Objective To analyse the cause of misdiagnosis of tuberculosis peritonitis and discuss feasibility for diagnosis of tuberculosis peritonitis by laparoscopy. Methods 12 patients misdiagnosed as tuberculosis peritonitis were retrospectively analysed. Results Tuberculosis peritonitis wrongly diagnosed because of atypical clinical behaviors in spite of specific laboratory examination. However, laparoscopy could diagnose tuberculosis peritonitis exactly and quickly. Conclusion Laparoscopy is an effective method of diagnosis for tuberculosis peritonitis.

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of mindfulness-based therapy combined with risperidone treatment on emotional disorder in schizophrenic patients during the recovery period.Methods:A total of 106 schizophrenic patients during the recovery period who received treatment from March 2017 to February 2019 in The Second Hospital of Jinhua,China were included in this study.They were randomly assigned to undergo mindfulness-based therapy combined with risperidone treatment alone (study group, n = 53) or risperidone treatment (control group, n = 53).The Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale (PANSS) score and Scale of Social Function in Psychosis Inpatients (SSPI) score were compared between study and control groups before and after treatment. Results:Before treatment,there were no significant differences in PANSS total score,negative scale score,positive scale score,general psychopathology scale score between study and control groups (all P > 0.05).After treatment,negative scale score,positive scale score,general psychopathology scale score and PANSS total score in the study group were (11.54 ± 1.63) points,(11.56 ± 1.61) points,(21.71 ± 1.85) points,(44.66 ± 3.01) points respectively,and they were (15.31 ± 1.91) points,(15.29 ± 1.89) points,(23.51 ± 2.11) points,(52.06 ± 3.32) points,respectively in the control group.After treatment,negative scale score,positive scale score,general psychopathology scale score and PANSS total score in each group were significantly lower than those before treatment (study group: t = 10.352,10.337,8.419,15.630; control group: t = 2.607,2.601,4.534,7.131,all P < 0.05).After treatment,negative scale score,positive scale score,general psychopathology scale score and PANSS total score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( t = 10.930,10.937,4.670,12.022,all P < 0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in scores of activities of daily living,social skills and initiative and communication between the two groups (all P > 0.05). After treatment,scores of social skills,activities of daily living and initiative and communication in the study group were (12.88 ± 1.62) points,(10.58 ± 1.54) points,(13.14 ± 1.97) points respectively,and they were (11.92 ± 1.56) points,(9.01 ± 1.43) points,and (11.46 ± 1.69) points respectively in the control group.After treatment,scores of social skills,activities of daily living and initiative and communication in each group were significantly higher than those before treatment (study group: t = 6.783,5.475,4.430; control group: t = 3.956,2.263,2.009,all P < 0.05).After treatment,scores of social skills,activities of daily living and initiative and communication in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group ( t = 3.108,5.439,4.712,all P < 0.05). Conclusion:Mindfulness-based therapy combined with risperidone treatment for emotional disorder in schizophrenic patients during the recovery period can effectively improve the emotional disorder,reduce the schizophrenia symptoms,and improve the social function of patients.

Objective To determine the renal function compromised in patients after ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) with left ventricular aneurysms (LVA) by measurement of serum cystatin C (Cy-C) concentrations and Cy-C-based eGFR.Methods A total of 355 patients admitted from January 2011 to December 2012 could be categorized into group A (STEMI without LVA,n =183) and group B (STEMI with LVA,n =172) confirmed by echocardiography in 24 hour after admission.Of them,273 patients were treated with primary percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) after admission and included in the analysis.Cy-C-based estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and creatinine (Cr)-based eGFR were calculated for evaluating cardiac function in tern to assess the magnitude of compromised renal function.The correlation between magnitude of compromised renal function and in-hospital mortality was analyzed.Distributions of categorical variables were compared using the chi-square test.Continuous variables were compared by one-way ANOVA with the Bonferroni test.Results The in-hospital mortality rate of whole patient cohort was 14.0％.Mortality in the group B was 18.6％ and in the group A was 9.8％ (P ＜ 0.01).With multivariable regression analysis,the compromised renal function was found when the Cr-based eGFR was ＜60 mL/ (min · 1.73 m2) or Cy-C-based eGFR was ＜ 60 mL/min/1.73m2 which were independently associated with in-hospital mortality (OR 0.13,95％ CI 0.02-0.7,P =0.02 ; OR 0.01,95％CI 0.003-0.05,P ＜ 0.01).Compared with the acute myocardium infarction (AMI) patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD) stage 2,the Cy-C based eGFR was greater in the AMI patients with LVA group (P ＜ 0.05),and compared with AMI with CKD stages 3 or CKD 3-5,this difference was also significant (P ＜ 0.01).Conclusions Renal dysfunction was an independent predictor of in-hospital mortality in patients with STEMI,especially in patients with LVA.Cy-C and Cy-C based eGFR were more sensitive to judge renal dysfunction in STEMI patients with LVA.

