Acta Anatomica Sinica 2002;0(05):-
Objective The purpose of this study was to develop a new cultural method, so that the rat bone marrow stromal cells (MSCs) can well differentiate into osteoblasts in vitro and the cultured osteoblasts can be identified. Methods MSCs of rats were isolated and cultured, then the cultured cells were identified with inverted microscopy and undergone an HE stain for observing the morphology of living cells, and the cells were histochemically stained for examining the activity of cellular alkaline phosphatase (ALP), as well as were radio-immunologically analyzed for detecting the secretion of osteocalcin. Results The MSCs were typical fibroblast-like and possess a strang proliferative capability after cultured in vitro. The cellular ALP activity and osteocalcin secretion achieved the peak value from the fortieth day and maintained the status until the sixtieth day after cultured in vitro. Conclusion The data demonstrated that the new developed culture method has the advantages of short time, less risk of contamination and higher efficiency, and conducive to MSC's differentiating and proliferating into osteoblasts that do function well.

The comparison between the 2 groups, the cure rate and total effective rate differences were significant( P<0.01, P<0.05). [Conclusion]Two-step massage has better cure effect on external humeral cpicondylitis.
3.Skull Base Erosion in Nasopharyugeal Careinoma: Detection by MRI
Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2001;17(5):428-429
Objective To study MRI characteristics and value in the diagnosis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma with skull base erosion. Methods 86 cases of nasopharygeal carcinoma with positive nasopharyngeal pathology and symptoms of skull base erosion were selected. Axial T1WI, T2WI and coronal, sagital T1WI were performed. 47 cases had axial, coronal and sagital T1WI examination post Gd-DTPA injection. Results Areas of skull base involvement were as follow: 56 cases with pterygoid process, 54 with clivus, 28 with foramen ovale (including sphenoid wing), 27 with petrous apex, 1 with occiptal bone. 71 cases had more than one area involvement. There are four patterns in our group: ①Defect in the signal avoid cortex of skull base; ②High signal intensity of marrow was replaced by tumor; ③Contrast enhancement in abnormal bone; ④String like enhancement passing nerve foramen in skull base. 44 cases included intracranial abnormal. Conclusion MRI is the preferred technique in dementstrating skull base involvemetn of nasopharyngeal carcinoman.
4.Study on the serum interleukin and T lymphocyte subsets levels in patients with gallstones before and after treatment
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(13):1780-1781
Objective To observe the changes of serum interleukin and T lymphocyte subsets levels in patients with gallstones before and after treatment. Methods 72 patients with gallstones were treated as research subjects and 30 cases with normal physical examination as the control group, the serum interleukin and T lymphocyte subsets levels of observation group were detected before and after surgery. Results The preoperative serum IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α levels of observation group were(61.5 ±4. 8) ng/L, (246. 2 ±15.3)ng/L and(1.79 ±0.72)mg/L respectively which were significantly higher than postoperative and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05 ) , while there was no significant difference between postoperative and normal control group ( P > 0.05); The preoperative CD3+ , CD4+ and CD8+ T cells ratio of observation group were (0. 53 ± 0. 06) % , (0. 28 ±0.05)% and(0.21±0.04)% respectively which were significantly higher than postoperative and control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05) , while there was no significant difference between postoperative and normal control group(P>0.05). Conclusion Patients with gallstone had obvious abnormal serum IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α,CD3+ ,CD4+ and CD8+ T cells levels, surgery could not only eliminate inflammation, but also help the recovery of immune function in patients.
5.Hemo oxygenase-1 and its relationship with svere acute pancreatitis
International Journal of Surgery 2010;37(2):121-124
Recently, heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1) has been emphasized in the area of intensive care unit (ICU) and other domains. HO-1 can catalyze the decomposition of heine and the products of its enzymatic activity, including carbon monoxide, biliverdin, and bilirubin and ferritin can play a significant cytoprotec-tive role in antagonizing inflammation, protecting cells from oxidative injury and cellular stresses. In the re-search of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP), researchers have realized that it is of great importance to antago-nize the overflow of cytokines in order to improve the therapeutic effect of SAP. In this article, we give a re-view of the research progress of HO-1 and its relationship with SAP.
