A study on 42 patients with ages of 16-49, and HIV/AIDS infection in the Institute of Clinical Medicine and tropical diseases during 1998-1999 has shown that HIV infection usually occurred in adults (male/female ratio>1). The cause of HIV infection among men was mainly due to drug injection while among women was mainly due to intercourse. The time for detection of HIV infection was mainly in CD4 duration
