4.Building the Curriculum and Content of Special Physical Education Based on the ICF

This research was based on the theory and method of International Classification of Function, Disability and Health (ICF) and looked into the issues of physical function and disability. It tried to explore the purpose, knowledge structure and curriculum of special physical education that met the needs of social development and to restructure the curriculum and content of special physical education. Stu-dents of special physical education should not only master basic specialized knowledge, but also be able to practice theories, so as to better serve all kinds of children with special needs in training, assessment and intervention.
6.Effects of exercise training on microangiogenesis of rat ischemic lower limbs

BACKGROUND:Previous studies demonstrated that ischemia can be compensated by establishing collateral circulation and microangiogenesis,and exercise training can ameliorate blood supply of ischemic lower limb.However,whether exercise training accelerate establishment of collateral circulation remains poorly understood.OBJECTIVE:To explore the mechanism of exercise training on accelerating microangiogenesis of rat ischemic lower limb.METHODS:Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into the exercise training,model and sham-surgery groups.All animals were established left lower limb ischemia models except those in the sham-surgery group.Rats in the exercise training group were forced running 30 minutes per day at 1 week after model preparation and those in other groups were performed daily activities.The adductor of ischemic lower limb was obtained for the examination of microvessel density and the expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor.Simultaneously,bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells were harvested for detection of microangiogenesis.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:Number of endothelial progenitor calls,expressions of vascular endothelial growth factor and basic fibroblast growth factor,as well as microvessel density of the exercise training group was obviously greater than those in the model and sham-surgery groups(P<0.01).Compared with the model and sham-surgery groups,in vitro vasculogenesisof bone marrow-derived endothelial progenitor cells in the exercise training group was increased(P<0.05).These findings demonstrated that lower limb ischemia increases microangiogenesis,and exercise training enhances this effect.

9. Rat fertility and early embryo development toxicity of intragastric administration of realgar

OBJECTIVE: To observe the toxicity effect of realgar on rat fertility and early embryo development. METHODS: Male and female SD rats were divided into control group, realgar low (50 mg · kg-1), medium (125 mg · kg-1) and high (250 mg · kg-1) dose groups. Realgar (batch No. H2007052401) was given by i.g. daily to male rats from six weeks before mating until the successful mating day and to females from two weeks before mating until the sixth day of pregnancy. Male rats were sacrificed after mating, and female rats were sacrificed on the 15th day of pregnancy. The numbers of corpus luteum, implantation spot, and survival fetus were recorded. Histopathological examination was carried out. Statistical analysis was done to compare with the control group. RESULTS: The mating rates, pregnancy rates, live fetus rates, loss rates before and after implantation, the number of corpus luteum, the number of implantations and reproductive organs in realgar groups were not significantly different when compared with the control group. Histopathological examination showed that there were micro-vacuolization in liver cells, focal infiltration of mononuclear cells and steatosis in liver in some female rats (3/10) and male rats (1/10) in realgar high-dose groups. And some female rats (2/10) in realgar high-dose group had interstitial fibroblasts proliferation with lymphocyte infiltration and focal renal tubular basophilic change. CONCLUSION: Realgar has no significant toxicity effect on rat fertility and early embryo development, but has certain toxicity to liver and kidney.
10. Expressions of HIF-1α, GLUT1, MRP1, and GST-π in NSCLC tissues and their significance

Objective: To investigate the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α), glucose transporter 1 (GLUT1), multidrug resistance associated protein (MRP1), and glutathione-S-transferases (GST-π) in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) tissues and their relationship with the biological features of lung cancer. Methods: The expressions of HIF-1α, GLUT1, MRP1, and GST-π mRNA in 36 samples of NSCLC tissues and 12 samples of corresponding adjacent tissues were detected by RT-PCR and semiquantitative agarose gel electrophoresis. Their expression in various TNM staging cancer tissues was analyzed by SAS8.0 statistic software. Results: The expressions of the four genes significantly increased in NSCLC tissues than in the corresponding adjacent tissues (P < 0.01). The expressions of the four genes were significantly higher in the group with lymph node and distant metastasis than that in the groups without lymph node and distant metastasis (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). The expressions of HIF-1α and GLUT1 mRNA were significantly increased in T3 and T4 staging cancer tissues than that in T1 and T2 staging cancer tissues (P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). The expressions of MRP1 and GST-π mRNA had no significant difference between NSCLC tissues at T1, T2, T3 and T4 staging(P >0.05). Conclusion: HIF-1α, GLUT1, MRP1, and GST-π were over-expressed in NSCLC tissues, which were associated with lymph node and distant metastasis. Expressions of HIF-1α and GLUT1 were elevated with the increase in the TNM staging but expressions of MRP1 and GST-π did not correlate with TNM staging. HIF-1α mRNA expression was positively related with the expression of GLUT1 mRNA (P < 0.01). The expression of HIF-1α mRNA was significantly related with the expression of MRP1 and GST-π mRNA in linear dependency (P <0.05). The expression of GLUT1 mRNA was not significantly related with the expression of MRP1 and GST-π mRNA (P > 0.05). The over-expressions of the four genes may be useful markers indicating the carcinogenesis, Progression, and deterioration of NSCLC.
