In this study,the rDNA ITS sequence of isolate of Lactarius deliciosus(L.)Gray was sequenced.Molecular identification was accomplished using phylogenetic tree analysis of 22 Lactarius nrDNA-ITS nucleotide sequence including the 2 new and 20 GenBank sequence.

?AlM: To explore the effects of the prescription of reinforcing kidney, nourishing blood, improving eyesight on the oxidative stress model of ARPE-19 cells induced by acrolein.
?METHODS:SD rats serum containing the prescription of reinforcing kidney, nourishing blood, improving eyesight and the content of distilled water in serum were prepared. The effects of the prescription and distilled water in serum at different concentration ( 2. 5%, 5%, 10%, 20% and 40%) on cell vitality was observed by cell counting kit ( CCK-8 ) assay. the logarithmic phase of ARPE-19 cells were pretreated by different concentrations (1. 25%, 2. 5%and 5%) of the prescription serum and distilled water in serum for 24h. Then it was treated with 75μmol/L acrolein for 24h. Cell vitality was observed by CCK-8 assay. The change of cell nucleus was detected by DAPl staining .
?RESULTS: 2. 5% and 5% serum had no effect on cell viability (P>0. 05), while 10%, 20%, 40% serum could inhibit cell viability (P<0. 05). CCK-8 results showed that 2. 5% and 5% the prescription of reinforcing kidney, nourishing blood, improving eyesight serum was better than distilled water in serum (P<0. 05).
?CONCLUSlON: The prescription of reinforcing kidney, nourishing blood, improving eyesight has the protective effect on ARPE-19 cell damage induced by acrolein.

Retinal vessel is the only visible vessels in human body and systemic microvascular lesions could be evaluated by the degree of retinal vessels. ln this article, the progress of retinal vascular caliber measuring method and its influencing factors were briefly reviewed.

Symptomatology and medical history taking are the focuses of diagnostics study. With the improvement of teaching and learning, students can basically master the standard process of clinical inquiry of chief complaints to family history efficiently. However, due to the lack of systematic learning of clinical diseases, it's difficult for most students to form a targeted, logical and speculative inquiry thinking pattern, so they are unlikely to write a medical history of present illness that reflects their thinking on disease inclusion and exclusion. In this study, we come up with the characteristics and defects of symptomatology teaching at present, and put forward a new idea of symptomatology teaching by introducing clinical manifestations of diseases and examples of inquiry.

Abstract: Objective　To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 151 cases of melioidosis and the drug resistance of Burkholderia pseudomallei (BP), in order to provide the basis for diagnosis, treatment and reasonable prevention of melioidosis. Methods　A total of 151 inpatients and outpatients from the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hainan Medical University from January 1, 2013 to August 31, 2022 were collected, and clinical specimens were submitted for examination to isolate and identify BP strains. The clinical data of 151cases of melioidosis and the drug resistance characteristics of pathogenic bacteria were retrospectively analyzed, and using SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis. Results　Among 151 cases with BP infection, there were 138 males (91.4%) and 13 females (8.6%); the most patients were aged from 45-<60 years old, accounting for 74 cases (49.0%); melioidosis incidence was concentrated in October (19.2%), November (19.2%), August (9.9%) and July (8.6%), and; the number of confirmed cases showed an increasing trend and the time for confirmation was <10 d; Internal medicine system (31.1%), surgery system (26.5%) and intensive care department (20.5%) were the common departments for treating melioidosis; blood (49.0%), sputum (9.9%) and wound secretion (8.6%) were the main clinical specimens for detecting BP; pulmonary infection (68.2%), sepsis (35.1%) and local suppurative infection (23.8%) were the top clinical manifestations in patients with BP infection; the effective rate of treating melioidosis was 74.8%; abnormal liver function was a risk factor for the curative effect of melioidosis (χ2=5.010, P<0.05); the sensitivity rates of BP strains to sulfamethoxazole-trimethoprim (SXT), doxycycline (DOX), imipenem(IPM), ceftazidime (CAZ), amoxicillin/clavulanate (AMC) and tetracycline (TCY) were generally more than 90%, with sensitivities of 98.7%, 97.2%, 96.7%, 94.0%, 93.2% and 90.7%, respectively. Conclusions　It can be concluded that misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis of melioidosis is easy to occur, and the understanding of the epidemiological characteristics and risk factors in this area should be strengthened. The sensitivity of BP to commonly used antibiotics has shown a certain downward trend, clinical use should be standardized, and drug resistance monitoring should be strengthened to improve the efficacy of melioidosis treatment.

