Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.

5.Research progresses of regulatory T cells in asthma
International Journal of Pediatrics 2014;41(1):22-25
Asthma is severely harmful to the health of the children with respiratory tract infection, but its etiology and pathogenesis is not yet entirely clear.Currently,it is considered that Th1/Th2 cell function imbalance is the immunological basis.Regulatory T cells (regulatory T cell,Treg) is one of the hot spots in recent years, regulating the immune system negatively. The decrease in the number of cells leads to immune suppression dysfunction, and creats the conditions for the development of the disease for asthma.Recent studies have found that Treg cells play an important role in the regulation of Th2 cell activation, which not only completes the traditional theories of Th1/Th2,but also provides a new method for preventing and controlling asthma by clinical use of Treg cells.

7.Characteristics and clinical application of different types of cerebral vascular scaffolds
Chinese Journal of Tissue Engineering Research 2014;(25):4057-4061
BACKGROUND:With the development of the basic research and clinical application, as wel as stent materials, endovascular stent therapy has been widely used in cerebrovascular disease treatment. OBJECTIVE:To review the characteristics and clinical application of several kinds of stent materials. METHODS: A computer-based search of CNKI, Wanfang, and PubMed databases was performed for relevant articles published before Match 2014 using the keywords of “cerebrovascular disease, stents, biocompatibility” in Chinese and English. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:According to release methods, cerebrovascular stents can be divided into baloon expanding stents and self-expanding stents. The original materials are mainly bare metal materials, made of memory aloy, medical stainless steel, tantalum, cobalt, nickel and titanium aloy. Because the metalic stent after implantation wil release metal ions that are easy to cause thrombosis and the restenosis rate is high, the coating stents and covered stents appear. Perioperative complications of stent implantation mainly include excessive perfusion syndrome, acute thrombosis, and vascular rupture and distal vascular embolization, vasospasm and puncture-related complications; the long-term complications are mainly restenosis after stent implantation. With the continuous improvement of stent materials and production techniques, vascular stent implantation wil be more safe and effective.
8.New advances in technique of radiotherapy of malignancies and prospect
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To review the domestic and international state-of-the-art technique of radiation oncology, and to suggest the direction, objective and main aim of radiotherapy in the military. Methods The latest advance in the field of radiation oncology was analyzed after retrieving the references concerned, reviews, meeting reports and treatises published in the latest decade. Results Since 80s of the 20th century, radiotherapy had evolved into a new era of the precise 3-D treatment techniques. The feature of all these modern advanced techniques was to encompass all cancer cells with sufficient high dose of radiation to raise the local tumor control rate, while simultaneously sparing the surrounding normal tissues to decrease severe complications. Imaging guiding radiotherapy might technically assure precision radiation therapy, and its clinical application and research work had been in progress in great fervor. Conclusions On the basis of developing a precise treatment, more attention should be put into research in the field of medical physics and radiobiology in the future, together with the use of new technology. Patients with cancer will be maximally benefited from a comprehensive therapy, including the combined use of precision radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hyperthermia therapy, intervention therapy and molecular target therapy, and other new treatment modality, such as heavy ion radiation therapy.
