1.Human leukocyte antigen and lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2011;38(5):370-373
HLA (human leukocyte antigen) is critical molecule relevant to immunoresponse, which is always involved in antigen presentation and determining killing activity of immune cells against tumor. The abnormal expression of HLA in lung cancer is believed to be a common phenomena of tumor biology. It has been demonstrated that HLA expression varies in various types of lung cancer, even in differential stages of one type of lung cancer. HLA expression is highly associated with genre, progression and prognosis of lung cancer. The thorough investigations of the relationship between HLA and lung cancer and of mechanism of HLA abnormality will provide useful information for studying of development of lung cancer and tumor immunotherapy.
2.Bilateral nasal vestibular cyst 1 case.
Journal of Clinical Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery 2014;28(23):1899-1900
Patients with bilateral nasal vestibule area swelling of 1 week, no obvious pain and symptoms of nasal congestion, bilateral nasal vestibule area was highly uplifted, nostril was significantly smaller, both sides existed a palpable 2. 0 cm × 2. 2 cm and 2. 0 cm × 2. 0 cm cystic mass. Ultrasound showed both sides of the nasal bonehad cystic lesions. Sinus CT showed local quasicircular soft tissue shadow at the bottom of bilateral piriform aperture. The postoperative pathology report: the cystiform tissue is covered with squamous epithelium, infiltration of inflammatory cells could be seen and is consistent with the diagnosis of bilateral nasalvestibular cyst.

3.Effect of Kidney nourishing decoction in the treatment of reproduce patients in serum hormone
Chinese Journal of Biochemical Pharmaceutics 2017;37(2):46-48,51
Objective To investigate the effects of Kidney nourishing decoction in the treatment of reproduce patients in serum hormone .Methods 120 cases with reproduce patients from June 2014 to June 2016 in hangzhou traditional chinese medical hospital were selected, and divided into control group and experiment group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was given artificial cycle treatment, the experiment group was treated with Kidney nourishing decoction, two groups were treated for three months.Serum sex hormone and AMH content, clinical effect and pregnancy rate were compared before and after treatment. Results Compared with before treatment, levels of FSH, LH, E2 and FSH/LH in two groups decreased, AMH content increased after treatment, the thickness of endometrium and ovarian antral follicle number increased, symptom scores decreased after treatment (P <0.05);Compared with the control group, levels of FSH, LH, E2 and FSH/LH in the experiment group were lower, AMH content were higher, the thickness of endometrium and ovarian antral follicle number in the experiment group were higher, and the symptom scores were lower (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.00% higher than the total effective rate of the control group 73.33% (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate between the two groups, the pregnancy rate in the experiment group 30.00% was higher than the control group 11.67% ( P <0.05 ) .Conclusion Kidney nourishing decoction can reduce the sex hormone and increase the content of AMH , and increase the pregnancy rate in the treatment of reproduce patients.
4.Application and nursing of inserted central vein catheter in hemodialysis
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2006;0(12):-
Objective To explore the application and nursing of retention central vein catheter in hemodialy- sis. Methods Blood vessel path was established by inserted central vein catheter on 96 patients who needed hemodialysis treatment. Results Only one patient needed to tease tube for complication. Conclusion It's safe and effective to insert central vein catheter in hemodialysis.Applying and attending exactly can extend service life of catheter and prevent complication.

OBJECTIVETo determine the interaction between miR-21 and DNA methylation in different breast cancer cells.
METHODSFluorescence tagged miR-21 inhibitor and its negative control (NC) were transient transfected into MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cell, the transfection efficiency was observed using fluorescence microscopy, and the miR-21 expression level and genome DNA methylation status before and after transfection were assessed by real-time PCR and bisulfite-qMSP respectively. To investigate the regulation effect of DNA methylation on miR-21, cells were treated with 5-AZA (2.5 µmol/L) for 72 h, with dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) treatment as its negative control (NC), and the expression level of phosphatase and tensin homolog deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN) and AKT(also known as Protein Kinase B), two downstream genes of miR-21 were detected by Western blot.
RESULTSThe expression of miR-21 in MCF-7 cell was significantly knocked down (P < 0.01) by miR-21 inhibitor, with the genome DNA methylation level (P < 0.05) and all the three Dnmts: Dnmt1, Dnmt3a, and Dnmt3b unregulated. In contrast, the miR-21 expression in MDA-MB-231 cell was elevated ( P < 0.01) by miR-21 inhibitor, meanwhile, down- regulated of genome DNA methylation (P < 0.05) and Dnmt3b expression, upregulation of Dnmt3a were also observed. In addition, treated with 5-AZA resulted in significant increases of miR-21 expression in both MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells (P < 0.01), with the protein level of PTEN increased in MCF-7 cell, which was further involved in the downregulation of AKT.
CONCLUSIONThe regulation effects of DNA methylation by transient transfection of miR-21 in MCF-7 and MDA-MB-231 cells are almost opposite, whilst the expression of miR-21 in two cell lines were all upregulated by decreased DNA methylation level and our results may provide some experimental evidences for the future development of rational therapy for different breast cancer.

National Journal of Andrology 2014;20(8):747-750
Chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) is a common disease in males, which is characterized by persistent discomfort or pain in the pelvic region. As currently used drug therapies fail to produce satisfactory results, it is an urgent task to find new and effective methods for the treatment of CP/CPPS. In recent years, many reports are seen on the extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT) for CP/CPPS. ESWT can significantly improve the symptoms of pelvic pain and urination disorders in CPPS patients, and its therapeutic effect is attributed to the improvement of angiogenesis and block of pain nerves.
