Epstein-Barr virus infects widely, and has a powerful ability to transfrom into a number of malignant diseases. The infection is mostly latent, without any obvious clinical symptoms. At present, more and more researches have found that cell-mediated immunity,especially T lymphocyte response plays an important role in the control of Epstein-Barr virus infection.

OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standard of Danchong liniment.METHODS:Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume in the formula were identified qualitatively by TLC.The content of Paeonol was determined by HPLC in which Hypersil C18 column(150 mm?4.6 mm,5 ?m)was used with mobile phase consisted of methanol-water(45∶55)at a flow rate of 1 mL?min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm and the column temperature was set at 30 ℃.RESULTS:Clear characteristic spots of Cortex Moutan,Radix Isatidis,Rhizoma Paridis,Fructus Crataegi and Fructus Mume were noted in TLC identification.The linearity of Paeonol was good in the range of 0.048 2～0.482 0 ?g(r=0.999 9)with an average recovery of 99.01%(RSD=1.60%,n=6).CONCLUSION:The established quality standard can be used for the quality control of Danchong liniment.

Objective: To know the occasion and how the military in-patients understood the contents of health education, to discuss how to conduct the health education pertinently and how to make the military in-patients master the information and skill to get well effectively in a short time. Methods: By referring to literature samples and the main contents of health education of sections in our hospital, we designed a questionnaire including the main contents of health education、the fashion and the occasion of conduction in different phase of hospitalization, together with three subjects and 44 items, and we investigated 312 military in-patients in the way of questionnaire in combination of opening and closing. Results: Military in-patients considered the correlative knowledge of getting well as the shoe pinches of the main contents of health education. The communication between doctors、nurses and pation should be strengthened; Communication through talking and offering written materials were the two primary fashions of health education; The medical personnel and military in-patients disagreed in the time arranging of health education. Conclusion: We suggest the adoption of the educational method of ”advantage health education contents increased by degrees” to conduct health education; paramedic in all levels should pay attention to the feelings of military in patients, pay attention to the rational arrangement of the health education time and contents. We emphasize the training of paramedic's communication skills of talking and writing.

OBJECTIVE: To assess the efficacy and safety of compound azintamide and trimebutine maleate in the treatment of functional dyspepsia (FD) in elderly patients. METHODS: 48 elderly patients with FD up to Rome Ⅲ were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid at 15 min before meal and 2 pieces of compound azintamide tid after meal for 4 weeks (n=23). Control group were given 200 mg trimebutine maleate tid for 4 weeks (n=25). Questionnaire survey was applied to detect the index of dyspeptic symptoms and drug toxity before and after treatment. RESULTS: The patients with FD in two groups were matched well in respect of age, sex and index of dyspeptic symptoms. Routine therapy was achieved and adverse reaction wasn’t found. Objective To verify the accuracy,repeatability and consistency with contracting reagent of the high-sensitive C reac-tive protein(hs-CRP)test by using the independently developed reagents.Methods 150 samples were collected,including 130 ser-um samples and 20 plasma samples.4 times of the relative difference of mean value was used as the detection limits,and the regres-sion analysis was performed after excluding 5 sample outliers,then calculated the expected bias at medical decision level with the 95% confidence interval,in order to judge whether the bias was within the allowable range.Results The recovery rate of hs-CRP test reagent were within the allowable range which was 90% -110%.The hs-CRP testing results of plasma and serum samples from the same source were consistent,and the expected bias of medical decision level was in the permissible range.Conclusion The developed reagent used in hs-CRP test have good accuracy,repeatability,and highly consistency with control reagent.

Methods Themodelofdepressionwasestablishedby unpredictable chronic mild stress(UCMS),then open filed test (OFT)and tail suspension test (TST)were used to evaluate the behavioral changes.LC-MS/MS method was employed to measure blood neurotransmit-ters.mRNA expressions of IDO,IL-10 and IL-1βwere detected by quantitative PCR method.Hippocampus protein expression was detected by Western blot.Re-sults Comparedwithcontrolgroup,modelgroup's total distance,number of standing and tail suspension fixed time increased significantly (P <0. 05 ),Neuro-transmitter level of 5-HT in the blood was significantly decreased(P<0. 05 ).mRNA expression of IDO and IL-1βwas increased in hippocampus.Protein expres-sion of IDO was significantly increased in hippocampus (P <0. 05 ).Compared with model group,the treat-ment group was significantly decreased in total distance,number of standing and tail suspension fixedtime(P<0. 05).Neurotransmitter level of 5-HT in the blood and mRNA expression of IL-10 in hippocampus were significantly increased after treatment (P <0. 05 ).mRNA and protein expression of IDO were ob-viously down-regulated in hippocampus (P <0. 05 ). Conclusions GrosssaponinsofTribulusterrestriscan obviously improve rat behavior and show antidepressanteffect,which can increase neurotransmitter level of 5-HT in the blood,down-regulate mRNA expression of IDO and IL-1β,and obviously increase protein expres-sion levels of IDO in hippocampus(P<0. 05 ).

ObjectiveTo investigate changes of the level of serum thyroxine after different style operation on thyroid gland,for guiding replacement therapy after surgery. MethodsTo select patients randomly,include the excision of adenoma of thyroid、the lobectomy of unilateral thyroid、the subtotal ectomy of bilateral thyroid and total resection of bilateral thyroid quaque forty,among the total,the patients who suffererd the total resection of bilateral thyroid take thyroxine 40mg bid orally everyday. To detect the serum thyroxine in all of the patients, when preoperation、ten days after operation、one month after operation and three months after operation. ResultsThe serum thyroxine in patients who suffererd the excision of adenoma of thyroid were had no marked changes compare to preoperation; Serum FT3 、FT4 in patients suffer the lobectomy of unilateral thyroid are lower than preoperation when ten days after operation (P＜0.01) ;Serum FT3、FT4 in patients sufferred subtotal ectomy of bilateral thyroid were lower than preoperation,when ten days after operation and one month after operation( P ＜ 0.01 ), then returned to the level of preoperation when three months after operation;the serum thyroxine of patients who sufferred the total resection of bilateral thyroid had no marked changes compare to preoperation,when they taker thyroxine 40mg bid orally everyday. ConclusionThe serum thyroxine level of patients who suffer the lobectomy of unilateral thyroid、the subtotal ectomy of bilateral thyroid and total resection of bilateral thyroid is lower than preoperation at different degree, they should be given replacement therapy properly.

Poly (β-amino ester)s (PβAEs) contain tertiary amine backbones and biodegradable ester bonds, making them highly biocompatible and pH-responsive. Meanwhile, originated from combinatorial libraries, PβAEs are simple to synthesize, easy to obtain raw materials and can be easily adapted to meet the different performance needs of gene carriers by adjusting the monomer type, monomer ratio and reaction time. Therefore, PβAEs are promising material for non-viral gene carriers. This paper provides a comprehensive overview of the properties and synthesis of PβAEs gene carriers and summarizes the progress of research on the gene delivery of each type of PβAEs.
