1.Design of meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine

Objective To design the meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medi-cine.Methods The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine was designed u-sing the MARC meta-data according to the analysis of resources, investigation of literature, networks and users. Results The meta-data scheme for medical records database of traditional Chinese medicine is consisted of 17 fields and 9 parts.Conclusion MARC, as the mata-data criteria, can organize and describe the medical records of tradi-tional Chinese medicine.However, the standards for selection and description of meta-data criteria need to be fur-ther studied.

Ultrasmall superparamagnetic iron oxide (USPIO),as the contrast agent of MRI,possesses two major properties:long half time in the plasma and specific binding with macrophages.Compared with gadolinium,widely-used in clinic presently,USPIO has its unique advantages in diagnosis of central nervous system diseases,though which still need further clinical verification.This article reviews the application of USPIO in MRI diagnosis of some central nervous system diseases.
3.National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors

Objective To analyze the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors from 2013 to 2015 and existed problems. Methods The key words in the National Natural Sci-ence Foundation-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors from 2013 to 2015 and SCI-covered journals and Chinese institutions that published the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on on-cology from 2013 to 2015 were analyzed by bibliometrics. Results The number of the National Natural Science Foundation-supported scientific projects and funds, the number of the National Natural Science Foundation-sup-ported papers on oncology published by domestic authors, and the academic level of SCI-covered journals that pub-lished the National Natural Science Foundation-supported papers on oncology from Chinese authors increased year by year from 2013 to 2015 . General and medical colleges and universities with affiliated hospitals or national key laboratories were the leading force in oncology. The hot spots in oncology were focused on basic research and malig-nant tumors. Conclusion The National Natural Science Foundation plays an active role in promoting the develop-ment of oncology in China. Although it-supported papers on oncology published by domestic authors increase year by year, problems are still existed, such as imbalance of institutions that publish papers on oncology and insuffi-cient influencing power of papers published by domestic authors.
4.Connotation in concept of precision medicine and its enlightenments on the development of medical cause in China

Objective To study the enlightenments of precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medi-cine, individualized medicine, P4 medicine on the medical cause in China. Methods Core papers on precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medicine, individualized medicine, and P4 medicine were retrieved from SCI core collection and PubMed. The concepts of precision medicine, personalized medicine, stratified medi-cine, individualized medicine, P4 medicine were analyzed by the VOSviewer. Results The concept of personalized medicine and individualized medicine can be used alternatively and is a coverage concept. The concept of stratified medicine and precision medicine is similar and is an inclusive concept. P4 medicine is a participatory medical model for patients. Tumor, chemotherapy, cells, diabetes mellitus, pharmacogenomics, and variants are the hot spots in precision medicine. Tumor, genomics, and public policy have a tendency to be integrated. Conclusion The develop-ment of precision medicine in China needs the design at the national top level, scientific policy-making, integration of scientific research system and resources, implementation of step by step strategy, overcoming of medical difficul-ties in order to realize personalized medicine at last.
5.Study on Compatible Stability of Levofloxacin Hydrochloride Injection with Inosine in Sodium Chloride Injection

OBJECTIVE:To study the compatible stability of Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection with Inosine in sodium chloride injection. METHODS:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection was mixed with Inosine in sodium chloride. Then UV spectrophotometry was applied to detect the change of content at 20 ℃ within 6 hours. The change of appearance,pH value,content of mixture,insoluble particle were also observed. RESULTS:The change of appearance,pH value,content of mixture,insoluble particle in mixture was not found out. CONCLUSION:Levofloxacin hydrochloride injection mixing with Inosine in sodium chloride injection is suitable for clinical use within 6 h.
6.Study on International Academic Influence of TCM Colleges and Universities in Recent Ten Years

Objective To analyze academic influence of SCI papers of TCM colleges and universities in the recent 10 years;To provide references for scientific research and academic exchange. Methods According to the evaluation ranking of degree and graduate education development center of Ministry of Education published in 2012 and standardization of InCites database, 10 Chinese medicine colleges and universities were selected. InCites platform was used to select 13 representative indicators and to analyze the cited cases, H index and the cooperation of the SCI papers published in 2006-2015. Results The SCI papers published by 10 TCM colleges and universities have been growing rapidly since 2010, and the average influence of standardized citations was 0.76. The average percentage of cited papers was 67%, which was slightly lower than that of 71%in clinical medicine papers of mainland of China. H index was 30. The average percentage of international cooperation papers in TCM colleges and universities was 17.71%, which was lower than the percentage of international cooperation papers in clinical medicine of mainland of China (22.85%). Conclusion In recent 10 years, the academic level of TCM colleges and universities in our country has been developing rapidly. However, there is still a need to further explore international perspectives, focus on research frontiers, strengthen international cooperation, carry out innovative research and improve academic influence.
7.Research on effects of nursing intervention on enhancement of colonoscopy compliance of colorectal cancer high-risk population

