1.Application of CT perfusion imaging in diagnosing liver cancer
Chinese Journal of Hepatobiliary Surgery 2010;16(8):634-637
Hepatic perfusion data such as hepatic blood flow, hepatic blood volume, hepatic arterial perfusion index etc, can be obtained by CT perfusion imaging (CTPI)with quantitative measurements of local blood flow to the liver. As the data mentioned above are varied in different tissues, e. g normal liver parenchyma, cirrhotic liver, hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) and secondary liver cancer(SLC),the differential diagnosis of liver lesions, especially the early subclinical liver cancer, can be made by analyzing the related data. The principle of CTPI, the main points for differential diagnosis between HCC and SLC, the relationship between CTPI and micro-vessel density(MVD), the changes of CTPI pre-and post-TACE, as well as diagnostic sensitivity of CTPI and contrast enhanced ultrasound(CEUS) in patients with liver cancer were introduced in this article.

4.Investigation and analysis on job satisfaction of nurses in a 3-A-grade hospital in Tianjin
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(20):1570-1573
Objective To investigate and analyze the status quo of job satisfaction of nurses in a large 3-A-grade hospital in Tianjin. Methods Using stratified random sampling method, the general information questionnaire and the nurse job satisfaction scale were used to investigate the cross-sectional survey of 435 clinical nurses in large 3-A-grade hospital in Tianjin. Results The score of job satisfaction was (123.54±15.52) points, which was at the middle level. According to single factor analysis, there were significant differences in the influence of nurses′ job satisfaction on age, working life, department, monthly average night shift frequencies, monthly gross income (F=2.238-7.622, all P<0.05). There was a significant difference in job satisfaction among nurses with different income(F=2.642, P=0.049), among whichwork load, relationship with colleaguesandjob itselfhad the most significant impact on job satisfaction(F=2.667, 6.087, 4.023, all P<0.05). Conclusions Nursing managers should be rational allocation of human resources, reduce the workload of nurses, to build a harmonious atmosphere in the team, to create a good working environment, provide a better career development platform for nurses, implement flexible management, improve nurses′job satisfaction.

6. Silybin-derived flavonolignans and their structure-activity relationships: Research advances
Journal of International Pharmaceutical Research 2010;37(3):187-197
Silybum marianum (L.) Gaertn. is recorded by the pharmacopoeias of many countries to have such bioactivities as antioxidant, anti-hepatocirrhosis, anti-inflammation, immunomodulation and liver regeneration. It has been used clinically to treat hepatitis, fatty liver, liver cirrhosis, ischemic damage, radiation injury, etc. With silybin entering the phase II clinical trial as an anti-cancer drug, its correlative investigations including derivatives preparation, structure-activity relationship (SAR) detection, and the detailed action mechanisms have been developing rapidly. Recently, the new synthetic strategy of silybin and dehydrosilybin (DHS) along with their anti-HSV (herpes simple virus) activity has also been reported. This paper reviews about one hundred preparative derivatives of silybin and DHS which appeared in recent years, with the emphasis on their pharmacological activity and the results of their SAR. The future development direction of structural modification of silybin and DHS is also discussed and predicted.
8.Rehabilitation of Talipes Valgus in Children with Cerebral Palsy
Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2006;0(24):-
Objective To explore the clinical significance of the footprints and lateral X-rays in weight loading in evaluating the rehabilitation of talipes valgus in the children with cerebral palsy. Methods One hundred footprints of 56 children who were cerebral palsy with talipes valgus in the hospital-community-family-based rehabilitation mode were divided into light, middle and heavy types, and they were counted with two footprint-based approaches, and the two approaches were compared with chi-square criterion, and the dependability on consequence of the footprint and lateral X-rays in weight loading were analyzed. Results One hundred feet evaluated by the method of footprint were flatfeet radically, and the occurrence of flatfoot evaluated by three define lines were 11,57,32,respectively,and evaluated by footprint ratio were 6,7,87,respectively,but the degrees were different with two footprint-based approaches. There was a close correlation between two footprint-based approaches and lateral X-rays in weight loading. Conclusions Flat foot caused by talipes valgus can be evaluated by footprint in static state, while the development of bones of foot and the constitution of instep can be monitored on the lateral X-rays in weight loading.
