The moral risk exists on various kinds of insurance markets,but more complicated on the medical insurance market.It makes hospitalization cost expand excessively,the urban resident's medical insurance level decrease relatively,and the decline of the whole social morals.Tracing to its cause,besides of the chasing benefit behavior of each participant,it's relational to personal morality and the relevant institution.The text holds that the normative and rational regulation is the fundamental guarantee to prevent morals risk.It's the core of evading morals risk that the establishment of social morals system.Relevant concrete measures are essential also.

[Objective] To study the change regulatives of BMD(bone mineral density)in after total ankle arthroplasty.[Methods]From Oct.1997 to Dec.2004,the BMD of the subjects were measured to involve in the study.There were 6 cases(5 male,1 female)with an average of 54.4 years old.Their BMD of the subjects was measured by DEX-A(Lunar)at the tibia and talus of the ankle post-arthroplasty in 6 months,12 months,2 years and 3 years postoperatively.All data were saved in computer and all statistical analyses were performed uaing SPSS 8.0 system in personal computer.[Results]The bone trabecula growing into micropore coated of the prosthesis has been showed on radiograth post-surgeryat average period of 1.5 years to 2 years.In the third year itreached bone mass at the distal tibia and talus of the total ankle replacement,which mean BMD 0.854?0.217 at post operative 6 months,BMD 0.975?0.142 at post operative 12 months,BMD 0.956?0.213 at post operative 2 years,and 1.155?0.210 at 3 years(P

Malnutrition is common among patients with liver disease, and its severity directly influences the short-term survival. As an important approach for chronic liver disease, nutritional support is especially necessary for long-term rehabilitation and treatment. Many methods (e. g. direct human body measurement, biochemical indicator determination, immunological indicators, nutrition assessment tools, and human composition determination) can be applied for the nutritional status evaluation. Based on the specific disease condition and the patient's tolerance, nutritional supports (with proper nutritional substances and administrative route) should be provided individually.

Objective To provide the basis for scientific research management and promote innovation of knowledge service in hospital library , understand the level of academic development of hospital library , we analyzed the papers published by hospital li-brary in Jiangsu province . Methods Using bibliometric method to analyze papers published by hospital libraries in Jiangsu from 1990-2014 . Results In the 25 years, 415 papers were published , but with only 17.1%published in the core journals and thesis influence was not high .Most authors were from tertiary hospitals .The academic influence of papers was not high .Most papers were written by librarians independently , while 2.4%of papers were co-authored with other libraries or clinical departments .Thesis topic was almost traditional , so that the research was lack of innovation . Conclusion Hospital library research level is not balanced and high.We should make further effort to strengthen the continuing education , research cooperation, development of qualified personnel , and improve paper quality in order to promote the common development of hospital library in Jiangsu province .

Objective To investigate whether Shenfu(SF) injection has protective effect on circulation function in infants undergoing cardio-pulmonary bypass.Methods Thirty-six patients within 3 years old with congenital heart disease were randomly divided into SF injection group(n=18) and control group(n=18).The SF group were treated with 1 mL/kg SF intravenous injection after inducing of anesthesia,the control group were infused with 1 mL/kg saline intravenously.The changes of hemodynamics during surgery,time needed for sinus rhythm emerging on electrocardiogram(ECG) after arteriae aotra patency dose of vaso-active drugs intra-and postoperatively and recovery time during postoperative period were observed.Results In SF group,mean artery pressure(MAP) was higher and heart rate(HR),central venous pressure(CVP) lower than control group(P

Objective To investigate the features of renal lesion in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods The clinical pathology changes of 20 patients with renal lesion by RA were analyzed. Results The clinical features of patients showed chronic glomerulonephritis in 8 cases,nephritic syndrome 4 cases, chronic interstitial nephritis in 3 cases, chronic renal failure in 4 cases, and acute renal failure in 1 case. The patients with glomerulonephritis accompanied with the increase of immunoglobulin, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein or rheumatoid factor. Kidney biopsy of 7 patients found membranous nephro-pathy in, IgA nephropathy in 3 and vasculitis in 1. Conclusion The common renal lesion in RA is glomerulonephritis, with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis or membranous nephropathy. One of the basic pathoh,gi,.al changes is vasculitis,which could result in necrotizing vasculitis.The disorder of immunologic function couht play important role in renal damage in patients with RA.