Objective To investigate the efficient methods used for tracing endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs)after transplantation in injured lung tissue.Methods Thirty clean grade healthy syngeneic SD female rats were divided into three experimental groups(n =10):(1)sham group,rats treated with intravenous phosphate-buffered saline(PBS)instead of lipopolysaccharide(LPS)followed by EPCs graft;(2)PBS-treated group,rats treated with intravenous PBS after intravenous injection of LPS to produce acute lung injury;(3)EPC-treated group,rats treated with EPCs after intravenous injection of LPS to produce acute lung injury.The transplanted EPCs were got from the same genetic species of the SD male rats.Rats of each group were sacrificed 7 days after EPCs transplantation.Their whole lung tissues were harvested to detect the expression of Y-chromosome by using hybridization in situ and RT-PCR assay.Statistic package of SPSS16.0 was used for the data analysis and significant differences between means were evaluated by ANOVA analysis.Results Compared with the other two groups,positive signals of sex-determining region y were found in lung endothelium from the EPC-treated group.Conclusions Y chromosme specific probe can be one of efficient methods for tracing stem cells after transplantation.

Objective To discuss the application effects of CBI teaching method in medical English Teaching of respiration medicine. Methods Dividing 120 students of Grade 2009 in Jining Medical College into two groups including control group (60) and experimental group (60). The tradi-tional teaching method was adopted in the control group and CBI teaching method was adopted in the experimental group. After finishing the courses, medical professional English level test and standard-ized patients test were applied in the two groups. Students' English studying interests and autonomous English learning ability were also investigated by questionnalres. SPSS 17.0 software was used for sta-tistical analysis, and the data were processed by t test and 字2 test, with the level of a test equal to 0.05. Results The medical professional English level test scores, standardized patients test scores and the total average scores of autonomous English learning ability in experimental group were respectively [(81.97±4.91), (80.33±5.85), (3.88±0.38)], and they were significantly higher than those in the control group [(70.40±4.78), (70.48± 4.79), (2.98±0.26), with P values below 0.01]. Satisfaction degrees in the improvement of learning motivation, learning time, learning method, learning attitude and dealing with study difficulties in experimental group were better than those of control group (χ2=13.084, 8.000, 13.297, 11.627, 13.374, P=0.000). Conclusion CBI teaching method is better than traditional teaching method and it transfers English learning into the learning of professional knowledge and skills of respiratory medicine, stirs the interests of students, improves their autonomous English learning ability and strengthens their abilities to learn and apply English language.

Objective To investigate the relationship between alexithymia and event-related potential P300 in patients with somatoform disorders.Methods Forty-two patients aged 18 to 65 years fulfilling ICD-10 diagnosis criteria for somatoform disorders were recruited as experiment group.Forty normal healthy persons were selected as control group.The Toronto alexthymia scale-20 (TAS-20) was employed to investigate the alexithymia of the subjects.P300 potentials was employed to investigate the cognitive ability of the subjects.A comparison was made between the patients and the healthy subjects.Results The latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 were significantly longer in patients with somatoform disorder than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01),the amplitudes of N2 and P3 were significantly lower in the patients (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).The three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 test in patients with somatoform disorder were significantly lower than those in the normal controls (P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01).There was significant correlation between the latency and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20 as well as between the amplitude of P300 and the three factors scores and the total score of TAS-20:the latencies of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was positively correlated with the factors scores (r =0.32 ～ 0.48,P ＜ 0.05 or 0.01),and the amplitudes of N1,P2,N2 and P3 recorded at Pz was negatively correlated with theTAS-20 scores (r=-0.31 ～-0.51,P＜0.05 or0.01).Conclusions There existed significant correlation between the alexithymia and cognitive impairment in patients with somatoform disorders.Both alexithymia and event-related potential P300 can be used as a clinical evaluation index for patients with somatoform disorder.

Objective To establish a methodological study pattern of quantitative analysis of multi-components by single marker ( QAMS) , and examine its feasibility and technical applicability in the quality control of compound preparation of traditional Chinese medicine-Jinhoujian spray. Methods Gas chromatographic method ( GC) was used and naphthalene served as the internal standard. Menthol was used as the reference substance. The relative correlation factors ( RCF) of 1,8-Cineole, camphor and borneol to menthol were calculated and established to carry out QAMS.The accuracy of this method was confirmed by comparison of internal standard method. Results The reproducibility of relative correction factor was perfect. The two methods did not show significant difference in 10 bathes of samples. Conclusion The QAMS method is feasible, credible, and can be used to determine active ingredients in Jinhoujian spray.