6.EFFECTS OF RADIX HEDYSARI POLYSACCHARIDE (RHPS) & ASTRAGALI POLYSACCHARIDE (APS) ON IMMUNE FUNCTIONS
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
The effects of RHPS & APS on immune function in normal mice and immunosuppressed mice were studied. The results showed that RHPS and APS enhanced not only the phagocytosis of peritoneal mac-rophages in normal mice, but also antagonized completely the immun- Osuppresslve effect of prednisoione. RHPS and APS increased both the lymphocyte transformation rate induced by PHA and ANAE+ rate in normal mice, and antagonized also the suppressive effects of GY or PDS. No significant influence was found on the proliferation of rabbit lymphocyter treated with PHA in vitro. It seems that no obvious difference of effect was found on immune function between RHPS and APS.
7.Proceed From Humane Service to Construct Harmonious Relationship Between Hospitals and Patients
Chinese Medical Ethics 1996;0(01):-
As a kind of service trade, medicine needs humane service. The best way to construct harmonious relationship between hospitals and patients is humane service.Humane service should consider that the service's target is patients, the weakness of human nature, the difference of humanity and the mentality of self-defend.Five key elements should be possessed in humane service: reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy and responsiveness.
8.The Effects of Carbamates and Soman on the Metabolism of Nicotinic Acetylcholine Receptors in Cultured Skeletal Muscle Cells
Academic Journal of Second Military Medical University 1981;0(03):-
The effects of carbamates and soman on the metabolism of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (N-AChR) in cultured skeletal muscle cells were studied by 125I-a-bungarotoxin (125I-a-BTX), a specific marker. It was indicated that N~AChR degradation process was inhibited and the incorperation rate of IshAChR and the number of N~AChR in the surface of the cell membrane were increased 4h after prertreatment of high concentrations of carbamates. The number of N-AChR was also increased after pre-treatment of low concentrations of soman, whose effects on N-AChR metabolism were similar to those of high concentrations of carbamates. The incorperation rate of N-AChR was observed by inhibiting the protein synthesis with puromysin, suggesting that soman may increase the number of N-AChR by increasing the incorperation of N-AChR instead of increasing the synthesis of N-AChR.
9.Relationship between Body Mass Index and Serum Prostate-specific Antigen Levels in Prostate Cancer Patients
Chinese Journal of Clinical Oncology 2009;36(14):788-789,794
Objective:The aim of this study was to examine whether PSA levels were affected by BMI and the influence of BMI on the clinical application of PSA.Methods:A total of 856 males who had routine health checkups between January 2006 and July 2007 in our hospital were recruited for this study. Those with a documented history of prostate carcinoma were excluded.Height, weight, and total PSA were measured. The BMl was calculated from measured height and weight [BMl=weight(kg)/height(m)2].Results:The serum PSA(ng/mL)levels were 2.97±0.15 in the normal weight group,2.53±0.12 in the overweight group, and 2.01±0.16 in the obese group(P<0.05).A negative correlation was found between PSA and BMI(r=-0.130,P<0.05)and weight(r=-0.142.P<0.05).A positive correlation was found between PSA and age(r=0.306,P<0.05).Con-clusion:BMl is associated with PSA.As BMI increases, serum PSA decreases. The current data suggest that such an influence should be considered in the clinical application of PSA.
10.Organizational flexibility of an ambidextrous medical research institution
Chinese Journal of Medical Science Research Management 2013;26(4):224-227,240
In an uncertain and dynamic environment, medical research institutions must often balance between the usual medical research and emergent medical research. We interpreted this as a balance between exploitation-oriented innovation and exploration-oriented innovation. We pointed out that a flexible organization can coordinate the competition of scientific research resources between the two kinds of innovation; then we built an organizational flexibility model based on resource flexibility and coordination flexibility, and extended the model to medical research institution. And finally,we discussed the strategies for increasing organizational flexibility.
