Objective To investigate the clinical value of wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope for the treatment of occluded oviduct infertility.Methods A total of 63 cases of infertility were diagnosed by hysterosalpingography(HSG) as having bilateral oviduct obstruction,of which at least one side of oviduct was proximally occluded.After laparoscopic exploration and hysteroscopic hydrotubation were performed for clarifying the diagnosis and managing related pelvic lesions,wire-guided tubal recanalization was conducted under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope for the treatment of proximal oviduct obstruction.Results Out of the 63 cases,a total of 118 oviducts were involved(eight oviducts had been previously resected).Of the 118 oviducts,59 were proximally occluded,45 were distally occluded or blinded,and 14 were proximally and distally occluded.After the surgery 99 oviducts were unobstructed.Intrauterine pregnancy was obtained within 1 year in 23 cases(36.6%).There were 25 cases of unpregnancy within 1 year,which were re-examined with HSG,presenting a re-obstruction in 7 cases.Conclusions Wire-guided tubal recanalization under hysteroscope combined with laparoscope is an ideal option for the treatment of occluded oviduct infertility.

Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a small, non enveloped circular double stranded DNA virus with special epitheliophilicity, which is one of the common sexually transmitted diseases in women. Currently, more than 200 different HPV genotypes have been discovered. Persistent high-risk HPV infection is closely related to cervical and vaginal intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer, and lacks typical clinical symptoms in the early stages, seriously endangering women's health. The latest research uses HPV DNA quantification and HPV E6/E7 gene testing as diagnostic criteria and efficacy evaluation indicators for HPV infection. At present, the main methods for treating high-risk cervical HPV infections include physical therapy, drug therapy, surgical treatment, and HPV vaccine intervention. Due to the complex immune escape mechanism of HPV, traditional treatment methods have shortcomings such as long treatment cycles, high recurrence rates, multiple surgeries, and the possibility of complications such as cervical dysfunction and miscarriage. This study reviews the pathogenesis and treatment progress of high-risk cervical HPV in recent years, providing new diagnostic and therapeutic ideas for clinical practice.

Pelvic organ prolapse (POP) is a common pelvic floor dysfunction disease caused by multiple factors in female.The main clinical manifestation is pelvic organ protrusion to the vaginal cavity.This disease not only affects the health and the quality of life of women and but also affects their mental health.At present,with the improvement of people's quality of life,reducing the occurrence of POP has become a urgent problem.Therefore,understanding its risk factors is the foundation for our research and development of prevention strategies.The risk factors of POP are summarized based on the principle of evidence-based medicine,which provides scientific basis for the prevention of POP.

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common disease that lead to endocrine disorders and infertility in women of child-bearing age.A large number of studies have shown that the pathogenesis of PCOS is related to insulin resistance (IR),hyperandrogenism and high body mass index.At present,remarkable progress has been made in the study of conception methods and the reduction of multiple pregnancies in PCOS patients.However,there is relatively little research on the adverse pregnancy outcomes after conception.Therefore,this study will use evidence-based medicine to make a review of complications in maternal.For instance,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome (PIH),gestational diabetes mellitus (G DM),miscarriage,premature delivery and so on.This study provides an overall basis for early prevention and intervention in clinical work through discussing the pathophysiology of PCOS,the risk factors of its occurrence and development,and the management strategies of pre-pregnancy and gestation period.
