Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2010;16(2):185-186
ObjectiveTo observe the effect of treatment on post-stroke hiccup by Point Injection.Methods80 cases were divided 2 groups randomly, 40 cases were taken the acupuncture treatment with the point injection; 40 cases were taken the Anisodamine Hydrobromide injection.ResultsThe total effective rate was 97.5% in therapy of treatment and 65% in therapy of control.ConclusionThe therapy of acupuncture with the point injection is superior in the treatment of post-stroke hiccup.
2. Inhibition of proprotein convertases by mung bean trypsin inhibitor
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 2006;27(3):258-262
Objective: To extract the mung bean trypsin inhibitor (MBTI) from mung bean and to study the inhibitory activity of MBTI against proprotein convertases (PCs). Methods: MBTI was purified to homogeneity by ammonium sulfate precipitation, sequential chromatography of gel filtration, ion exchange, affinity chromatography and HPLC. The high expression strains of 2 PCs, Kexin and Furin, were selected. Kexin and Furin were purified by ammonium sulfate precipitation and gel filtration. The inhibitory activity of MBTI against Kexin and Furin was assayed and the inhibitory constants (Ki) of MBTI against the 2 PCs were calculated by Dixon's plot. Results: The purified MBTI showed a single peak on HPLC and a single band on SDS-PAGE. The inhibitory activity of MBTI against Kexin (Ki = 3.9 × 10-9 mol/L) was stronger than that against Furin. Conclusion: MBTI can inhibit both Kexin and Furin, especially Kexin, and also can be an ideal inhibitor against PCs after further modification.

4.Two Medical Cases of SHI Da-zhuo Using Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine for Left Ventricular Remodeling and Left Atrial Expansion after Acute Myocardial Infarction
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(6):100-102
This article summarized two medical cases of Professor SHI Da-zhuo treating acute myocardial infarction by Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu Shengji TCM therapy on the basis of conventional Western medicine therapy. Comparison of echocardiography before and after treatment showed that Yiqi Huoxue Tuodu Shengji TCM combined with conventional Western medicine therapy could inhibit the expansion of atrium and ventricle, improve the cardiac ejection fraction and improve the cardiac function after acute myocardial infarction, which could provide references for integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy for acute myocardial infarction.

Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Controlling serum phosphorus levels is critical in patients with renal failure. Currently phosphate-binding agents are widely used to reduce phosphate absorption in patients with endstage renal disease. If possible, serum phosphorus level should be reduced without disturbing calcium homeostasis or increasing accumulation of potentially toxic elements. Aluminum hydroxide and traditional calcium -based phosphate binders are commonly used to control serum phosphorus level. Aluminum hydroxide can effectively lower serum phosphorus level, but aluminum can accumulates in the body and results in toxic effect. Traditional calcium-based phosphate binders tend to promote hypercalcemia and calcium overloading, and accelerate cardiovascular calcification. Therefore aluminum -free and calcium-free phosphate-binding agents have become the focus of study; however, agents like sevelamer hydrochloride and lanthanum carbonate are not widely used due to high price, although they are effective in controlling serum phosphorus level. New generation of phosphate binders, such as colestilan, nicotinic acid and magnesium salt, are cheaper than their previous counterparts, but their long -term effect still needs to be observed. This article summarizes the progress of non-calcium phosphate binders in treatment of end-stage renal diseases, hoping to help clinical drug usage.

Chinese Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology 2001;0(04):-
Objective To study the relationship between tyrosine phosphorylation(TP)and protein expression of insulin receptor substrate-1(IRS-1)and insulin resistance in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM).Methods IRS-1 expression and TP in skeleton muscle tissue were determined by Western blot and immunoprecipitation in women with GDM(GDM group,n=22),normal pregnant women(normal pregnancy group,n=22)and normal nonpregnant women(normal nonpregnant group,n=13).Fasting plasma glucose(FPG)and fasting insulin(FINS)were measured by oxidase assay and immunoradioassay. Results(1)The levels of FPG,FINS,and insulin resistance index were calculated according to homeostasis model assessment [ HOMA-IR;(5.6?0.8)mmol/L,(15.4?5.1)mU/L,and 1.2?0.5 ] in GDM group were significantly higher than those in normal pregnancy group [(4.4+0.5)mmol/L,(10.6 ?3.1)mU/L,and 0.8?0.3;P

Objective To investigate the feasibility and effect of recanalization of inferior vena cava with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA)by Inoue-balloon. Methods Eighty-nine patients with Budd-chiari syndrome(BCS)were treated with PTA by Inoue-balloon. Results After PTA, the median(interquartile range)diameter of hepatic segment inferior vena cava increased from 0.00(0.20 ~ 0.00) cm to 1.90(2.00 ~ 1.47)cm; (P
