Objective To learn the HPV infection situation of gynecological patients ,so as to provide a scientific basis for the epidemiological studies in Chongqing area .Methods Totally 12 196 gynecology clinic patients in January 2010 to December 2013 were registered whose cervical secretions was collected as specimens ,was type testing was carried on by PCR‐reverse dot hybridiza‐tion ,age distribution ,infected type and multiple infection of the patients were counted .Results There were 3 745(30 .8% ) patients with a positive test specimen of 12 196 patients detected in this study ,the high‐risk HPV infection rate was 61 .67% ,the top three high‐risk HPV subtype were HPV58 ,HPV16 and HPV52 ;the low‐risk HPV infection rate was 21 .23% and the main subtypes were HPV6 and HPV43 .The majority of multiple infections was double infection .There were significant differences between each age groups (χ2 =129 .76 ,P<0 .05) ,the paragraph of HPV infection rate present as U shaped curve .Conclusion The HPV in‐fection of gynecology clinic patients in Chongqing area has obvious regional specificity and age differences .HPV58 ,HPV16 and HPV52 should be pay attention in clinical diagnosis .The age group ≤25 and ≥46 years old are two peaks of HPV infections ,and it should be strengthen the screening of the two age groups .

Objective To understand how about the female consumers know the skin conditions of themselves and which they concern by a comprehensive questionnaire. Methods Three hundred and twenty-eight healthy volunteers in Shanghai were involved in this study. They were divided into 5 age groups equally. The questionnaire included the skin conditions, i.e. skin moisture, sebum, whiteness, redness, xanthochromia, homogeneity, spots, fine line, wrinkle, elasticity, angiotelectasis,pore, sagging, smoothness, gloss, roughness, scales and sensitivity. Each condition was divided into 10 grades to assess the skin conditions of the face (exposed site), upper arm (non-exposed site) and the perfect skin status. SPSS11.5 software was used to analyze the correlations of the skin conditions with ages. Results The skin concerns were difference in the 5 groups. Skin aging of sagging, wrinkle, spots and fine line became prominent from group C (35 to 40 years old). The correlations between the skin concerns of facial moisture, sebum, whiteness, homogeneity, spots, wrinkle, fine line, elasticity, sagging, sensitivity, upper arm sebum, spots, elasticity, angiotelectasis, sagging and roughness with ages were very significant (P＜0.01). Conclusion The changes of the volunteers'concerns about sebum, pore, sagging, elasticity, fine line and wrinkle with age in different age group are consistent with the quantitative measurement results from the oversea studies.

Objective To apply color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) and transcranial Doppler (TCD) to the follow-up observation of the changes of cervical vessel,intracranial hemodynamics and cerebrovascular reserve capacity (CVR) of the patients after carotid artery stent implantation.Methods Totally 96 patients with carotid artery stent implantation underwent CDFI and TCD examinations,and the changes of hemodynamics were compared before and 1 month,6 months,1 a and 2 a after implantation.Results The values of peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI) at the areas of carotid stenosis were lower significantly than those before implantation,while the values of PSV,pulsatility index (PI) and CVR of the middle cerebral artery were obviously higher than those before implantation (P＜0.05).There were no significant differences between the cervical and intracranial hemodynamics indexes 1 month,6 months,1 a and 2 a after treatment.Two-year follow-up found 4 cases of restenoses after implantation,and the rate for restenosis was 4.2％.Conclusion Carotid artery stent implantation improves significantly cervical and intracranial blood supply as well as CVR of the carotid stenosis patient,and CDFI combined with TCD can be used for the accurate evaluation of the efficacy and postoperative follow-up of carotid artery stent implantation.

Objective To explore the effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching.Methods 129 students were collected by cluster sampling,then based on class unit,they were randomized into the experimental group (69 students) and the control group (60 students).The experimental group used hospital-school combined threedimensional teaching mode and the control group used traditional teaching mode.Then,both groups had finished an operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination and a self-report questionnaire for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing.Besides,the experimental group had a questionnaire survey of cognitive evaluation for the new teaching mode.Results The average score of operation nursing comprehensive theoretical examination of the experimental group was (77.81 ±9.87),higher than the control group (70.35±12.37); The self-report score for mastery of basic knowledge of operation nursing of the experimental group was (3.94±0.45),higher than the control group (3.68±0.46).The students of the experimental group also considered that the new teaching mode improved their comprehensive knowledge and innovative abilities,critical thinking ability,humanistic care spirit,communication ability,team cooperation ability and innovation ability,etc.Conclusions The effect of application of hospital-school combined three-dimensional teaching mode in the operation nursing practice teaching was good,but it still had some limitations which needed us to pay attention to and to perfect.

Crimean-Congo Haemorrhagic Fever Virus(CCHFV)is a tick-born virus of the Nairovirus genus within the Bunyaviridae family,which is widespread and causes,high fatality. The nucleocapsid of CCHFV is comprised of N proteins that are encoded by the S segment. In this research,the N protein of CCHFV was expressed in insect cells using a recombinant baculovirus. Under an electron microscope,Virus-Like Particles (VLPs)with various size and morphology were observed in cytoplasmic vesicles in the infected cells.Sucrose-gradient purification of the cell lysate indicated that the VLPs were mainly located in the upper fraction after ultracentrifugation,which was confirmed by Western blot analysis and immuno-electron microscopy(IEM).

