China Pharmacy 2017;28(8):1063-1065
OBJECTIVE:To investigate the characteristics and regularity of ADR induced by Iobitridol injection, and to provide reference for clinical drug use.METHODS:In retrospective study, the information of 72 patients suffering from ADR induced by Iobitridol injection were collected from our hospital during Jul.2015 to Jul.2016,and then statistical analysis was conducted in respects of age, gender, primary disease,organs/system involved in ADR,clinical manifestations, relationship evaluation and degree, occurrence time, outcomes, etc.RESULTS:Among 72 cases of ADR,the number of female was about twice of that in male. The age mainly distributed in the range of 50 to 80 years old (80.56%).ADR mainly occurred in skin and its appendants (30.57%),followed by systemic reactions (22.93%) and circulatory system (21.66%).ADR occurred within 20 min after medication (38.89%).58.33% of ADR patients were cured, and 41.67% were recovered.CONCLUSIONS:During the application of Io bitridol injection,a detailed understanding should be obtained about the patient's condition, medical history and the results of the examinations.Medical staff should inform the patient of the possible allergic symptoms, and do a good emergency preparation.

International Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2008;30(2):94-96
Objective To study the quality control of yinpian of Isatis Root. Methods Optical microscope was used to identify the microscopic features,TLC was adopted to identify the arginine in Isatis Root, and HPIC-ELSD was used to detect the quality of arginine. Results and Conclusion There is no difference between yinpian and crude powder of Isatis Root.Arginine can be detected bv TLC.The moisture contents.the total ash contents and the acid-insoluble ash contents in the yinpian should be less than 9.0%,10.0%,and 2.0% respectively;while the alcohol-soluble extractive contents and the contents of arginine in Isatis Root should be more than 25.0% and 2.01% respectively.

Objective To establish a method for determination of the water-soluble components of Salvianolic acid B,Danshensu and Protocatechuic aldehyde in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. Method Chromatography was performed on Kromosil C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm,5 ?m). Mobile phase Ⅰ was methanol-acetonitrile-formicacid-water (30∶10∶1∶59),mobile phase Ⅱ was methanol-acetic acid-water (20∶1∶80),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was set at 286 and 280 nm,column temperature was 35 ℃. Result Determined 10 different habitats Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.,the average content of Salvianolic acid B was 0.09%~6.81%,the average recovery was 99.64%,RSD=1.09%. The average content of Danshensu was 0.16%~0.68%,the average recovery was 98.94%,RSD=1.49%. The average content of Protocatechuic aldehyde was 0.01%~0.09%,the average recovery was 98.96%,RSD= 1.66%. Conclusion The method is accurate and reliable with good reproducibility, and can be used as determination standard for Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.

School is a densely populated place, which can easily lead to tuberculosis clusters, then affect the physical and mental health of students and the normal teaching order of school. Tuberculosis latent infection (LTBI) screening for new students and close contacts of tuberculosis patients has become important parts of school tuberculosis prevention and control strategies. Previous studies have shown that the LTBI rate of Chinese in-school students is about 5.74% to 11.67%, and there are differences in gender, studying phase and urban-rural distributions. Preventive treatment is an effective measure to prevent LTBI from developing into active tuberculosis, but the proportion of LTBI preventive treatment for students in most areas is low. The difficulties in implementing preventive treatment may be attributed to concerns about adverse reactions to medication and sense of shame towards illness among students, and lack of awareness about preventive treatment among medical staff. This review searches the research literature published from 2016 to 2023, and summarizes the prevalence of LTBI in Chinese students and progress on preventive treatment, so as to provide insights into prevention and control of tuberculosis among students.

There has been no specific therapeutic measures for acute lung injury /acute respiratory distress syndrome ( ALI/ARDS) , a disease of high fatality rate.Besides having good curative effects for the cardiovascular system diseases, cancer, obesity and preventing aging, traditional Chinese herbal medicines also have obvious therapeutic effects on ALI/ARDS.In this paper, we summari-zes the protection and the underlying mechanisms of traditional Chinese herbal medicines on ALI/ARDS.

Objective To observe the clinical effect of treating advanced esophageal carcinoma with three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine. Methods 36 cases with advanced esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into a eontrol group and a treatment group. The control group was treated with conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy, and the treatment group was treated with three-dimensional conforrnal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine. The short-term effect, toxicity and long-term effect were observed, and cause of death was analyzed. Results The complete remission rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The toxicity of the treatment group was markedly decreased. One and three years'survival rate between the two groups had a significant difierent(P<0.05),but five years'survival rate between the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).Local uncontrolled rate and recurrence rate in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy and traditional Chinese medicine on advanced esophageal carcinoma was better than conventional radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy.

BACKGROUND: Educative instruction is good for the improvement of learning and behavior disorder in children with learning disorder. If this educative instruction were individualized, i. e. different education is provided for different individual, it would receive even better effects.OBJECTIVE: To explore the method and effect of educative instruction for children with learning disorder to accumulate experiences for the development of their learning potentials.DESIGN: A paired(pairing the subjects with similar age and learning disorder) case analysis based on the suffers .SETTING: A medical college of some university.PARTICIPANTS: Eight children with learning disorder were selected from Zhenjiang City Dongwu Kindergarten or Zhenjiang City Dagang Central Primary School. These 8 cases suffered from 4 types of disorders including clumsiness, seclusive personality, language disorder, and poor learning ability. Eight cases were randomly divided into education group and control group.METHODS: Cases of control group received normal educations without specific interventions. Cases of education group received individual customized educative instructions. The educative effects were observed after 3 months.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: The improvement of clumsiness, seclusive personality, language disorder or poor learning ability in children with learning disorder.RESULTS: Cases of education group had better psychological and behavior improvements than that of control group after individual educative instruction.CONCLUSION: Individual educative instruction for children with learning disorder is an effective approach for the development of their learning potentials.

AIM To study the activation of choline on M3-R in heart and observe the hemodynamic changes of rat and rabbit. METHODS A cardiac catheter was inserted into the left ventricular cavity via the right carotid artery, then the HR, LVSP, LVEDP, and ±dp/dt were measured using a polygraph system. RESULTS Choline was shown to decrease the hemodynamic assessments, such as HR, +dp/dt, LVSP and LVEDP. while the M3-R antagonist 4-DAMP (4-diphenylacetoxy-N-methylpiperidine-methiodide) showed little effect on these assessments. It was found to reverse the hemodynamic effects of choline. CONCLUSION M3 receptor agonist can produce negative inotropic and chronotropic effects on the heart of rat and rabbit.
