Comprehensive treatment is the hot for cervical carcinoma,but comprehensive treatment is not the superposition of several treatment methods.Surgical treatment is the main means for early cervical carcinoma and radiotherapy for locally advanced. It's sure that radiotherapy combined with hyperthermia.Abroad,concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy is regarded as routine treatment methods.Improvement of hyperthermia technology is more applicated in the clinical.Reducing complications after treatment and enhancing the effectiveness of the treatment of cervical carcinoma is the ultimate goal.

OBJECTIVE:To facilitate the automatic drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy.METHODS:Full automatic single dose pastill dispensing machine was introduced to hospital central drug dispensing.The running cost was analyzed from two aspects and the feasibility of cutting cost is demonstrated.RESULTS & CONCLUSIONS:The key to achieve automatic drug dispensing in hospital pharmacy is to reduce the running cost to a lowest degree,and the key to lower running cost lie in the omnidirectional controlling of cost,enhancing of performance and reinforcing of the consciousness on cost etc.

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of three-dimensional CT(3DCT)in atlantoaxial lesions.Methods The findings of 3DCT were analyzed and compared with conventional CT and radiography in 124 patients with atlantoaxial disease.Results 124 cases of atlantoaxial lesion included fracture in 42,atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation in 73,hypoplasia of the dens in 4,and congenital atlantoaxial deformity in 5.Among the 124 cases,89 cases were diagnosed by X-ray,109 cases by conventional CT,121 cases by MIP,122 cases by SSD,124 cases by MPR and VR.Conclusion 3DCT can find the slight rotatory dislocation,so it is the most effective means for the diagnosis of atlantoaxial rotatory dislocation.3D and MPR of spiral CT are useful in the diagnosis of atantoaxial fracture.Combining conventional CT and X-ray film with 3DCT can improve the acuracy of the diagnosis.

Objective To assess the value of MR Grs3d sequences in evaluating knee meniscal injury and complication with low field MR unit.Methods MR imaging of knee was performed in 73 patients with sagittal Grs3d,sagittal SE T1WI + PDWI.The efficiency of both sagittal Grs3d and sagittal SE T1WI+PDWI in showing knee meniscal injury and complications were evaluated comparatively.Results The rate in showing meniscal injury and complications with Grs3d sequence was higer in comparison with SE T1WI+PDWI and was of significantly different(P

BACKGROUND:It is shown in past researches that total saponin of ginseng has the effect of promoting multiplication of bone marrow hematopoietic stem cells and progenitor cells in vitro, and promoting secretion of bone marrow hemotopoietic factors, however there has been little researches on the effect of multiplication of bone marrow stromal cells.OBJECTIVE: To investigate the effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on pig's bone marrow stromal cells multiplication in vitro.DESIGN: A controlled observation.SETTING:Department of Cardiology and Department of Dermotology,First Affiliated Hospital, Nanjing Medical University; Department of Pharmacology, Nanjing Medical University.MATERIALS: The experiment was conducted at the Cardiovascular Pharmaceutical Laboratory of Nanjing Medical University from January 2002 to February 2003. The experimental pigs ahd the powder of ginsenoside Rg1were chosen METHODS :The bone marrow stromal cells cultured in vitro were divided as control and experimental groups. For experimental group insenoside Rg1 in different concentrations (10-7,5×10-7,10-6,5×104 mol/L)were added for induction culture, and for control group the media of the same volume was added. The multiplication conditions of bone marrow stromal cells were respectively detected by fibroblast colony forming in vitro, tritiated thymidine {[3H]TdR} incorporation and MTT.MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: ① The effect of ginsenoside Rgl on the fibroblast colony forming units of bone marrow stromal cells in vitro. ②The effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on [3H]TdR incorporation of bone marrow stromal cells. ③ The effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on bone marrow stromal cells multiplication detected by MTT.RESULTS:① The effect of ginsenoside Rg1 on the fibroblast colony forming units of bone marrow stromal cells in vitro: The numbers of units in experimental group were all higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05-P ＜ 0.01),especially obvious in (5-50)×10-7 mol/L experimental group, reaching peak in the concentration being 10-6 mol/L. ② The effect of ginseno side Rg1 on [3H]TdR incorporation of bone marrow stromalcells: As the concentration of ginsenoside Rg1 was 10-6 mol/L, the [3H]TdR incorporation efficiency of bone marrow stromal cells was obviously higher that that in control group (P ＜ 0.05-P ＜ 0.01), and the effect was enhanced as the dosage increased. ③ The effect of ginsenoside Rgl on bone marrow stromal cells multiplication detected by MTT: The value of absorbance in experimental group was obviously higher than that in control group (P ＜ 0.05-P ＜ 0.01), and it was dose-dependent. CONCLUSION: Ginsenoside Rg1 had an effect of multiplication on pig's bone marrow stromal cells in vitro, and it was dose-dependent.

