Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of the coagulation function detection of non small cell lung cancer patients .Methods Selected 148 cases of non-small cell lung cancer admit of our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 April as the study group ,and 120 healthy persons as control group ,two groups were detected plasma prothrombin time (PT ) ,activated par-tial thromboplastin time(APTT) ,fibrinogen(Fib) ,platelet count(PLT) and D-dimer(D-D) .Results In the study group:PT exten-sion 8 cases(5 .4% ) ,APTT extension 27 cases(18 .2% ) ,Fib increased 80 cases(54 .1% ) ,PLT increased 25 cases(16 .9% ) ,PLT reduced 4 cases(2 .7% ) ,D-D increased 88 cases(59 .5% ) .APTT ,Fib ,PLT and D-D level in the study group was significantly high-er than the control group(P<0 .05) .No significant differences between the two groups of PT (P>0 .05) .Fib and D-D levels in stage Ⅳ NSCLC were significantly higher than patients with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ lung cancer tumor metastasis ,Fib and D-D levels of pa-tients were significantly higher than those without metastasis patients (P<0 .05);for tumor size ,pathological type ,tumor differenti-ation degree unrelated to APTT ,Fib ,PLT ,D-D levels ,there were no difference statistical significance(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Pa-tients with lung cancer APTT ,Fib ,PLT ,D-D level increased significantly ,there is a close relationship between the prognosis of pa-tients w ith Fib and D-D levels and lung cancer .

Obstructive sleep apnea (OSA),the most common type of sleep disordered breathing was closely associated with the occurrence of ischemic stroke.It has been demonstrated that OSA is an independent risk factor for ischemic stroke.Its pathogenic mechanism includes atherosclerosis,coagulation abnormalities and cerebral hemodynamic changes caused by long-term periodic hypoxia hypoxemia and hypercapnia.The prognosis of ischemic stroke patients with OSA is poor.Therefore,it needs to be treated early to avoid further damage to brain tissue and reduce the mortality.

Objective To explore the correlation of random spot albuminuria to creatinine ratio (ACR) and 24 h uri?nary protein, and the diagnostic value of ACR in women with hypertensive disorders complicating pregnancy (HDCP). Meth?ods A total of 584 women with HDCP (169 with gestational hypertension, 205 with mild pre-eclampsia, 173 with severe pre-eclampsia and 37 with chronic hypertension) and 2 038 normal pregnant women were included in this study. Changes of ACR, 24-h urinary protein and other biochemical indicators were compared between groups. Bivariate correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between ACR, 24-h urinary protein and other biochemical indicators. Receiver operat?ing characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the sensitivity, specificity and optimal cut off value of ACR for predicting HDCP. Results (1)There were significantly higher levels of ACR, 24-h urinary protein, blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Cr), uric acid (UA), total cholesterol (TC) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL) and significantly lower val?ues of platelet (PLT), serum albumin and total protein in women with severe preeclampsia than those of other groups ( P <0.05). (2) There were positive correlation between ACR and 24-h urinary protein, BUN, Cr, UA, D-dimer, TC, LDL (P <0.05). (3) The optimal cut off value of ACR for predicting gestational hypertension, mild preeclampsia, severe preeclampsia (24-h urinary protein≥2 g,≥5 g) were 1.44, 10.48, 39.84, 94.91 g/mol separately. Conclusion There is positive correla?tion between ACR and 24 hour urinary protein. ACR can be used for diagnosing and estimating the severity degree of hyper?tensive disorders complicating pregnancy.

Cerebrovascular disease is currently one of the major diseases that result in the deaths of human.Its incidence elevates year by year,and there is a trend of younger.Stroke in young adult accounts for 25％ ～ 33％ in all stroke patients.Once a young man has a stroke,his quality of life will drop dramatically,and it will also bring a heavy burden to the family and society.Therefore,the etiologies of stroke in young adults should be summarized in order to achieve early diagnosis and early treatment.It is very important for improving of their prognoses.Cryptogenic stroke accounts for about 30％ in all strokes.The possible etiologies of cryptogenic stroke in young adults include heart diseases,arthritis,artery dissection,obstructive sleep apnea syndrome,and drug abuse,etc.

This paper summarized the problems of medical informationization from the perspective of ethics.While medical informationization brings about the benefits of the enhancement of information mobility and interac-tion,its negative impacts also cause the indifference of doctor-patient relationship and the leakage of privacy infor-mation.At the same time,to ensure real and effective information data is the basis for the development of informa-tionization.Finally,this paper put forward to save time using informationization,to improve the doctor-patient re-lationship with the advantages of convenient communication,to protect patients' privacy through information super-vision and encryption,and to establish data quality standards.

A new chromene (1) and six known compounds identified as 6-hydroxymellein (2), 6-hydroxy-5-methylmellein (3) nectriapyrone (4), chermesinone A(5), chermesinone B(6), and pomopxanthone A(7), were isolated in our investigation of the cytotoxic constituents from the fermented rice substrate of endophytic fungus Phomopsis sp. HCCB03519. The structures of these com pounds were elucidated through spectroscopic data analysis. All compounds exhibited inhibitory activities against cancer cell lines. Compound 7 showed stronger inhibition against cancer cells than the positive control 5-Fu.

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of pravastatin on serum levels of interleukin-6(IL-6) and tu- mor necrosis faetor-α(TNF-α) in patients with acute coronary syndromes(ACS). Methods50 patients with ACSwere randomly divided into pravastatin group( n = 25) and routine therapy group( n = 25). Serum TNF-α and IL-6levels were measured before and four weeks after the two treatment options respectively. ResultsThe level of TNF- α and IL-6 were higher than routine therapy group before therapy(P < 0.01 ). The level of TNF-α and IL-6 weredecreased significantly after pravastatin therapy,and higher thancontrols(P < 0.05). The levels of TNF-α and IL-6changed only slightly after the routine therapy(P > 0.05). ConclusionThe level of TNF-α and IL-6 becominghigher in ACS patients may be related to the pathogenesis of ACS. Pravastatin can reduce serum level of TNF-α and IL-6 contributing to treatment of ACS.

As one of the most major disease,malignant tumor is harmful to human health.Althought it' s exact pathogenesis is still not clear,it is certainly that the formation of cancer is typical of containing many factors and having gone through many steps.Resulting from the abnormal activation of a series of proto-oncogene as well as the inactivation caused by many anti-oncogene mutation,some signal pathways work abnormally.In recent years,the study of Hedgehog ( Hh),as the signal pathway,shows that Hh encodes a series of secreted signaling protein,having an important effect on the differentiation and proliferation of cells in the process of embryogenesis.The occurrence of abnormal activation of Hh signaling pathway plays a significant role in the process of tumorigenesis.Signal paths of Hh signaling protein include as much as following at least:patched(Ptch),smoothened (Smo),fused (Fu),suppressor of fused (SuFu),costaⅠ-2 (Cos)-2 and cubitus interruptus (Ci) and so on.In this paper,the function of Hh genetic family and the mechanism of its relation to many kinds of human cancers will be givien a brief overview.
