Objective To investigate the low doses of 131 iodine on serum Ghrelin levels and serological related indexes in pa‐tients with hyperthyroid .Methods A randomized controlled trials ,96 cases of hyperthyroidism in our hospital were randomly divid‐ed into two groups (group A and group B)according to the ratio of 1∶1 from June 2011 to June 2012 ,48 cases in each group ,and at the same time ,42 cases health people as health control group .The group A were treated with 131 iodine solution 3 .69 -4 .40 MBq/g reatment ,group B was given 131 iodine solution 2 .59-2 .96 MBq/g treatment ,and the serum Ghrelin levels and serological related indicators of two groups patients were statistically analyzed after treatment .Followed up for 2 years ,review of the serum levels of Ghrelin and serological related indexes and compare the incidence of hypothyroidism .Results The serum FT3 ,FT4 and FPG levels of hyperthyroid patients were significantly higher than the health control group (P< 0 .01);conversely ,the serum S‐TSH and Ghrelin levels of hyperthyroid patients were significantly lower than the health control group (P<0 .01) .3 months later after treatment ,the serum FT3 ,FT4 and FPG levels of the hyperthyroidism group B were significantly lower than hyperthyroidism group A(P<0 .05);on the contrary ,the serum Ghrelin and S‐TSH levels were significantly higher and hyperthyroidism group A (P<0 .05);2‐year follow‐up after treatment ,the incidence of hypothyroidism of hyperthyroidism group A were higher and group B ,but without statistical significance(P>0 .05) .Conclusion A low dose of oral 131 iodine solution (2 .59‐2 .96 MBq/g) ,could get a better short‐term efficacy in patients with hyperthyroidism ,high security .
2.Changes of antimicrobial agents resistance and distribution feature among acinetobacter baumannii Isolated during 2006~2009
Journal of Chongqing Medical University 2007;0(08):-
Objective:To investigate the Acinetobacter baumannii’s distribution feature、the antimicrobial resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii isolated during the past 4 years and compare antibacterial activity of Polymyxin B against multidrug-resisitant(MDR) Acinetobacter baumannii with that of Imipenem in vitro. Methods:The distribution feature of infection caused by Acinetobacter baumannii was supervised.Disk diffusion test was used to study the antimicrobial agents resistance of Acinetobacter baumannii and transition of drug resistance. The results were evaluated based on Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute(CLSI).The MDR Acinetobacter baumannii were screened by WHONET 5.MICs(minimal inhibitory concentration)of Polymyxin B and imipenem were detected by broth dilution method. Results:Constituent ratio of infections caused by Acinetobacter baumannii had been incresed in the recent 4 years, especially in intensive care unit.Although carbapenems were the most active antibiotics tested against Acinetobacter baumannii, the resistance rate had been sharply raised since 2008.In addition, the ratio of MDR Acinetobacter baumannii had also been raised in the 4 years. The results of MIC displayed that Polymyxin B had the higher antibacterial activity against the MDR Acinetobacter baumannii than Imipenem. Conclusion:Proportion of nosocomial infection caused by Acinetobacter baumannii significantly increased. The resistance rate of Acinetobacter baumannii had been rised obviously and the number of MDR Acinetobaeter baumannii had been increased sharply. Monitoring of the antimicrobial agents resistance to Acinetobacter baumannii should be strengthened.Polymyxin B still shows strong antibacterial activity on the MDR Acinetobacter baumannii in vitro. We can consider using Polymyxin B to treat the severe infections caused by MDR Acinetobacter baumannii.
3.Research progress of ovarian cancer apoptosis related factor-Survivin and Smac
Journal of International Oncology 2015;(4):313-315
Survivin is the strongest member of the inhibitor of apoptosis protein(IAP)family. Smac is the second mitochondria-derived activator of cysteine proteases, which can promote apoptosis by combining with IAP. Abnormal expression of them is closely related with occurrence, development, treatment tolerance and prognosis of ovarian cancer. It is prompted that Survivin and Smac are expected to play important roles in the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of ovarian cancer.