This study is to evaluate the curative effect of repairing the flexor tendons defect in the fibroosseous sheath by transferring the near flexor digitorum superficial tendons. Thirty-two cases (39 fingers) with acute flexor tendon defect in Zone I were repaired by transferring the flexor digitorum superficial tendons. Early protected passive motion was advocated postoperatively. All cases were followed up for 11 to 23 months. The outcome of fingers were excellent in 24,good in 12 and fair in 3 by TAM score. The percentage of excellent and good outcome was 92. 3%. Microrepair of fresh flexor tendons defect in Zone II by transferring flexor digitorum superficial tendons combined with early protected passive motion can prevent the adhension of tendons effectively and restore finger function earlier.

Objective To observe the curative effects of malignant brain swelling after brain injury by using the operations of standard large Craniotomy decompression and removal of necrotic brain tissues. Methods 80 cases of malignant brain swelling after severe brain injury were observed. The standard decompression surgery of large era-niotomy routine were used in 40 cases,while the operations of standard large craniotomy decompression and removal of necrotic brain tissues were used in the other 40 cases. The curative effects of the results after 15 days and six mon-ths were analyzed. Results The incidence of intracranial hypertension (37.5%, 15/40 ) and brain tissue incisional hernia (32.5% ,13/40)of the group using standard large craniotomy decompression and removal of nee-rotic brain tissues treatment was significantly lower than that of simple standard large craniotomy decompression treat-ment group [15.0% (6/40) vs 10.0% (4/40)] after 15 days (P<0.05 ). The prognosis excellent rate ( good + re-sidual) of the group using standard large Craniotomy decompression and removal of necrotic brain tissues treatment was significantly higher (60.0%) than that of simple standard large craniotomy decompression treatment group (40.0%) after six months (P<0.05 ). Conclusion The operations of standard large craniotomy decompression and removal of necrotic brain tissues can effectively reduce the intracranial hypertension of malignant brain swelling after trauma injury,and reduce mortality and morbidity of severe brain injury.

Objective To evaluate the value of CT and MRI in diagnosis and directing clinical management of vertebral burst fracture.Methods The imaging features of vertebral burst fracture in 66 cases were analyzed,including cervical vertebrae 6,thoracic vertebrae 3,thoracolumbar area 48,and lumbar vertebrae 9 cases.There were 50 male and 16 female,the average age was 35 years.CT and MRI were taken in all patients.Results CT clearly demonstrated the vertebrae and accompanying appendix fracture,spinal canal stenosis and retropulsed fragment.While MRI in showing injury and tear of ligament and intervertebral disc,abnormal signals due to spinal cord compression were superior to CT.Conclusion CT in combination with MRI in diagnosis and directing surgical management is of important value.

Objective To establish a method for determining the dissolution oftorasemide sustained-release tablet in vitro and study the methodology of the determination.The consistency of the in vitro release behavior between self-prepared torasemide sustained-release tablet and original preparation were evaluated by constructed method.Methods HPLC method was applied to detect the cumulative release percentage of self-prepared torasemide sustained-release tablet and original preparation in five kinds of release media (water,0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution,pH 4.5 acetate buffer,pH 6.8 phosphate buffer,and 0.1 mol/L hydrochloric acid solution turn to pH 6.8 phosphate buffer).Similarity factor (f2) was used to evaluate the similarity of release curves.Results There was a good linear relationship between the quality concentration of torasemide and peak area in the range of 1.0-12.0 μg/mL (r =0.9995).Results of precision and stability tests were good,and the RSDs for probational liquid were all lower than 2.0％.The average recovery of accuracy test was 100.04％,and RSD was 0.54％ (n =12).The homogeneity of within group of self-prepared preparation met the technical requirement,RSDs of each sampling points in six Dissolution Vessels were lower than 10.0％.The f2 factors of self-prepared torasemide sustained-release tablet and original preparation were 72,60,77,66,and 60 in five kinds of release media.Conclusion The method in the paper is suitable for the release test of torasemide,meanwhile,the self-prepared tablet shows consistent in vitro release behavior with that of the original preparation.
