Objective To observe the eftccts of the extract of termitarium on the climbing ability and life span of Parkinson disease (PD)drosophila(Ddc GAL4/+ ;UAS-wild type α-synuclein/I ),and to explore its mechanism of anti- PD. Methods The termitarium was extracted by ethanol.PD drosophilas overexpressed α-synuclein were fed with 1,10 and 100 mg of termitarium per 100 g culture medium. The climbing ability and life span of drosophilas and pathological changes of its brain tissue (Congo red staining) were observed and compared among different concentrations. Results Termitarium enhanced the climbing ability of PD drosophilas and the most significant improvement appeared from 18 d to 36 d after eclosion, increasing with more termitarium concentrations and growing age of PD drosophilas.Termitarium also prolonged the life span among which male and female drosophila were longer 31.82 % ~ 3.34 %,1.47 % ~ 3.34 % as compared with PD drosophila control (all P<0.05).The brain cells number in the PD drosophilas were increased and empty bubble was decreased by rermitarium, accompanying with improvement of behavior and life span. Conclusions Termitarium can improve behavior and prolong life span of PD drosophilas.

Purpose To summarize the clinical features, MRI features and pathological features of aggressive angiomyxoma (AAM) occurring in pelvic and perineal areas. Materials and Methods The clinical, MR and pathological data of 7 patients with AAM pathologically confirmed were retrospectively analyzed. Results Seven cases of AAM were all females, aged from 12 to 45 years old. Among them, 5 cases were treated due to perineal area tumors, and 2 cases due to relapses after surgical treatment of perineal area AAM in other hospitals. MRI findings: 7 cases were single occurrence with the maximum diameter of 5.9-15.7 cm; 6 cases were in irregular shape, with no envelope and unclear borders with adjacent tissues or organs; 1 case was in long column shape with clear boundary and pseudocapsule visible. On T1WI, AAM showed equal signal (4/7) or equal, low mixed signal (3/7). On T2WI, AAM showed high and low mixed signals with 5 cases of "vortex sign". 5 cases underwent routine enhancement examinations, all demonstrating significant enhancement, 4 cases of which displayed heterogeneous enhancement ("vortex sign" was detected in 2 cases) and 1 case homogeneous enhancement. On diffusion weighted imaging, AAM manifested as homogeneous (3/7) or heterogeneous (4/7) high signal. Pathological examination showed that a large amount of mucin-like matrix was contained in AAM, and there were scattered fusiform and astral tumor cells and abundant arterial and venous blood vessels seen locally. Tumor cells infiltrated the peripheral fat or muscle tissues at the border. Conclusion The characteristic MRI of AAM is manifested as "vortex sign", which corresponds to its pathological features such as sparse tumor cells, mucin-like matrix in large amount, and locally rich blood vessels, suggesting great significance for imaging diagnosis.

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of protective sleep nursing on neonatal hyperbilirubinemia. Methods:Eight neonates with hyperbilirubinemia who were admitted from April 2019 to August 2019 were enrolled. They were divided into control group (40 cases) and observation group (40 cases) by random digits table method. Both groups were given routine nursing. On basis of control group, observation group was given protective sleep nursing. The clinical effect, sleep time, discomfort reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results:After nursing, the sleep time, crying time and bilirubin level were (18.67 ± 1.45) h/d, (0.82 ± 0.12) h/d, (191.58 ± 12.74) μmol/L in the observation group, and (17.63 ± 1.33) h/d, (1.05 ± 0.15) h/d, (202.42 ± 13.08) μmol/L in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( t values were 3.343, 7.573, 3.755, P<0.05). The duration and regression time of jaundice were (5.26±1.24), (8.70±2.12) d in the observation group, and (7.14±1.18), (12.95±2.31) d in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( t values were 6.946, 8.573, P<0.05). The good rate of sleep quality, incidence rates of vomiting, skin damage and needle falling out, and nursing satisfaction rate were 90.00%(36/40), 7.50%(3/40), 5.00%(2/40), 10.00%(4/40), 100.00%(40/40) in the observation group, and 72.50% (29/40), 27.50%(11/40), 22.50%(9/40), 32.50%(13/40), 87.50%(35/40) in the control group, there were significant differences between the two groups ( χ2 values were 4.021-6.050, P<0.05). Conclusions:The application of protective sleep nursing in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia can effectively prolong their sleep time, improve their sleep quality, which is conducive to improving their symptoms, reducing discomfort reactions. And satisfaction of their family members is relatively higher.
