Practical Oncology Journal 2014;(4):360-363
Her-2 targeting therapy is an important part of the treatment for breast cancer with Her -2 overexpression. However, the therapeutic effectiveness is largely influenced by Her -2 resistance.Previous studies have confirmed that PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway is activated during the process of drug resistance to Her-2-targeting therapy. Therefore, investigating the PI3K/AKT/mTOR signaling pathway and drugs -targeted pathway are important for the treatment of breast cancer .
4.The effect of perioperative surgical home on anesthesiology teaching
Chinese Journal of Medical Education Research 2016;15(9):914-917
The academic orientation determines the development direction of the subject, and also puts forward the corresponding requirements for the professional teaching. The deep development of anes-thesiology, perfect preoperative evaluation, refined management of clinical anesthesia and ultimately improv-ing the prognosis of patients are the total development directions of anesthesiology. Perioperative patient home (PSH) advocates taking patients as the center, dominated by anesthesia, based on evidence-based medicine in the perioperative period, solidarity and cooperation of multiple disciplines, the integration of a variety of medical resources, and providing continuous and efficient medical services for patients. PSH is required to ensure the safety of clinical anesthesia, reduce the incidence of anesthesia mortality and serious
complications, and improve the long-term survival rate and quality of life by improving the clinical work of the department of anesthesia. Practicing PSH, the anesthetic doctors should have the academic idea of the treatment of anesthesia. The concept requires making comprehensive use of a variety of teaching methods, putting emphasis on the training of basic knowledge, and in the teaching of basic knowledge, infiltrating the overall and local thinking and using lecture method in cooperation with the case teaching. To make solid promotion of PSH concept, we should use CBL teaching, strengthening the management of clinical anesthesia, and striving to promote the clinical practice of PSH.
5.Development Situation of Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment on Pulmonary Asthenia
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2015;17(4):897-900
Pulmonary asthenia is one of the chronic consumptive lung diseases because of the weakness of pulmonary lobe. It would be the outcome of many chronic lung diseases with poor prognosis. In recent years, preventing and treating pulmonary asthenia by traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) has been one of the research focuses and some fruits have been received. This paper summarized pulmonary asthenia from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis, syndrome differentiation, TCM treatment so as to provide theoretical basis and proofs for treatment of pulmonary asthenia by TCM.
6.Correlation analysis of short stature and testicular development
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2015;(8):1143-1145
Objective To compare the difference between the short stature and normal boys testicular vol-ume,and to investigate the relationship between the short stature and testicular development. Methods Testicular testing for 70 cases of short stature by color doppler ultrasound from 4 to 12 years old, calculation of testicular volume average(MVT),references for the boy normal testicular volume provided by Peking union medical college hospital and the Beijing children's hospital, compared the above two groups. The short stature's height, weight, body mass index (BMI)for correlation analysis. Results The MVT of the short stature group were lower than normal, compared with the normal group differences statistically significant(P<0.05);The weight,BMI,MVT of idiopathic short stature had a tendency to decrease compared with complete lack of growth hormone deficiency from 10 to 12 years old;The short stature's height had low relativity with MVT(r=0.393,P=0.01 ),the weight had middle relativity with MVT(r=0.508, P<0.01),and the BMI had low relativity with MVT(r=0.352,P<0.01).Conclusion The testicular development of short stature is relatively slow, which should make early intervention for the gonad development of short stature.
7.Progress in the study of multidrug and toxin extrusion proteins.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2014;49(8):1105-10
Mammal multidrug and toxin extrusion proteins (MATEs) play an important role in the transport of organic cations in the body. MATEs mediate the final excretion step for multiple organic cation drug used clinically and important endogenous substances. This article reviews the discovery, type, gene coding and polymorphism, body distribution, classification of substrates and inhibitors and their research method of MATEs. The article also discusses the major research significance of MATEs with examples.
8.Study on Medication Association Rules in Chuan Syndrome Treatment by Four Meng-He Medical Schools
World Science and Technology-Modernization of Traditional Chinese Medicine 2014;(6):1300-1304
This study was aimed to investigate rules of medicine selections of four Meng-He (MH) medical schools. Based on frequency analysis and Apriori algorithm of association rules, data mining was conducted on 60 cases of four MH medical schools in the treatment of Chuan syndrome. The results showed that among 60 cases, Xing-Ren (XR), Ban-Xia (BX), Fu-Ling (FL), Hua-Ju-Hong (HJH), Su-Zi (SZ) and Bu-Gu-Zhi (BGZ) were the most com-monly used single medicine. The most commonly used medicine groups were SZ-HJH-FL, XR-Y i-Y i-Ren (YYR), XR-HJH, XR-SZ and so on. It was concluded that four MH medical schools in the treatment of Chuan syndrome mainly used antitussive and antiasthmatic Chinese medicines such as YR, BX, SZ, and complemented with BGZ for deficiency-nourishing, FL for dampness-removing, HJH for qi-regulating. It provided references for the clinical practice and treatment of Chuan syndrome.
9.Mechanism for baclofen inhibition on quantal glutamate release in spinal dorsal horn neurons
Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 2003;0(09):-
Aim To investigate the inhibition mechanisms of baclofen, a specific GABA B receptor agonist, on quantal glutamate release in the rat spinal dorsal horn neurons. Methods Whole-cell voltage-clamp technique was performed on dorsal horn neurons in rat spinal cord slice to record glutamatergic spontaneous miniature excitatory postsynaptic currents (mEPSCs). Baclofen action on quantal glutamate release was assessed by analyzing the change of mEPESC to baclofen perfusion. Results Baclofen(10 ?mol?L -1,50 s) depressed the frequency, but not amplitude distribution of glutamatergic mEPSCs, indicating baclofen presynaptic depression on glutamate release. The depression on frequency of mEPSCs persisted in Ca 2+-free solution, or in the presence of K + conductance blocker, 4-AP. On the other hand, the depression was occluded by forskolin, an activator of adenylate cyclase, but not protein kinase C (PKC) activator phorbol 12,13-dibutyrate (PDBu). N-ethylmaleimide (NEM), a sulphydryl alkylating agent, which destroys G protein, abolished baclofen depression. Conclusion Not presynaptic K +, Ca 2+ conductance or PKC, but G protein and/or cAMP pathway are involved in the baclofen depression on glutamate release in rat spinal dorsal horn;this depression might contribute to the analgesic action of baclofen at spinal level.
