Objective To study the protective effect of Qidan Tongmai Tablet (QDTMT) on the (injury) induced by acute myocardial ischemia. Methods Acute myocardial ischemia was induced by sc isoproterenol (Iso, 5 mg/kg) into SD rats pretreated with ig QDTMT (2 g/kg) for two weeks. Activities of Ca~(2+)-(ATPase) in myocardial mitochondria and content of Ca~(2+) in myocardium and myocardial mitochondria were determined by colorimetric method. The changes of myocardial ultrastructure were investigated by means of transmission electron microscope. Objective To study the expansion and purification of human retinal progenitors cultured in vitro.(Methods Human) embryonic retinal progenitor cells(RPCs) were cultured.The characteristics of neural stem cell were observed.The expression of Nestin was examined flow cytometry(FCM) for the comparsion between the primary and secondary passages.The differentiation of RPCs had been observed after that they had been cultured in different conditions.Results Human RPCs had proliferated and formed cell clusters with a shape of neurosphere.After digestion,the scattered progenitors formed secondary neurosphere-like cell clusters.The cells in those clusters expressed Nestin and were negative for the mature retinal cell proteins.After spontaneous differentiation,the retinal progenitors expressed special proteins of mature retinal cells,including neuron specific enolase(NSE),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),protein kinase C(PKC) and Syntaxin-1.The expression of Nestin in the secondary culture passage was(39.3?18.9)%,which was significantly higher than that of the primary passage [(28.7?17.7)%](P

4.Association between epicardial adipose tissue thickness and left ventricular remodeling in dilated cardiomyopathy

Objective To explore the association between epicardial adipose tissue (EAT) thickness and left ventricular remodeling,left ventricular dysfunction in dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods One hundred and sixteen patients with DCM (DCM group) and 76 healthy subjects (control group) were examined by ultrasoundcardiogram.Left ventricular end-systolic diameter (LVESD),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic volume (LVESV),left ventricular end-diastolic volume (LVEDV),left ventricular end-systolic volume index (LVESVI),left ventficular end-diastolic volume index (LVEDVI),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) and EAT thickness were measured or calculated,and the relationship was evaluated.Results EAT thickness in DCM group was significantly lower than that in control group [(4.7 ± 1.2) mm vs.(7.6 ± 2.1) mm],and there was statistical difference (P < 0.05).The linear correlation analysis results showed there was positive correlation between EAT thickness and LVESD,LVEDD,LVESV,LVEDV,LVEDVI,LVESVI (r =0.236,0.220,0.245,0.256,0.282,0.279,P < 0.05),and there was no relationship between EAT thickness and LVEF (r =0.134,P >0.05).Conclusions In patients with DCM,there is a correlation between EAT thickness and ventricular remodeling.There is no correlation between EAT thickness and left ventricular dysfunction.
5.Research progress of the protection strategies of female fertility in radiotherapy

Radiotherapy is an important treatment for malignant tumors, but it will have a negative impact on the reproductive function of young female patients.In recent years, the measures to protect female fertility are increasing, including clinical mature technologies such as embryo cryopreservation and mature oocyte cryopreservation; highly experimental technologies such as immature oocyte in vitro fertilization and ovarian tissue cryopreservation and transplantation.In addition, the application of stem cells and the proposal of artificial ovary also show great prospects in the protection of female fertility.This paper reviews the research progress of female fertility protection strategies in radiotherapy.
6.Paying attention to the research on IgG4 related orbital disease

IgG4 related disease (IgG4-RD) is a systemic disease which was named and accepted in recent years.IgG4-RD is a multiorgan-involved disease, mainly including pancrease, parotid gland, bile duct, liver, etc.The study on the relationship between IgG4 and orbital disease is relatively few.In recent years, our study group aimed directly to the relationship between IgG4 and common orbital disease, including benign lymphoepithelial lesion of lacrimal gland,idiopathic orbital inflammatory pseudotumor, orbital lymphoma, etc.We found that IgG4 was associated with the pathogenesis and progression of these diseases.This article addressed systematically the pathogenesis of IgG4 related orbital disease and evaluated the values of IgG4 in diagnosis,differential diagnosis,treatment and montoring of these orbital diseases based on related literature and reseaching results from our study group,in order to deepen the recognition of IgG4 related orbital diseases in ophthalmologists.
7.Research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis (OA) is a bone and joint disease caused by multiple factors, which seriously threatens human health. It is mainly manifested as joint pain and dysfunction. In severe cases, it can cause deformity. The mechanism of OA is not very clear, and there is a lack of effective therapeutic drugs; the exploration of etiology, pathogenesis and preventive measures of OA has always been an important research direction in this field. Studies have found that the transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β)/Smad signaling pathway plays a key role in the occurrence and development of OA. This article reviews the research progress of TGF-β/Smad signaling pathway in OA in recent years at home and abroad.
8.Study on the effect of acupoint massage on vital signs in patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention surgery

Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage on vital signs in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention surgery.Methods128 patients underwent percutaneous coronary intervention surgery from January 2014 to June 2016 were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table, 64 cases in each group.The control group were given traditional surgery,and received routine treatment at postoperative rehabilitation period.At the basis of this, the observation group were given acupoint massage.The liver and kidney function indexes, coagulation function, blood routine, heart rate and blood pressure in the two groups were compared.ResultsThe systolic blood pressure was (142.98±18.35mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (92.83±17.28) mmHg and the heart rate was (79.4±11.7) times/min in the observation group;the systolic blood pressure was (143.26±17.26) mmHg, the diastolic blood pressure was (82.65 ± 13.17) mmHg and the heart rate was (71.9±12.1) times/min in the control group, the differences in the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The TBIL of the control group was (9.36±3.71)umol·L-1, DBIL was (4.01±1.14)umol·L-1, TP was (53.23±7.29) g·L-1, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05, ALB was (32.10±3.17) g·L-1 and BUN was (4.23 ± 1.32) mmol·L-1, which was lower than that of TBIL, DBIL, TP and ALB in the observation group (P<0.05) The levels of PTA and FIB in the observation group were higher than those in the control group.The levels of PT, APTT and TT were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionAcupoint massage can effectively enhance the liver and kidney function and coagulation function, reduce the blood pressure and heart rate of patients, relieve anxiety and reduce the recovery time of patients.
9.Magnetic navigation META-NAIL interlocking intramedullary nailing for tibial shaft fracturesvia the supra-patellar approach

BACKGROUND: Magnetic navigation META nailing for tibial fractures via the supra-patellar approach is a novel surgical method, exhibiting overt advantages.OBJECTIVE: To retrospectively analyze the clinical characters of magnetic navigation META nailing via the supra-patellar approach for tibial fractures.METHODS: Clinical data of 58 cases of tibial shaft fracture were collected and analyzed retrospectively, and all patients were treated with navigation META-NAIL via the supra-patellar approach. The patients received the postoperative prophylactic antibacterial therapy; non-weight bearing functional training was performed at 3 days postoperatively, and full weight-bearing functional exercise was conducted at an average of 12 weeks postoperatively.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: (1) The Lysholm scores ranged from 83 to 95 (average, 90) at 24 weeks postoperatively. (2) The excellent and good rate evaluated by Johner-Wruh scoring reached up to 95%. (3) The average operation time was 65 minutes, and the blood loss was 30 mL. (4) There was no complaint of knee pain during the follow-up. (5) No postoperative complications, such as non-healing wounds, infection, bone nonunion, osteomyelitis or deformity recovery, occurred.(6) These results manifest that the magnetic navigation META-NAIL for tibial shaft fractures via the supra-patellar approach exerts a lot of advantages, including short operation time, accurate reduction and stable fixation. Most importantly, it can avoid cut patellar tendon tissue, and reduce the rate of knee pain, further promoting early functional exercise, which obtains satisfactory treatment outcomes.
10.Research on arc erosion of silver-based alloy contact materials under low voltage, resistive load and small current at 400 Hz and 50 Hz

By using a self-developed IF power and a ASTM contact material experimental system of small-capacity and variable frequency, the value of arcing characteristics and the welding force of the silver-based contact material are acquired under low voltage, resistive load and small current at 400 Hz and 50 Hz. By means of an electricity-ray analytical balance, SEM and EDAX, the weighing values of the contact materials and the changes of AgCdO, AgNi, AgC and AgW contact material surface profile and micro-area constituent are obtained and analyzed. The arc erosion causes of silver-based alloy contact materials at 400 Hz and 50 Hz are also discussed.
