Objective To observe the effect analysis of inverting suture and 8-character-pattern suture after laparoscopic myomectomy for the operation and postoperative complications. Methods The data of of 142 patients with laparoscopic myomectomy were analyzed retro-spectively. According to the different suture methods, they were divided into inverting suture group (85 cases) with straight mattress inverting suture and 8-character-pattern suture group (57 cases). The operation time, intraoperative bleeding, postoperative complications between two groups were compared. Results The operation time and intraoperative bleeding of varus suture group were less than those of 8-character-pat-tern suture group, single tumor posterior uterine wall parts of operation time and intraoperative bleeding than patients with the anterior wall of the uterus and uterine bottom, 1 cases of pelvic related operation infection after operation in eight suture group, abdominal and pelvic mucosa adhesion in 2 cases, the complication rates between two groups were statistically difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Laparoscopic myomec-tomy with direct mattress inverting suture can shorten operation time, play a good hemostasis in the operation and reduce the incidence of pel-vic infection and abdominal and pelvic mucosa adhesion.

Journal of Third Military Medical University 1988;0(05):-
The number of nerve fibers in the spared dorsal root of the L4 spinal nerve and the number of nerve terminals in the Lamina Ⅲ of the segment of the spinal cord between L2 and S1 were determined with electron microscopic morphometry, and the distribution and density of nerve fibers in the spinal cord were observed with silver staining. It was found that the distribution and density of nerve fibers in the spinal cord showed no difference between the operated and the control sides under optical microscopy;morphometric analysis revealed a significant increase of the number of unmyelinated fibers and a tendency to increase of their diameter;and the number of both simple and complex terminals in the Lamina Ⅲ of the spinal cord could return to the normal level on the 35th day after operation with a significant increase of their diameter. The importance of these changes was preliminarily discussed.

Objective To investigate the clinicopathological features of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) negative plasmablastic lymphoma (PBL) with no-immunosuppression,so as to accelerate the understanding for this group of disease. Methods The histological features of 6 HIV-PBL patients with no-immunodeficiency were retrospectively analyzed.Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) status was detected by in situ hybridization. Then, immunohistochemistry and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH) method were used to determine the immunophenotype, latent status of EBV and MYC translocation in PBL,respectively. Results HIV-PBL showed monotonous proliferation of plasmablastoid or immunoblast-like cells.Giant cells and necrosis could be observed, with less reactive cells in the background and higher mitoses. All the cases had EBV infection and type Ⅰ latency status of EBV (LMP1-/EBNA2-),and expressed terminal B-cell differentiation immunophenotype (CD20-/CD3-/CD138+/Kappa or Lambda+).Six HIV-PBL patients were elderly (median age was 69.5 years old),had equal incidence of PBL between male and female and showed high frequency of involvement of extranodal and extraoral lesion sites (6 cases and 5 cases, respectively).Median sutvival was 25.5 months. In addition,3 HIV-PBL patients had IGH/MYC translocations. Conclusions HIV-PBL is a new entity with unique clinical features including no-HIV infection, elderly,EBV positivity, and more involvement in extranodal and extraoral sites.HIV-PBL should be distinguished from HIV+ PBL.

[Objective]To analyze the clinical features and related risk factors in diabetic retinopathy(DR)and diabetic periph?eral neuropathy(DPN),the two micro-peripheral vascular diseases in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus.[Methods]A retro?spective study of 211 cases of newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus inpatient from 2009 to 2012 ,and compare the two micro-peripheral vascular complications.[Results]The morbidity of DPN was(33.6%),which was higher than that of DR,some cases of DR co-existed with DPN,DR was related with DPN(r=0.158,P=0.020). Age and systolic blood pressure were the common risk factors in DR and DPN by single factor analysis.[Conclusion]It should be paid attention to the screening of both DR and DPN in each age group in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus. Except for the control of blood glucose ,the control of the systolic blood pressure is important in the prevention and treatment in the two micro-peripheral vascular diseases.