Background Doxycycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic,and it is frequently used in the treatment of ocular surface diseases.Objective The purpose of the present study was to investigate the effect of doxycycline on the inhibition of cell proliferation in bovine corneal myofibroblasts in vitro and assess its contribution to ocular surface repairing mechanism.Methods Six fresh bovine corneas were collected.The corneal stromal layer was isolated by two-step method of 1.0 g/L and 2.0 g/L collegenase-1.Isolated cells were plated at mantaryay culture flask in 10％ FBS of RPMI-1640.Vimentin and alpha-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) organization were evaluated by immunocytochemistry,and the cells with influoresccence staining for vimentin and α-SMA were identified as the corneal myofibroblasts.Doxycycline at the concentrations of 10,20,40,60,80 mg/L was added to the medium,respectively,in different concentrations of doxycycline groups.Dexamethasone (120 mg/L)was used in the same way in the positive control group,and no drug was used in the negative control group.Cell proliferation was evaluated by MTT and the cell cycle was analyzed by BD FACScan flow cytometer assay 24 hours and 48 hours after addition of any drug.Results The cells grew well and showed the positive response for vimentin and α-SMA.MTT assay showed that the A570values of bovine corneal myofibroblasts were gradually declined with the increase of the concentration of doxycycline and lapse of active time,showing statistically significant difference (Fconcentration =1233.778,P＜0.001 ; Ftime =227.564,P ＜ 0.001).And the difference between the two factors was also statistically significant (Ftime*concentration =51.656,P＜0.001).Flow cytometry cell cycle analysis showed that 24 hours after 10,20,40,60,80 mg/L doxycycline treated,the perentage of of corneal myofibroblast cell in G0-G1 phase was 82.85％,84.36％,85.18％,87.12 ％ and 89.31％,showing significant increase in comparison with 63.89％ of the negative control group (all P＜0.05),and that of 40 mg/L doxycycline group was near the positive control group.Forty-eight hours after 10,20,40,60,80 mg/L doxycycline treated,the perentage of of corneal myofibroblast cell in G0-G1 phase was 82.78％,86.15％,88.23％,89.57％,93.00％,with significant increase in comparison with 70.17％ of the negative control group (all P ＜ 0.01),and that of 40 mg/L doxycycline group was near the positive control group.Conclusions The growth of the bovine corneal myofibroblasts is inhibited by doxycycline in time-and dosedependent manner in the range from 10 mg/L to 80 mg/L,and 40 mg/L of doxycycline has an obviously inhibitory action as 120 mg/L dexamethasone.

