Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2017;24(10):113-114
The chief physician MEI Da-zhao uses TCM for treatment of children with incurable diseases, which is accurate in syndrome differentiation and with obvious efficacy. This article selected 4 cases (liver wind syndrome, convulsion disease, cough, palpitations), and carried out in depth analysis.
2.The effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction:the mediating role of positive emotion
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2015;(26):2011-2015
Objective To explore the effect of psychological capital on nurses′job performance and satisfaction and the mediating role of positive emotion. Methods 523 nurses employed in eight hospitals in Anhui province were selected through multistage sampling and interviewed using questionnaires . Structural equation modeling was used to test the proposed relationships. Results Nurses′psychological capital was significantly positive correlated with positive emotion (r=0.473), job performance (r=0.505) and satisfaction (r=0.358), all P<0.01. Nurses′positive emotion was also significantly positive correlated with job performance (r=0.343) and satisfaction (r=0.452) , all P<0.01. The mediating test showed that nurses′positive emotion acted as a partial mediator between psychological capital and job satisfaction while medium effect accounting for 61.5%(0.24/0.39) of the whole effect. Nurses′positive emotion also played a role of being a partial mediator between psychological capital and two aspects of job performance, professional development ability and scientific research innovation ability, while medium effect accounting for 10.0%(0.06/0.60) and 12.9%(0.08/0.62) of the whole effect, respectively. Conclusions Psychological capital affects nurses′job performance and satisfaction and suggests nurses′positive emotion play a role of being a partial mediator in this relationship.
4.Observation of 120 cases of teeth with severe wedge-shaped defect treated with glass fiber post combined ;with gingival retraction
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2017;24(2):287-289
Objective To observe the effect of glass fiber post combined with gingival retraction in the treat-ment of teeth with severe wedge -shaped defect. Methods 53 patients with 120 teeth treated for severe wedge -shaped defect were selected. All the teeth were given root canal treatment, glass fiber post was applied after root canal prepared and resin was applied to fill wedge-shaped defect after gingival retraction. All the teeth were followed up for 2-3 years. Results In 2-3 years follow-up after treatment, there was no adverse outcome such as crown fracture or root fracture, neither filling material falling off in all the 53 patients with 120 teeth. The effect was good and satis-fied.Conclusion The indication should be strictly grasped and then it is convenient to apply glass fiber post com-bined with gingival retraction to treat premolar with severe wedge -shaped defect, and complete coronal restoration should be avoided to reduce the cost of health care.
5.GENETIC PLOYMORPHISM OF C81 IN CHINESE POPULATION
Chinese Journal of Forensic Medicine 1986;0(02):-
The distributin of C81 of phenotypes in 203 Chinese Han populations in Liaoning area were studied using the ultra—thin polyacrylamide gel isoelectric focusing (PAGIEF) follwed by immunoblotting technique. The gene frequencies were as follows; C81 0.5567, C81 0.4433, The observed numbers of the phenotypes were in agreement with the expected numbers under the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The gene frequencies among Chinese and other populations were compared.
6.Observation and Exploration on Clinical Effect of Ec-topic Pregnancy Treated by Herbal Comprehensive Therapy
Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 1993;0(03):-
Simultaneous administration of therapies, including blood - stasis eliminating, lump dissipating, and foetus-killing method with oral therapy of decoction or patent drugs, intramuscular injection of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, topical application of herbal drugs and retention enema. Twenty cases of Falopian tube pregnancy were treated- Of them, 24 were cured within 15-64 days with only 1 case received surgical operation.
7.Treatment strategy of congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia in children
Chinese Journal of Applied Clinical Pediatrics 2015;30(23):1772-1776
Congenital pseudarthrosis of the tibia(CPT) is one of the most challenging diseases confronting pediatric orthopedic surgeon. The goal of the treatment is to achieve primary union and minimize the incidence of refracture and residual deformities. An optimal surgical treatment for the management of CPT is currently unavailable.Combined surgery can obtain good results. However, duo to heterogeneity of the disease, variable patients require individualized treatment to get a better prognosis.
8.Project management strategy for a research hospital
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2010;23(4):232-234
According to the research demands of the Cancer Hospital of Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, we adjusted the strategy for project management of the hospital. We prioritized clinical researches, creating favorable atmosphere for the projects and the research talents to develop. We increased program budget, trained applicants, and standadized the management. Meanwhile, it was important to attend to the relationships between the following factors:the quantity of support and the quality of project, the strict regulation criteria and the free research atmosphere, and the short-term goals and the long-term effects.
10.New advances in technique of radiotherapy of malignancies and prospect
Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 1983;0(05):-
Objective To review the domestic and international state-of-the-art technique of radiation oncology, and to suggest the direction, objective and main aim of radiotherapy in the military. Methods The latest advance in the field of radiation oncology was analyzed after retrieving the references concerned, reviews, meeting reports and treatises published in the latest decade. Results Since 80s of the 20th century, radiotherapy had evolved into a new era of the precise 3-D treatment techniques. The feature of all these modern advanced techniques was to encompass all cancer cells with sufficient high dose of radiation to raise the local tumor control rate, while simultaneously sparing the surrounding normal tissues to decrease severe complications. Imaging guiding radiotherapy might technically assure precision radiation therapy, and its clinical application and research work had been in progress in great fervor. Conclusions On the basis of developing a precise treatment, more attention should be put into research in the field of medical physics and radiobiology in the future, together with the use of new technology. Patients with cancer will be maximally benefited from a comprehensive therapy, including the combined use of precision radiotherapy, chemotherapy, hyperthermia therapy, intervention therapy and molecular target therapy, and other new treatment modality, such as heavy ion radiation therapy.
