Objective To observe the effect of doxofylline and budesonide combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with bronchial asthma, and evaluate its clinical effect. Methods From March 2014 to February 2017 in Guangfu hospital, 148 cases with bronchial asthma were divided into the control group and the experimental group by randomized double blind digit table with 74 cases in each group. The control group were given doxofylline and budesonide combined with routine nursing intervention, at this basis, the experimental group were receive psychological intervention. The clinical effect in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.95% (71/74) in the experimental group while 79.73%(59/74) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05); Compared with before treatment, FEV1, FVC, VC and other indicators after treatment were significantly improved, and the experimental group improved significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Doxofylline and budesonide combined with psychological intervention on the treatment of the patients with bronchial asthma has obvious curative effect, which can effectively improve the lung function, accelerate the symptoms disappeared time, and worthy of clinical application.

Ten compounds were isolated from the artificially induced dragon's blood of Dracaena cambodiana by various column chromatographies on silica and sephadex LH-20 gel. Based on spectral analysis of NMR and MS, their structures were identified as 3, 4-dihydroxyallylbenzene (1), 3', 4', 5'-trimethoxycinnamylalcohol (2), pinoresinol (3), (2R)-7, 4'-dihydroxy-8-methylflavane (4), (2R)-7,4'-dihydroxy-5-methoxy-8-methylflavane(5),(2S)-7,3'-dihydroxy-4'-methoxy-8-methylflavane(6) ,(2S)-4',7-dihydroxy-6, 8-dimethylflavane(7), 4,2',4'-trihydroxychalcone(8), 4,4'-dihydroxy-2-methoxydihydrochalcon(9) and Cambodianin E (10). Antibacterial activity assay showed that compounds 1, 4 and 10 have inhibitory effect on Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cuben, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum, Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. vasinfectum and Ralstonia solanacearum.

Objective To assess isehemic myocardial regional function of different coronary atherosclerosis using velocity vector imaging(VVI).Methods Two-dimensional images of apical four-,two-chamber and long-axis view were obtained in 50 patients with coronary artery disease. All segments of the left ventricle were divided into 5 groups:group 0 with no coronary artery stenosis, group 1 with stenosis<50%,group 2 with stenosis 50%to 74%,group 3 with stenosis 75%to 99%and group 4 with a completely occluded coronary artery. The segmental myocardial systolic peak strain(ε),systolic strain rate(SRs),early diastolic strain rate(SRe),late diastolic strain rate(SRa)and their ratio(SRe/SRa)were analyzed with VVI offline software.Results①Compared with group 0,SRe and SRe/SRa of group 1,SRs,SRe,SRe/SRa of group 2~4,εof group 2 and group 4 decreased significantly(P<0.05).②In the comparison of four ischemic groups,ε,SRe,SRa of group 3 were markedly higher than those of group 2,while ε,SRs,SRa of group 2 were lower than those of group 1(P<0.05);for group 4,ε,SRs,SRe were lower than those of group 1,SRe was lower than that of group 2,and ε,SRs,SRe were lower than those of group 3(P<0.05).ConclusionsIn the process of coronary atherosclerosis, myocardial diastolic and systolic dysfunction occurred early and orderly, and has a bidirectional change:decreased firstly, then increased and decreased at last.

BACKGROUND: It is a new tendency to treat central nervous system injury or tumor therapy using the combination of seed cells and gene therapy.OBJECTIVE: To observe the dose-relationship between transfection and expression of rabbit bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSCs) with adenovirus vector carrying green fluorescent protein (Ad-GFP), and to study its effects on cell biological properties, in addition, to explore the feasibility of using Ad-GFP vector to construct gene modified BMSCs.DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING: A randomized grouping, contrast observation. The experiment was performed at the Southern Medical University between August 2008 and March 2009.MATERIALS: New Zealand white rabbits, irrespective of genders, weighing 2.0-3.0 kg, were selected.METHODS: BMSCs were separated and cultured in vitro, and then the cell immunophenotypes were detected by flow cytometry. The adenovirus was obtained by packaging 293 cells and was used to transfect BMSCs with various liters (1 ×-10~3-1×10~(10) PFU/mL).Cytometry was used to analyze the transfection efficiency.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: Cell morphological changes were detected under an invert microscope. The cell proliferation was detected by CCK8 kits. BMSCs transfected with Ad-GFP were induced differentiating into neuron-like cells by adding of β-mercaptoethanol.RESULTS: The surface markers of 3-6-generation BMSCs were negative to CD34 and CD45, but positive for CD29 and CD44.When the virus titers were 1 ×10~7 PFU/mL, the transfection rate was 55%, which were 85% when the virus titers were 1 ×10~9 and1×10~(10) PFU/mL. However, cell pathology phenomenon occurred when the virus titer was 1 ×10~(10) PFU/mL. The fluorescence was strongest expressed at day 7, and it still can be seen at day 28. The BMSCs trasfected with Ad-GFP could differentiate into neuron-like cells under induction of p-mercaptoethanol, with positive neuron-specific enolase.CONCLUSION: Ad-GFP with suitable titers can infect BMSCs effectively with little influence on the biology property or differentiation function. BMSCs can serve as seeds cell in gene therapy field when utilizing ad-GFP vector system.

MicroRNAs (miRNA) plays an important role in biological development and disease occurrence and development, and acts as a "main switch" in biology. Among patients of essential hypertension, around 1/3 would suffer left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). Hence, essential hypertension becomes an independent risk factor for cardiovascular diseases. And miRNAs plays an important role in the occurrence and development of LVH. This paper reviewed the role of miRNA in regulating the stress signaling pathway, defined its impact on the occurrence of LVH, and further emphasized the opportunities and challenges of miRNA as a biomarker and therapeutic target.