Objective To observe the effect of astragaloside IV (A) and SB203580 antagonize cadmium (Cd) toxicity on expression of associated protein and blood-testis barrier(BTB) in rats and to study the protective mechanism of A on it.Methods Totally 21 SD male rats were randomly divided into 7 groups, 3 rats per group:Cd [ intraperitoneally injected with 0.1%CdCl2,1mg/(kg?d)],Cd+A [at the above dose of CdCl2,at the same time with A,10mg/(kg?d)], and Cd +SB203580 [at the above dose of CdCl2,at the same time with SB203580,100μg/(kg?d)], each of the above groups was further divided into continuous five and ten days treatment groups .The control group was intraperitoneally injected with equal dosage of normal saline .The testes were studied by light , electron microscopy , immunohistochemistry and Western blotting .Results In the control group ,irregular and lightly stained nuclei of Sertoli cell ( Sc) in seminiferous tubules were observed by HE staining .A continuous electron density line of tight junction ( TJ) and normal ultrastructure of BTB were observed .After Cd treatment ,the vesicular formation in the Sc was observed .The ultrastructural damage of Sc and TJ was observed .Compared with the corresponding time point of Cd group ,these were weakened in morphology of testis and ultrastructure of TJ after Cd +A or Cd +SB203580 treatment .The positive products of zonula occludens-1 ( ZO-1 ) and claudin-11 were localized mainly in the base of the seminiferous tubule .After Cd treatment , the average absorbance (AA) of ZO-1 and Claudin-11 was decreased significantly compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).After Cd +A or Cd +SB203580 treatment,AA of ZO-1 and Claudin-11 were increased significantly compared with that of the Cd group(P<0.05),though lower than that of the control group .The result of Western blotting showed that phosphorylation-p38MAPK in Cd group was increased significantly compared with that of the control group (P<0.05).After Cd +A or Cd+SB203580 treatment, it was decreased significantly compared with that of the Cd group (P<0.05).Conclusion Cd decreases ZO-1 and Claudin-11 expression and damages ultrastructure of TJ in BTB , asⅣhas protective effect on it , and is related to inhibiting activation of p 38 MAPK pathway .

This study examined the relationship between PDGF-induced proliferation of vascular smooth muscle cells (VSMCs) and Nur77 expression and the effect of atorvastatin on VSMC proliferation and Nur77 in PDGF-treated VSMCs. Rat VSMCs were isolated and cultured. After incubation with atorvastatin or Nur77 siRNA, the cells were stimulated with PDGF and detected for BrdU incorporation to measure the proliferation of the VSMCs. Quantitative PCR and Western blotting were used to determine the Nur77 protein and the CREB phosphorylation level, to observe their relations with PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation. Our results showed that PDGF increased the BrdU incorporation in VSMCs, suggesting that it induced the proliferation of the cells. The VSMC proliferation was associated with increased Nur77 expression and elevated CREB phosphorylation. Atorvastatin inhibited the PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation, suppressed Nur77 expression. After silencing of Nur77 gene, the PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation was decreased. It was concluded that PDGF-induced VSMC proliferation was related to the Nur77 expression and CREB phosphorylation. Atorvastatin reduced the Nur77 expression and, at the same time, inhibited the VSMC proliferation.

Objective:To prepare and purify siRNA targeting a proliferation-inducing ligand targeted(APRIL-siRNA),so as to provxde a basis for studying the role of APRIL in human pancreatic cancer.Methods:pET-22b-APRIL was constructed to express APRIL dsRNA of human pancreatic cancer cell line CFPAC-1 in E.coli and the product was purified by chromatography using CF-11 column.APRIL dsRNA was digested by RNaseⅢto prepare APRIL siRNA,then the reaction mixture was loaded onto a DEAE ion exchange chromatography to remove RNaseⅢfrom oligonucleotides,and size exclusion chromatography was used to purify 21 bp siRNA.The purified APRIL siRNA was used to transfect Chinese hamster ovary(CHO)cells and the expression of APRIL in CHO cells was observed under fluorescence microscope Results:APRIL dsRNA was successfully expressed in E.coli after IPTG induction and was purified by CF-11 column.dsRNA was hydrolyzed with RNaseⅢand was purified by DEAE ion exchange chromatography and size exclusion chromatography.15% nondenaturing PAGE and 12% SDS- PAGE confirmed that RNaseⅢwas removed from oligonucleotides and 21 bp siRNA was purified with size exclusion chromatography.It was also found that APRIL siRNA obviously depressed APRIL expression in CHO cells.Conclusion:We have successfully constructed APRIL siRNA targeting APRIL gene of CFPAC-1 cells with in vitro transcription,which provides a basis for knock-down of APRIL gene in CFPAC-1 cells.
