The amount of warfarin and the incidence of complications were discussed by psychological intervention and follow-up. Results 56 patients were successful visit, complications in 5 cases (8.92%), which accounted for 3 cases (5.35%) of bleeding, embolism accounted for 2 cases (3.57%), normal in 51 cases (91.07%), hemorrhage in prothrombin time, dosage of Hua Falin and the international normalized ratio was significantly higher than that of patients with embolism and normal patients, the differences was statistically significant (P<0.05); psychological intervention on the compliance of patients after Hua Falin used significantly. Conclusion In patients with heart valve replacement after long-term warfarin anticoagulation, the international normalized ratio remains in the range of 1.8~2.5 can meet the requirement of anticoagulant and reduce the incidence of complications, psychological care after the surgery, can effectively improve the compliance of warfarin, is conducive to the treatment of patients with.

Objective:To explore the gene differential expression pattern of polycystic ovary syn-drome.Methods:We carried out microarray analysis to define the gene networks by the PCOS granulosacells in order to identify differentially expressed genes in PCOS patients. These granulosa cells of fivePCOS cases and five control cases which were derived during oocyte retrieval from women undergoingIVF.Results:As compared with control human ovarian granulosa cells,46 genes were screened out,25genes were up-regulated,and 21genes were down-regulated in PCOS.These differentially expressedgenes were involved in various biologic functions, such as regulation of fatty acid metabolism,cell-cellsignal transduction, immune and inflammatory response, reflecting the complexity of clinical manifesta-tions of PCOS.Conclusion:Microarray analysis technology is an effective mothod to identify novel PCOSassociated candidate genes.

Objective To investigated the effects of combined arsenic trioxide(ATO) and resveratrol(Res)on the viability of NB4 human leukemia cells. Methods NB4 human leukemia cell was used in this experiment.Cells were cultured in ATO (0,0.1875,0.3750,0.7500, 1.1250, 1.5000,2.2500,3.0000,5.0000 μmol/L) and Res (0, 1.5625,3.1250,6.2500, 12.5000, 18.7500,25.0000,37.5000,50.0000 μmol/L). Cell viabilities were measured by MTT in different treatment groups. Half inhibitory concentration(IC50) was calculated. The ratio of concentration of ATO and Res 1.5∶ 18,1.5∶ 25,1.5∶ 35 was added to cells, and the combination index(CI) was calculated. The level of ROS in control, ATO( 1.5000 μmol/L), Res(25.0000 μmol/L) and ATO(0.9000 μmol/L) + Res( 12.5000μmol/L) groups was measured by chemiluminescence assay. Results ①ATO( ≥0.7500 μmol/L) reduced the viability of NB4 cells in a concentration-dependent manner(P < 0.05 ), and IC50 was (1.78 ± 0.11 )μmol/L. ②)Res (≥18.7500 μ mol/L) dose-dependently decreased the viability of NB4 cells (P < 0.05 ), and IC50 was ( 18.71 ±0.18)μ mol/L. ③Combination of ATO and Res showed an antagonistic effect on NB4 cells viability. ④The ROS in Res group( 1670.55 ± 13.97) was significantly lower than that in control group(2345.88 ± 14.48,P < 0.05). The ROS in ATO group (3092.42 ± 94.84) was significantly higher than that in control group(P < 0.05). The ROS in ATO + Res group (1860.27 ± 15.99) was significantly lower than that in ATO group(P < 0.05). Conclusions NB4 cell survival rate can be decreased by ATO and Res. The combination of arsenic trioxide and Res presents an antagonistic effect on NB4 cell viability, in part by reducing intracellular ROS formation.

OBJECTIVETo predict part of medicinal properties of traditional Chinese medicine components and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces by using the traditional Chinese medicinal property data prediction platform, in order to establish the relationship between properties of traditional Chinese medicine components and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces.
METHODThe properties of traditional Chinese medicine components were predicted by using the medicinal property data prediction platform based on the pharmacological effects of the components.
RESULTThe total sum of identical or similar results of the prediction for the properties of traditional Chinese medicine components and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces accounted for over 75%.
CONCLUSIONThe self-similarity exists between properties of traditional Chinese medicine components and traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces, which reflects the inheritance, additivity and emergence among different properties of traditional Chinese medicines.

The first genetic linkage map of Salvia miltiorrhiza was constructed in 94 F1 individuals from an intraspecific cross by using simple sequence repeat (SSR), sequence-related amplified polymorphism (SRAP) and inter-simple sequence repeat (ISSR) markers. A total of 93 marker loci in the linkage map, consisting of 53 SSR, 38 SRAP and 2 ISSR locus were made up of eight linkage groups, covered a total length of 400.1 cm with an average distance of 4.3 cm per marker. The length of linkage groups varied from 3.3 -132 cm and each of them included 2-23 markers, separately. The result will provide important basis for QTL mapping, map-based cloning and association studies for commercially important traits in S. miltiorrhiza.

Bacillus are well known antibiotic producers. In this study, dozens of Bacillus strains from different sources were screened. Among them,a strain with strong antifungal activity was found. With 16S rDNA test and Biolog assay, this strain was identified to be Bacillus amyloliquefaciens. The fermentation conditions were optimized in small conical flasks. After ammonium sulfate salting out, dialysis, freezing vacuum dehydration, the crude protein extracts were obtained. The thermal stability,pH stability, protease stability, ion stability and antifungal spectrum of this protein were studied further. Scanning electronic microscope was also used to explore the antifungal mechanism.
