3.Changes of pulmonary ?_1-and ?-adrenergic receptors during endotoxin-induced acute lung injury in rats
Chinese Journal of Pathophysiology 1989;0(05):-
Changes of pulmonary ?_1-and ?-adrenergic receptor (?_1-AR and ?-AR)during endotoxin-induced acute lung injury in rates were oberved to find out the rela-tionship between them and the mechanism of change. Results showed that there was amarked decrease of B_max of both ?_1-AR and ?-AR by 35% and 43% respectively, dur-ing acute lung injury. The down regulation of ?-AR might be one of causes of acutelung injury while that of ?_1-AR seems to be a protective response. Active oxygen playedan important role in endotoxin-induced down regulation of AR in the rat lungs. The increa-sed level of norepinephrine and epinephrine was not the main factor that initiate the downregulation of AR. Intravenous injection of tumor necrosis factor (5?10~6U/kg ) exerts noiafluence on the changes of pulmonary AR in rats.

Chinese Journal of Interventional Cardiology 1993;0(03):-
Objective To evaluate the safety and possibility of coronary intervention in uremic patients on dialysis. Methods Three uremic patients with unstable angina pectoris were treated successfully with percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty and stenting. In order to minimize the adverse effect on kidney due to contrast, non-ionic and low osmolar contrast medium was used and coronary angiography and intervention therapy were performed separately. Further protection of the renal function was effected by more frequent dialysis and increasing fluid administration. Results Coronary contrary shows the stenosis of multiple vessels in one patient, unique vessel lesion in two patients. One to four stents were placed. Clinical follow-up period of 12-18 months after procedure, angina pectoris disappeared in all three patients and no deterioration of renal function was noted. Conclusion It is possible to perform coronary angiography and stenting in uremic patients on hemodialysis successfully and safely, provided due attention was paid to the choice of contrast medium and protective measures for renal function.

Journal of Pharmaceutical Analysis 2007;19(2):143-148
An experimental study on flowrate and stability of a type of control valve of 600MW supercritical steam-turbine was presented by measuring instruments of static, dynamic pressure and vibration in self-designed test rig. The investigation shows that flow coefficient is 30% up more than that of the control valve of GX-1 type used widely in domestic power plants now, as small-medium lifts. If the relative lift (h/D) is less than 20%, the valve can always work steadily in all the pressure ratios. When the h/D is between 20% to 24%, big vibration of valve stem occurs if the pressure ratio is between 0.7 to 0.8. When h/D is more than 25%, relatively great vibration happens in a wide range of pressure ratios of 0.4 to 0.85.
