1.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.

3.Discussion on clinical significance of the coagulation function detection of non small cell lung cancer patients
Mei YIN ;
Chongqing Medicine 2014;(4):424-426
Objective To observe the changes and clinical significance of the coagulation function detection of non small cell lung cancer patients .Methods Selected 148 cases of non-small cell lung cancer admit of our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 April as the study group ,and 120 healthy persons as control group ,two groups were detected plasma prothrombin time (PT ) ,activated par-tial thromboplastin time(APTT) ,fibrinogen(Fib) ,platelet count(PLT) and D-dimer(D-D) .Results In the study group:PT exten-sion 8 cases(5 .4% ) ,APTT extension 27 cases(18 .2% ) ,Fib increased 80 cases(54 .1% ) ,PLT increased 25 cases(16 .9% ) ,PLT reduced 4 cases(2 .7% ) ,D-D increased 88 cases(59 .5% ) .APTT ,Fib ,PLT and D-D level in the study group was significantly high-er than the control group(P<0 .05) .No significant differences between the two groups of PT (P>0 .05) .Fib and D-D levels in stage Ⅳ NSCLC were significantly higher than patients with stage Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ lung cancer tumor metastasis ,Fib and D-D levels of pa-tients were significantly higher than those without metastasis patients (P<0 .05);for tumor size ,pathological type ,tumor differenti-ation degree unrelated to APTT ,Fib ,PLT ,D-D levels ,there were no difference statistical significance(P>0 .05) .Conclusion Pa-tients with lung cancer APTT ,Fib ,PLT ,D-D level increased significantly ,there is a close relationship between the prognosis of pa-tients w ith Fib and D-D levels and lung cancer .
4.Experimental Study on the Dosage of Flos Lonicerae in Decoctions of Chinese Medicine
China Pharmacy 1991;0(04):-
In view of the tendency to increase the dosage of Flos Lonicerae(FL) in prescription, an experimental study was undertaken to determine the release rate of chlorogenic acid(CA), an active component part of FL, in decoctions containing different dosage of FL. The results showed that the release rate of CA was reversely proportional to the dosage of FL added when FL was over 40 gm. It is indicated that a large dose of FL is unnecessary.
5.Hot issues in current research of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1982;0(01):-
Autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD) is the most frequent inherited kidney disease, its prevalence ranges from 1 in 1 000 to 1 in 400.Two genes responsible for ADPKD, PKD 1 and PKD 2,were cloned in 1994 and 1996 respectively. Many researches have been done and great progress has been made on ADPKD.Current hot issues in this area included the structures and functions of polycystin 1 and polycystin 2,the role of cilia on polycystic kidney disease(PKD),the relationship between polycystins and the vascular abnormalities, the image evaluation of PKD,the effects of blocking RAS on slowing down the PKD progression and the treatment prospects for ADPKD. This paper focused on some issues and their implications for the diagnosis and treatment of PKD.

7.Analysis in factors influencing satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in outpatient department and its nursing countermeasures
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2009;25(9):67-68
Objective To investigate factors influencing satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department in order to perfect nursing quality and improve the satisfaction degree of patients. Methods 900 patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and the results went through analysis. Results There were 886 effective responding questionnaires out of 900 with effective rate of 98.4%. The result indicated that the major factors which influenced degree of satisfaction with infusion included operation technique, service attitude and health education of nurses. Conclusions Increase of nurses' diathesis, enhancement of service quality, establishment of concept of "patient as center" are the preconditions to improve the satisfaction degree of patients receiving introvenous infusion in out-patient department.
8.Clinical applications of strontium-89 therapy for bone metastases of lung cancer
Journal of International Oncology 2010;37(10):765-767
Strontium-89(89Sr)therapy has been recognized as an effective method for treating bone metastases. It functions as a calcium analog that binds with collagen matrix produced by the MC3T3-E1 cells during collagen mineralization. 89Sr emits pure β rays which palliate bone pains and reduce the number of new metastasis sites. Response to 89Sr is affected by factors such as the location, size and histological type of lung cancer, the type of metastasis and the duration of treatment, and can be predicted by relief of bone pain, elimination of metastasis, CD4 +/CD8 +, ALP, and others. 89Sr therapy is safe and effective. Repeat administration or combined used with other treatments can improve the therapeutic effect of 89Sr.
9.Effects of nursing intervention in rebleed after endoscopic varix ligation
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2010;35(1):149-151
Objective: To discuss the effects of nursing intervention in the rebleed rate of the cirrhosis patients after endoscopic esophageal varix ligation.Methods:60 cirrhosis patients with endoscopic esophageal varix ligation were randomly divided into intervention(n=30)and control group(n=30).Both groups received usual care and the intervention group did additional nursing intervention as psychological nursing health education relaxation training, effective coping strategy, familial and social support system.Resets:The rebleed rate was significantly lower.the time of hospital stay shorter and the hospital expense less in the intervention than in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The nursing intervention in the patients with endoscopic esophageal varix ligation can obviously decrease the rebleed rate, abate reduce their economic burden and improve their quality of life.