Objective To discuss the effects of nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief on enteroscopy compliance of colorectal cancer high-risk population. Methods A total of 260 people, who were clearly identified as colorectal cancer high-risk population during preliminary screening of 2 communities in Nankai District, Tianjin but had not finished enteroscopy, were selected and divided them into intervention group and control group with 130 people per group by random digits table method. In the intervention group, subjects received nursing intervention with guidance of the health belief model for a year, while in the control group, subjects simply received regular propaganda and education about colorectal cancer screening. Results After intervention, the cognitive levels in colorectal cancer screening, enteroscopy screening, high-risk factors was (9.16±2.95), (14.55±3.41), (14.25±4.26) points in intervention group and (7.28 ± 3.26), (12.23 ± 3.72), (13.12 ± 4.11) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups (t=4.855, 5.228, 2.180, P<0.01 or 0.05). After intervention, the scores of health belief including susceptibility, benefits, barriers, self-efficacy was (7.74 ± 1.50), (13.20 ± 2.45), (6.59 ± 1.91), (23.54±3.16) points in intervention group, and (6.68 ± 1.47), (11.58 ± 2.15), (8.42 ± 1.99), (20.82 ± 3.02) points in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(t=5.730, 5.682,-7.561, 7.096, P<0.01). The rate of enteroscopy screening was 20.47%(26/127) in intervention group and 8.87%(11/124) in control group, and there was significant difference between two groups(χ2=6.719, P<0.05). Conclusions The nursing intervention under the guidance of health belief helps colorectal cancer high-risk population establish health belief, enhances participation rates of colonoscopy screening and has important significance to positive rates of early colorectal cancer.
8.Effect of family health management on type 2 diabetes medication adherence of patients in commuhity

Objective To explore the effect of family health management on community type 2 diabetes medication compliance.Methods Totally 123 patients with type 2 diabetes who live in Shanghai City Qingpu District Xujing Town An Ju Wei Hao Xiao Qu and met the WHO diagnostic criteria for type 2 diabetes were enrolled into this study.The patients' age was 50-75 years,including 60 male,63 female cases,mean age was (63.9 ± 6.9),(10.0 ± 7.4) years,course of disease,a family health file,making personalized home health management measures of community were analyzed.The effects of the 2 years of intervention on the compliance of the patients before and after the intervention as well as the blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipid control were evaluated.Results The treatment compliance rate was (77.1%,94/122,intervention 1 cases died) significantly higher after intervention than that before intervention (62.6%,77/123) (x2=6.06,P<0.05).After the intervention,the rate of target achievement in blood pressure (51.6%,63/122),blood glueose (44.3%,54/122),total cholesterol (72.1%,88/122),triglyceride (61.5%,75/122) low density lipoprotein (75.4%,92/122) were higher than those before intervention [blood pressure standard rate of 36.6% (45/123),blood glucose standard rate of 28.5% (35/123),total cholesterol standard rate of 59.3% (73/123),triglyceride standard rate of 47.9% (59/123),low density lipoprotein standard rate of 65.0% (80/123)],the differences were statistically significant (x2=5.63,6.61,4.44,4.51,3.97,P<0.05).Conclusion Community and family health management can improve the medication compliance in patients with type 2 diabetes.

〔Abstract〕 Taking some college and university libraries in China and the United States as investigation objects, based on internet and literature investigation methods, the paper compares the situation of embedded subject service in the US and China from the aspects of embedded in learning environment of students, embedded in teaching environment of teachers, embedded in scientific research environ-ment of users, etc.Then it points out the shortage and gives some suggestions for embedded subject service in Chinese college and univer-sity libraries.
10.Clinical outcomes of C3F8 and air tamponade after vitrectomy for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole

Objective To compare the clinical effect of C3F8 and air tamponade after vitrectomy for the treatment of idiopathic macular hole (IMH).Methods A total of 54 eyes of 54 patients with IMH that had undergone 23G pars plana vitrectomy with internal limiting membrane peeling were retrospectively studied.All patients received optical coherence tomography ()CT) examination and the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA).They were divided into 2 groups.26 eyes in group A were filled with air and 28 eyes in group B were filled with C3F8.In group A,6 eyes at stage Ⅱ,20 eyes at stage Ⅲ,the minimum diameter (Dmin) of macular hole in 14 eyes was less than 400 μm,and in the other eyes was larger than 400 μm.In group B,10 eyes at stage Ⅱ,18 eyes at stage Ⅲ,the Dmin of macular hole in 15 eyes was less than 400 μm,and in the other eyes was larger than 400 μm.The differences of age,course of the disease,BCVA,fundus diameter,Dmin,height,index,diameter of outer retina diameter (Dord) between the two groups were not significant (P>0.05).The basic data before surgery and the closure rate,BCVA,Dord 1 month after surgery between two groups were compared.Results At 1 month after surgery,the IMH closure rate was 100.0% in group A and 92.9% in group B,the difference between these two groups was not significant (P=0.491).The closure rate of eyes with Dmin<400 μm were both 100.0% in two groups,and the closure rate of eyes with Dmin>400 μm were 100.0% in group A and 84.6% in group B.There was no statistically significant differences between two groups (P =0.480).The mean BCVA of two groups were 0.35±0.22 and 0.33 ±0.16 respectively.The mean Dord were (782.2 ± 478.0) μm and(792.1 ± 432.7) μm respectively.All cases got better BCVA (t=-7.310,-10.506;P<0.01) and shorter Dord (t=6.704,7.770;P<0.01).But there was no statistically significant differences between groups 1 month after surgery in BCVA and Dord (t =0.381,0.800;P =0.705,0.937).Conclusion Air tamponade after vitrectomy has the same efficacy as C3 F8 tamponade in the treatment of IMH.
