Chinese Journal of Information on Traditional Chinese Medicine 2006;0(05):-
Objective To compare the contents of Ferulic Acid and Polysaccharide in Angelica Sinensis oliv. with Lotiform Angelica sinensis because of the morphosis related to lateral bud of Angelica Sinensis. Method The contents of Polysaccharide was determined by Polysaccharide-Phenol-Sulfuric acid reaction system. The content of ferulic acid was determined by HPLC. Result There is no significantly difference in the contents of Ferulic Acid and Polysaccharide between Angelica sinensis and lotiform Angelica sinens. Conclusion The contents of Ferulic Acid and Polysaccharide between Angelica Sinensis oliv. and Lotiform Angelica sinensis has no significantly difference because of the morphosis related to lateral bud of Angelica Sinensis.
3.Evaluation of mechanical properties of two low noble alloys
Journal of Practical Stomatology 1996;0(02):-
?Objective: To evaluate the mechanical properties of low noble alloy Au Pd and Ag Pd developed by Stomatological College,Fourth Millitaly Medical University and Xi'an University of Architecture & Techuology. Methods:The two low noble alloys were cast by means of a centrifugal induction furnace into the tensile bars whose dimensions accorded with the standards of China for Dental Casting Precious Metal Alloys. Tensile properties (?b)were determined by means of a conventional testing machine. The 0.2% offset yield strength(?0.2), elongation(?) and microhardness (HV)were determined in a conventional manner. All data were the average of four specimens of each alloy. Results:?b(MPa),?0.2(MPa),?(%) and HV of Au Pd were 485?12.9,365 ?14.8,7.8?1.1 and 220?14.3;those of Ag Pd 550?9.5,435?8.2,13.5?5.4 and 245?15.1,respectivey.Conclusion:The mechanical properties of the two low noble alloys meet the demands of standards and have lower microhardness than natural tooth enamel.
4.Therapy for moderate and advanced liver carcinoma
Journal of International Oncology 2012;39(8):612-615
Due to the latent and highly invasive characteristics of liver carcinoma,a majority of patients are frequently not diagnosed until moderate or advanced stage in the disease process, and usually complicate with cirrhosis.Only 15% -30% of the patients are eligible for radical resection. The overall survival time is about 3-4 months. Therefore,on the basis of early diagnosis and treatment of liver carcinoma, how to improve the treatment effect of the moderate and advanced liver carcinoma, ameliorate the quality of life and prolong the survival time, becomes the focuses and difficulties both at home and abroad.
5.Therapeutic Observation of Combining Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting Points for Insomnia due to Imbalance between Heart and Kidney
Shanghai Journal of Acupuncture and Moxibustion 2015;(5):415-417
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combining Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points in treating insomnia due to imbalance between heart and kidney, for providing novel method and evidence for the treatment of insomnia with acupuncture-moxibustion.Method Totally 100 insomnia patients due to imbalance between heart and kidney were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 50 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture at Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points, while the control group was by conventional acupuncture. The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), and self-rating depression scale (SDS) were observed before and after intervention for efficacy evaluation.Result The PSQI item scores were significantly changed after intervention in both groups (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores were significantly different from that before treatment in both groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the SAS and SDS scores of the treatment group were significantly different from that of the control group (P<0.05). The recovery rate and total effective rate were 26.0% and 92.0% in the treatment group versus 12.0% and 86.0% in the control group, and there was a significant difference in comparing the recovery rate (P<0.05).Conclusion Combining use of Yuan-Primary and Luo-Connecting points is an effective approach in treating insomnia due to imbalance between heart and kidney.
6.Maintenance of urine analyzer AX-4280
China Medical Equipment 2013;(11):128-129
To introduce composition, the testing principle of the urine analyzer,To reduce the failure rate, extend the service life of the instrument and improve the accuracy of diagnosis. Make the maintenance system ,according to the system of equipment maintenance maintain the urine analyzer daily and monthly. The maintenance plays an important role in reducing the failure rate, extending equipment life and improving the accuracy of diagnosis.

Chinese Traditional and Herbal Drugs 1994;0(03):-
Objective To study the chemical constituents from the roots of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Methods The constituents were isolated and purified by column chromatography.Their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical properties and spectral data. Results Two benzophenanthridine alkaloids,1,3-bis(8-dihydronitidinyl)-acetone(1)and 8-acetonyldihydrofagaridine(2),have been iso-lated from the roots of Z.nitidum.Conclusion Compounds 1 and 2 are new compounds named nitidumtone A and nitidumtone B.

Objective To investigate the clinical application of Fibroscan to noninvasive detection of liver fibrosis in asymp‐tomatic carriers(ASCs)with chronic hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods Clinical data of 195 chronic HBV ASCs were retrospec‐tively analyzed ,including liver function ,HBV DNA quantitation ,liver stiffness(LS) ,color Doppler ultrasound results of the liver and spleen and histopathological findings of the liver.LS was evaluated by transient elastography(Fibroscan).Liver biopsy was performed in 80 carriers for histological examination. Results The LS value was(6.22 ± 2.50)kPa in 195 cases. There was no significant difference in the LS value between HBV DNA <500 copies/mL and HBV DNA≥500 copies/mL groups. The LS value in patients with HBV carrying duration>15 years was significantly higher than that in patients with HBV carrying dura‐tion≤5 years(P<0.01).It was (6.72 ± 2.33) kPa in patients(n=49)with liver tissue inflammation and necrosis
