Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(12):-
Objective:To investigate the antibacterial effects of the antibacterial substances on Enterobacter cloacae infection of wound in mice. Methods:Antibacterial substances of the larvae of housefly were induced by ultrasonic treatment, and its antibacterial activity was investigated with inhibition experiment in vitro.Thirty ICR mice were enrolled in the study, and the Enterobacter cloacae infection model was re-produced by excision of the full layer of dorsal skin with anarea of 1 cm?1 cm.Then they were randomly divided into group C(control,n=10,with wet compress of isotonic saline),group M(with hydropathic compress of 100 g/L mafenide)and group A(with wet compress of 0.1 g/L antibacterial peptide). The changes of white blood cell counts in each group were determined before and 3 days after injury.Bacterial growth in muscular tissue of the wounds and the survival of the mice were observed at 3 days after injury. Results:The purified peptide was highly potent against Enterobacter cloacae in vitro. The number of leucocytes in each group was decreased after operation, with significantly less number in group C than in group M and A.Bacterial growth in muscle demonstrated a difference between treated groups and group C at 3 days [group M:(87?31)?102 CFU/g;group A:(99?32)?102 CFU/g;group C:(504?338)?103 CFU/g(]P
2.Experimental Research Progress of Wnt Signaling Pathway in Spinal Cord Injury Repair (review)
Chinese Journal of Rehabilitation Theory and Practice 2017;23(6):645-648
Wnt signaling pathway is one of the important signal transduction systems that involved in regulating nervous system devel-opment, which plays an important role in axonal regeneration, neural stem cell proliferation and differentiation into neurons and inhibition of differentiation into glial cells. After spinal cord injury, multiple Wnt protein expresses around the injury site, and some proteins of the Wnt family play an important role in spinal cord injury repair, in which the activation of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is necessary for spinal cord regeneration after spinal cord injury.

Chinese Journal of Medical Imaging Technology 2001;17(5):442-443
Objective 6 recurrent cases of Primary retroperitoneal tumors(PRPT) after opertion were reviewed, to discuss the value of dignosis of recurrent PRPT in ultrasonography. MethodsAll (4 men and 2 women) were verified by operation and biopsy. Results4 of 6 cases were sarcomas, 4 cases were recurred once time, two times and four times each one. ConclusionUltrasonography can not only diagnose location of PRPT, but also provide reliable information for therapy or surgery. It can also be used in finding out the local recurrent masses after operation. Follow-up must be important in sarcoma.
4.Research advances in molecular prediction of recurrence and metastasis of primary liver cancer after liver transplan-tation
Journal of Clinical Hepatology 2014;30(12):1361-1365
Liver transplantation is an essential treatment of primary liver cancer, but the postoperative high risk of recurrence and metastasis has seriously affected the effect of liver transplantation. With the development of molecular biology, researchers have found numerous molec-ular markers potentially related to the recurrence and metastasis of liver cancer after liver transplantation. These markers, including genes, proteins, tumor markers, and serum viruses, are summarized, and their predictive values for tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation are analyzed.A growing number of molecular markers have been found, but which is not enough for clinical guidance.There-fore,more studies are needed to identify appropriate molecular markers of tumor recurrence and metastasis after liver transplantation.
5.MORPHOLOGICAL STUDIES ON THE TECTAL CELLS PROJECTING TO NUCLEUS ROTUNDUS IN THE CHICK
Acta Anatomica Sinica 1954;0(02):-
Objective To study the morphological characteristics of tectal cells in stratum griseum centrale(SGC) which project to nucleus rotundus(Rt) in chick. Methods Tectal cells projecting to the Rt were retrogradely labeled by using the injection or implantation of a small amount of carbocyanine fluorescent tracer(DiI) into Rt postmortemly in chicks. Results Labeled SGC cells were classified into four types according to the location of the soma and dendritic endings in the tectal layers.Type 1 cells of the SGC,whose somata were located in superficial part of the SGC,gave off dendritic endings to layer F.Type 2 cells in the SGC,whose somata were also located in superficial part of the SGC,gave off dendritic endings to layer D.Type 3 cells, whose somata were located in deep part of the SGC,gave off primary dendrites obliquely in layer H-J of SGFS.Type 4 SGC cells, whose somata were located in the deep part of the SGC,gave off dendrites horizontally and their dendrites were located within the SGC.The labeled dendrites of type I and 2 cells of the SGC formed bush-like or bifurcated endings extending horizontally in layer F and bottle brush endings vertically in layer D,respectively. The dendrites of type 3 and type 4 cells mainly formed free endings in their extending deep tectal layers. Conclusion The dendrites of superficial SGC cells(type 1 and type 2 cells) extend to retinorecipient tectal layers(layer F and layer D,respectively),having the shape of bush-like or bifurcated endings extending horizontally in layer F and bottle brush endings vertically in layer D,respectively corresponding to the shapes of terminals of optic nerves in these layers. The dendrites of deep SGC cells(type 3 and type 4 cells) do not extend to the retinorecipient tectal layers, mainly forming free endings in the tectal layers deeper than layer H.

Microbiology 2008;0(07):-
Biological process is an important approach to treat the dye wastewater. The azo dyes decolouration by special azoreductase of different aerobic bacteria and fungi was summarized. Under anaerobic condition, reductive decolourization of azo dyes was carried in the presence of redox mediators which act as electron shuttle. It was also pointed out that azo dye reduction occurred mainly under anaerobic condition. Different electron donor resulted in different decolourization rate. Problems of current biotechnology were analyzed and corresponding measures were discussed.
