1.Experimental Study on the Dosage of Flos Lonicerae in Decoctions of Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
In view of the tendency to increase the dosage of Flos Lonicerae(FL) in prescription, an experimental study was undertaken to determine the release rate of chlorogenic acid(CA), an active component part of FL, in decoctions containing different dosage of FL. The results showed that the release rate of CA was reversely proportional to the dosage of FL added when FL was over 40 gm. It is indicated that a large dose of FL is unnecessary.
2.Work Status and Development Strategy of Clinical Pharmaceutics of Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacist 2015;(6):952-957
Objective:To analyze the work status, existing problems and development strategy of clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine. Methods:The literatures on clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine in recent years were comprehensively analyzed to summarize the present situation, find out the existing problems and difficult points and put forward the development strategy. Results:At present, the main work performed in clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine was as follows:clinical pharmacist of Chinese med-icine made the rounds of the wards in clinics, wrote the medication records, studied the pharmacokinetics of traditional Chinese medi-cine ( TCM) and monitored the therapeutic drugs, monitored and intervened the adverse reactions of TCM, carried out the prescription comment on TCM, studied the boiling, administration and processing methods of TCM, performed the clinical pharmaceutical service and pharmaceutical information service of TCM, and researched the pharmaceutical economics and evidence-based medicine of TCM. Conclusion:Significant achievement and development in clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine have been achieved. However, some problems and deficiency still exist, which should be improved and standardized. The paper puts forward some strategies and thoughts for the improvement of clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine for the purpose of providing reference for the comprehensive development of clinical pharmaceutics of Chinese medicine.

7.Retrospective Analysis of62Cases of Adverse Reactions Induced by Polysaccharide Sulfate
China Pharmacy 2001;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR)induced by polysaccharide sulfate(PSS).METHODS:A retrospective study was carried out to collect and statistically analyze62cases of ADR induced by PSS reported in domestic academic journals between January1994and December2005.RESULTS:The ADR to PSS were independent of patient’s sex and dependent of patient’s age, administration routes and dosage. The ADR occurred at different intervals after drug application.Clinical manifestations of ADR were multiple involving several organs and systems, mainly damage of immune system and musculoskeletal system.CONCLUSION:Clinical doctors and pharmacists should under-stand the pattern and characteristics of ADR induced by PSS,and strengthen monitoring of its use in order to reduce occurrence of ADRs.
8.Thoughts on "Trusteeship of Hospital Drugstore"
China Pharmacy 2005;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE: To discuss whether the "Trusteeship of Hospital Drugstore" of mode is conducive to drug price reduction and reduction of patients' medical expense for the benefit of patients and whether this model is helpful for hospital management. METHODS: It analyzed the possible problems involved in "Trusteeship of Hospital Drugstore": such as it may lead to a "new monopolization of drug management", emergence of new "type medicine representatives", formation of "benefit league", physicians' prescribing "big prescription", thus failing to pose a threat to the "false high" price of drugs in the price chain but bringing about difficulty to hospital drug control and decreasing of drug quality etc. RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS: In view of the fact that current medical level and service income being unable to embody their actual value and the misalignment between supply and demand information of drugs,"Trusteeship of Hospital Drugstore" is still unable to free hospital from the trivial and complicated pharmaceutical affairs, nor can it surely bring down the "false high" drug price and reduce patients' medical expenses for the benefit people.
9.ADRs Induced by Saponins of Panax Notoginseng Injection:Literature Analysis of 81 Cases
China Pharmacy 2007;0(33):-
OBJECTIVE:To study the general pattern and characteristics of the ADRs associated with Saponins of panax notoginseng(SPN)injection to guide rational administration of this drug.METHODS:ADR cases induced by SPN injection that retrieved from domestic medical journals between 1994 and 2006 were analyzed statistically.RESULTS:Of the total 81 ADR cases induced by SPN injection, females showing higher percentage than males, and the ADRs were more often seen in aged group. The ADRs usually occurred following second time injection or repeated injections. The clinical manifestations of ADRs varied and could involve multiple organs and systems, which were characterized predominantly by damages of skin and its appendages.CONCLUSION:Doctors and pharmacists should master the pattern and characteristics of ADRs and strengthen ADR monitoring so as to reduce the incidence of ADRs.