Objective To discuss nursing ways to prevent frontal pressure sores for children after cochlear implantation.Methods A total of 267 cases with sensorineural deafness were selected and divided into the control group (admitted from December 2012 to July 2013,115 cases) and the observation group (admitted from August 2013 to March 2014,152 cases) randomly.Skin preparation was done routinely,general nutritional condition and frontal skin condition were evaluated before operation.The control group used conventional elastic bandage after surgery.The observation group used Allevyn Thin foam dressing to cover the forehead skin before pressure dressing by elastic bandage.The incidence of frontal pressure sores was compared between two groups.Results Two cases occurred frontal pressure sores in the observation group and 31 cases in the control group,x2=39.736,P ＜ 0.01.Patients in the control group with pressure sore focused within 1-2 years old,totally 18 cases.Conclusions Nurses should attach great importance to younger children with cochlear implantation to prevent pressure sores.Nursing staff should keep update knowledge of prevention and treatment of pres-sure ulcers,accurately assess skin conditions and risk factors in patients and adopt precautions predictably.

Objective To investigate pathogenic genes related to the phenotype of fetus with severely short limbs in the first and second trimester by whole exome sequencing (WES). Methods Thirteen fetuses with severely short limbs detected by ultrasonography in the first and second trimester admitted in Chinese PLA General Hospital from September 2016 to June 2018 were collected. All cases were performed induced abortion, 6 of which were carried out karyotype analysis of amniotic fluid at the same time. WES and copy number variations (CNV) were performed on specimens from fetal tissues after labor induction. The suspected pathogenic mutations were validated by Sanger sequencing reactions. Results No abnormal karyotypes or pathological CNV were found. In 10 fetuses, pathogenic or possibly pathogenic mutations were detected in the following genes: COL2A1, FGFR3, COL1A1, COL1A2, DYNC2LI1 and TRIP11, all of which were essential to skeletal development. The diagnostic yield of WES in the fetuses with severe short limbs was 10/13. Conclusions In the first and second trimester, most of the fetuses with extremely short limbs suffer from monogenic diseases. WES is likely to be a valuable diagnostic testing option for the fetuses with severe short limbs.

Objective:To investigate the protective effect and mechanism of Acronychia pedunculata water extracts on UV-induced light damage of human keratinocytes.Methods:The experiment was conducted from December 2018 to April 2020 in the Guangxi Medical University Laboratory of Genetics. The photoaged keratinocyte model was used, the cells were co-cultured with different concentrations of Acronychia pedunculata water extracts. The cell proliferation rate was detected by CCK-8 method. The levels of reactive oxygen species (ROS), malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), glutathione peroxidase (GPX) and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) of cells were detected by a test kit. The levels of IL-1β, IL-6 and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α) were determined by ELISA.Results:The proliferation of HaCaT cells was promoted by 0.5 mg/L-2.0 mg/L of the extracts. Compared with control group, the proliferation rate of HaCaT cells in the experimental group was significantly increased ( P<0.05). Compared with control group, the contents of ROS was decreased ( F=214.67, P<0.05), MDA was decreased ( F=811.88, P<0.05), SOD was increased ( F=28.95, P<0.05), CAT was increased ( F=213.31, P<0.05), GPX was increased ( F=65.10, P<0.05), T-AOC was increased ( F=305.58, P<0.05), IL-1β was decreased ( F=15.46, P<0.05), IL-6 was decreased ( F=59.2, P<0.05), and TNF-α was decreased ( F=33.13, P<0.05). Conclusions:The extracts of 0.5-2.0 mg/L of Acronychia pedunculata have protective effects on the photoaging cell model, which may be related to the increase of SOD, CAT, GPX and other antioxidant enzymes and the level of T-AOC in photoaging HaCaT cells, and the decrease of ROS, MDA content and the expression of inflammatory cytokines.

Bipolar disorder （BD） is a serious chronic emotional disorder with a high suicide rate and a common psychiatric disease. Traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） treatment based on syndrome differentiation of BD has unique advantages and good safety， which is expected to become a breakthrough in the treatment. Autophagy is a lysosome-dependent intracellular degradation process，and it is a key mechanism of diabetic cardiomyopathy （DCM）. Autophagy has dual regulatory effects on DCM. Under physiological conditions，normal autophagy can promote the decomposition of damaged cardiomyocytes and metabolites，so as to reduce the damage of harmful substances to the body and provide energy for cardiomyocytes. Under pathological conditions，the inhibited autophagy of cardiomyocytes will cause the accumulation of damaged cells and metabolites，which will cause damage to cardiomyocytes and eventually aggravate cardiac dysfunction in the patients with DCM. However，the over autophagy of cardiomyocytes will lead to autophagic death of a large number of cardiomyocytes and result in pathological myocardial remodeling and cardiac dysfunction，thus promoting the progression of DCM. Therefore，the restoration of a normal autophagy level is the key means to protect cardiomyocytes and improve the prognosis of DCM. Chinese medicine can regulate autophagy to treat DCM. Specifically，it can promote autophagy （making up for deficiency） or inhibit autophagy （removing excess） to restore the balance of autophagy，thereby alleviating DCM.