AIM: To test the effect of ERK1/2 on ischemic preconditioning (IPC) in diabetic rat hearts. METHODS: The diabetic rat model was made with alloxan. After eight weeks, 24 rats were divided into 4 groups: non-diabetic IPC rats (group A); non-diabetic non-IPC rats (group B); diabetic IPC rats (group C); diabetic non-IPC rats (group D). ECGⅡ lead, left ventricular development pressure (LVDP), and first derivative of LVDP ~(?dp/dt_~max ) were recorded. Myocardial phosphorylation of extracellular signal regulated kinases1/2 (ERK1/2) was detected by Western-blotting. Protective effect and mechanism of electroacupuncture (EA) on acute reperfusion ventricular arrhthmia was investigated. Ventricular arrhythmia was induced by occlusion of the proximal left anterior descend (LAD) branch of coronary artery for 5 min and followed with 15 min reperfusion. EA on acupoint "Neiguan", "Jianshi" was performed at 30 min before ligation and continued another 5 min during ischemia. Isoprenaline (20, 30 and 50 microg/kg) or atropine (1 mg/ kg) was intravenously injected at 5 min before ischemia. The results showed that EA significantly decreased the incidence of ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) induced ventricular tachycardia (VT), ventricular fibrillation (VF) and mortality as compared to I/R group. Atropine partially suppressed the EA's effect of antiarrhythmia; Isoprenaline increased the incidence and severity of reperfusion arrhythmia, which was inhibited by EA, but this inhibition of EA was blocked with increasing dose of isoprenaline. The results indicated that EA treatment could prevent the occurrence of reperfusion ventricular arrhythmia in rats with myocardial ischemia, and its mechanism might be related to the regulation of EA on the beta-adrenoceptors and M-cholinergic receptor activation in myocardium.

Objective To observe the expressions of bone morphogenetic protein-2(BMP-2)and bone morphogenetie protein-7(BMP-7)in the synovial tissue of fluorosis rats and its correlation with pathogenic mechanism of fluorosis arthritis.Methods Thirty-two SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups:the control group,low,moderate and high-dose fluoride group.The control group ate commou fodder.The low,moderate and high dose fluoride group were fed with fodder composed of 25%.35%and 68%of corn(containing fluorine of 148.00 mg/kg)in chronic endemic fluorosis region in Guizhou Province.After 140 days,the expressions of BMP-2 and BMP-7 protein were determined by immunohistochemistry and assayed the absorbanee by computer image-pattern analysis system.Light microscope was used to observe the synovial tissue by Hematoxin Eosin,and calculated the pathological integral of synovium according to pathological grade standard.Results The expressions of BMP-2 (32.50±2.73)and BMP-7(38.90±2.56)in the control group was spare.Compared with the control group,the expressions of BMP-2(59.43±5.12,79.82±6.41,101.76±7.56)and BMP-7(55.10±4.82,78.42±5.61,98.46± 6.05)in the synovial tissue was up-regulated in each experimental groups(P＜0.05),especially in the moderate dose and the high-dose groups(P＜0.05).Compared with the control group(0.54±0.21).the pathological integral of synovium increased(P＜0.05)in each experimental groups(1.04±0.98,4.69±1.28,8.60±2.07).The expressions of BMP-2 and BMP-7 in the synovial tissue was found to be positively related with the pathological integral of synovium(r=0.98,0.99,P＜0.05).Conclusion The BMP-2 and BMP-7 play an important role in the development of fluorosis arthritis,probably by affecting osteogenesis.

OBJECTIVE: To explore the application of polysomnography (PSG) and lateral cephalometric radiographs (LCR) in the diagnosis and treatment of sleep-disordered breathing (SDB) in children. METHOD: To select 157 cases of children suffering from SDB, 115 cases with primary snoring (PS) and 42 cases with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS). After bilateral tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, preoperative and postoperative LCR and PSG of measure were observed for statistical analysis. RESULT: Compared the group PS and group OSAHS; the thickness of adenoids was significantly different(P<0. 01). The preoperative oblique diameter of nasopharyngeal airway was significantly different (P<0. 05). There were significant differences on the preoperative and postoperative nasopharyngeal airway oblique diameter and oropharyngeal airway anteroposterior diameter in group PS and group OSAHS (all, P<0. 01). There were significant differences on the preoperative and postoperative AHI and LSaO2 in the group OSAHS (both, P<0. 01). The total effective rate of group PS was 97. 4% (112/115), and the total effective rate of group OSAHS was 97. 6% (41/42). CONCLUSION PSG and LCR have a very important role in the diagnosis and treatment of SDB in children. Bilateral tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy are the primary means of treatment in children with SDB.
