1.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.
2.Four Cases of Treatment for Children by MEI Da-zhao
Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(10):113-114
The chief physician MEI Da-zhao uses TCM for treatment of children with incurable diseases, which is accurate in syndrome differentiation and with obvious efficacy. This article selected 4 cases (liver wind syndrome, convulsion disease, cough, palpitations), and carried out in depth analysis.
5.Urinary Retention Following Caudal Anesthesia Operation:Nursing Countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2004;0(10):-
OBJECTIVE To post correlation between urinary retention following caudal anesthesia operation and nursing countermeasures, and to supply credible gist for reducing intra-urethral cannula. METHODS A total of 146 patients with urinary retention following caudal anesthesia and anal canal operation from Jun to Oct 2003 in our hospital were analyzed. RESULTS It was obvious that patients with caudal anesthesia taken no intra-urethral cannula way to induce urination especially for adolescent.Nineteen patients taken intra-urethral cannula were with an average of(53.7 years),it was significant different between patients of different age with urinary retention taking physical methods to induce urination. CONCLUSIONS It must be thought much of taking physical methods without analgesia, irritation, and side-effect to help patient′s urination, reducing invasive operation, and avoiding iatrogenic infection.
6.Cognition Level about Hospital Infection Knowledge among Externs
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE To understand the situation about the hospital infection knowledge among externs.METHODS Using self-designed questionnaires to investigate the externs.RESULTS The cognition rate among externs about hospital infection knowledge was 56.89%,the highest rate was the answer about the best collecting time of pathogenic samples for subsequent use of antibacterials, which was 92.2%;the lowest rate was the answer about the disinfectant monitoring time limit, which was 24.4%.CONCLUSIONS Externs are seriously lack to the hospital infection knowledge. It′s necessary and urgent to strengthen the training about hospital infection knowledge among externs.
7.Enzymatic Detergent for Cleaning of Medical Instruments:Effects and Results
Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 1994;0(04):-
OBJECTIVE To study the influence of enzyme detergent for improving the quality during the cleaning of medical instruments.METHODS The 360 pieces of contaminated instruments for manually cleaning were divided into two groups with 180 pieces each, one group as test one immersed in Lionser enzyme solution 5 minutes at 1∶200 and another one as control immersed in non-enzymatic detergent 30 minutes at 1∶200.Eventually flush all instruments using free water.RESULTS Significant difference(P
8.Quality guarantee of in-fresh-field thermotherapy machine in clinical practice
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 2004;0(07):-
The in-fresh-field thermotherapy machine is a kind of new heat treatment equipment for clinical malignant tumor therapy. Two groups of high frequency sources different in frequency and phase are used and the four poles of them overlapped, thus producing an even in-fresh-field to heat deep part tumor, and then radiotherapy is combined to eliminate tumor. The accuracy, reliability and safety in heat treatment is guaranteed by accurate temperature measurement and position arrangement.
9.Application and Research of Bioreactor in Developing Products of Tissue Engineering
Chinese Medical Equipment Journal 1989;0(04):-
Objective To analyze the effects and applications of 4 kinds of bioreactors on cell culture. Methods The results of different bioreactors for cell culture were observed. Results The bioreactors with different mechanical properties, mass transfer and fluid shear stress had different impacts on morphological and functional organizations. Conclusion Rotating bioreactor is more suitable for three-dimensional suspension growth and similar to organisms internal environment than the others. It is indicated that bioreactors will be integrated intelligent devices including culture, control, research, and production in the future.
10.New advances in technique of radiotherapy of malignancies and prospect
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To review the domestic and international state-of-the-art technique of radiation oncology, and to suggest the direction, objective and main aim of radiotherapy in the military. Methods The latest advance in the field of radiation oncology was analyzed after retrieving the references concerned, reviews, meeting reports and treatises published in the latest decade. Results Since 80s of the 20th century, radiotherapy had evolved into a new era of the precise 3-D treatment techniques. The feature of all these modern advanced techniques was to encompass all cancer cells with sufficient high dose of radiation to raise the local tumor control rate, while simultaneously sparing the surrounding normal tissues to decrease severe complications. Imaging guiding radiotherapy might technically assure precision radiation therapy, and its clinical application and research work had been in progress in great fervor. Conclusions On the basis of developing a precise treatment, more attention should be put into research in the field of medical physics and radiobiology in the future, together with the use of new technology. Patients with cancer will be maximally benefited from a comprehensive therapy, including the combined use of precision radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hyperthermia therapy, intervention therapy and molecular target therapy, and other new treatment modality, such as heavy ion radiation therapy.