International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(8):556-559
A growing body of research concerns about the mental psychological intervention involved in the treatment of chronic pain. It still continue reported that combining with mental psychological intervention in pain management could relieve pain level, therefore improve quality of lives. Common psychological intervention including psychological and pharmacological approach and psychological behavior approach both support their efficacy
5.A controlled study of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for the treatment of microinflammation in diabetic nephropathy
Chongqing Medicine 2017;46(6):767-769
Objective The aim of this study was to assess the effect of hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion for the treatment of microinflammation in diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods One hundred and twenty-five cases of diabetic nephropathy experienced treatment from July 2014 to December 2015 in author's hospital were analyzed retrospectively. They were divided into two groups randomly. The observation group received hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion, and the control group received just hemodialysis therapy. The status of microinflammation and curative effect were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 60.6%,while was 45.8% in control group (P<0.05).Microinflammation level:compared with control group,SAA,IL-6,IL-17,IL-22,IL-1β,TNF-αand TGF-β1 status of observation group showed decreased trend (P<0.01).Conclusion Hemodialysis combined with hemoperfusion can effectively decreased microinflammation status in diabetic nephropathy.
6.Role of HIS in the modernization efforts of hospitals
Chinese Journal of Hospital Administration 1996;0(05):-
Hospital modernization is closely related to hospital information systems. The paper presents the notion of information flow and argues that the quality, speed, coverage, and efficiency of information flow in a hospital are the basic elements of its development.Hospital information systems provide systematic, primary and service support for various activities in the hospital and bring about changes in the essence of hospital culture. In their efforts to strengthen their information infrastructure, modernized hospitals should observe the principles of people first,cost-effectiveness balance and sustainable development and lay equal stress on cultivating specialized information personnel and improving the level of the entire staff in manipulating information and science and technology.
7.Research progress of miRNAs regulating TLRs signaling pathway in sepsis
Chinese Journal of Emergency Medicine 2016;25(12):1340-1343
Sepsis refers to the infection caused by systemic inflammatory response syndrome.Sepsis is one of the leading causes of death in critically ill patients in the ICU and its morbidity and mortality are increasing year by year globally.According to statistics,in China, the incidence of sepsis in ICU is 8.68% and the mortality rate can be as high as 44.7%,therefore,severe sepsis in the field of medicine to become one of the problems to be overcome.MicroRNAs (miRNAs) play an important role in the pathogenesis of sepsis through the TLRs / NF-κB signaling pathways, which play an important role in immune regulation. In this review, the progress of miRNAs involved in TLRs signaling pathway in sepsis is reviewed.
8.The value of apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) in the diagnosis of malignant bone neoplasms
Chinese Journal of Radiology 2000;0(11):-
Objective To evaluate the value of apparent diffusion coefficients (ADCs) in the diagnosis of malignant bone neoplasms. Methods Eighteen cases with consecutive primary malignant bone neoplasms of the knee were prospectively enrolled in the study. Each patient had a controlled preoperative MRI including a SSEPI-DWI sequence. With the help of a pathologist, spatially localized histological sampling study of the postoperative specimens was performed. ADCs of viable tumor (intra- and extraosseous part), peritumoral edema (including soft tissue edema and intramedullary edema), and tumor necrosis of the neoplasms confirmed by spatially localized histological sampling or following up were calculated and compared. Results Mean ADCs of viable tumor, peritumoral muscle edema, peritumoral marrow edema, tumor nerosis, normal muscle, and normal marrow were (1.181?0.236)?10 -3mm2/s (intraosseous part)/(1.158?0.259)?10 -3mm2/s (extraosseous part), (2.347?0.233)?10 -3mm2/s, (1.997?0.119)?10 -3mm2/s, (2.230?0.208)?10 -3mm2/s, (0.486?0.313)?10 -3mm2/s, and (0.483?0.288)?10 -3mm2/s, respectively. Statistical differences were significant among all these tissues (F=153.131, P=0.000). The ADCs of viable tumor were higher than that of normal tissues (P

10.Adjuvant treatment of 126 cases of stage Ⅰb、Ⅱa cervical carcinoma after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy
China Oncology 2000;0(06):-
Purpose:To investigate the rational choice of adjuvant treatment and its clinical value for stage Ⅰb, Ⅱa cervical cancinoma after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.Methods:126 patients with stage Ⅰb and Ⅱa cervical cancer received adjuvant radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy after radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy .Of these patients, 64 received radiotherapy only, 26 chemotherapy only, 36 had both. The prognostic factors and treatment results were analyzed. Results:The overall 5-year survival rate for the 126 patients was 73%(92/126). For the radiotherapy only, chemotherapy only, and the radio-chemotherapy groups, the 5-year survival rates were 76.6%(49/64), 69.2%(18/26), and 69.4%(25/36) respectively. The clinical stages and the number of pelvic lymphnodes metastases were the most important prognostic factors. Conclusions:The value of adjuvant treatment for early stage cervical cancer after radical surgery was limited, but for patients who had more than two high risk factors, adjuvant treatment should be given, and at the same time, we should emphasis the importance of thoroughness of radical hysterectomy and pelvic lymphadenectomy.
