<b>OBJECTIVEb>To explore the value of multiparameter flow cytometry in diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL).
<b>METHODSb>Twenty patients with NHL admitted in Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2009 to August 2014 years were enrolled into this study, among them 13 cases received lymnode puncture, 2 cases were given bone marrow aspiration, 2 cases received peripheral blood examination, 3 cases suffered lymphnode biopsy.
<b>RESULTSb>After FCM immune typing and cytological smear, 6 cases was confirmed to be B-SLL, 1 case was B-NHL, 1 case was FL, 5 cases was DLBCL, 2 cases was T-NHL, 3 cases was T-LBL, 1 case was NK/T-NHL, 1 case was PTun.
<b>CONCLUSIONb>Multiparameter flow cytometry is valuable for diagnosis of non-Hodgkin's of lymphoma.

Journal of the Korean Radiological Society 1999;41(1):121-123
We report a case with low-grade MALT lymphoma of the rectum in a 32-year-old man. Primary lymphoma of thecolon is rare and comprises less than 1 % of large bowel malignancies. Recently, large part of colonic lymphomahave been shown to be MALT lymphoma, which is a distinct type of B-cell lymphoma. The radiologic findings of thiscase are mucosal nodularity with shallow ulcers in the rectum, as seen on bar-ium enema, and rectal wallthickening, as seen on CT. There was no evidence of intra-abdominal lym-phadenopathy nor hepatosplenomegaly. Suchradiologic findings are rather similar to the findings in cases of inflammatory bowel disease, rending thedifferential diagnosis difficult.

Intravascular large B-cell lymphoma (IVLBCL) is a rare disease of intravascular growth of malignant lymphocytes without an obvious extravascular tumor mass or existence in peripheral blood. It has poor prognosis due to its aggressive behavior and rapid systemic dissemination. But there is no pathognomonic finding, diagnosis of IVLBCL is still challenging. Here we report a case of IVLBCL found within a resected specimen of duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor.

8.Progress of microRNA in diagnosis and prognosis of diffuse large B cell lymphoma-review.
Journal of Experimental Hematology 2013;21(5):1351-1355
MicroRNA (miRNA) is a class of naturally occurring short non-coding small molecular RNA with 19-25 nucleotide. MiRNA can regulate gene expression through incompletely binding to complementary sequences in the 3'UTR of target mRNA. MiRNA plays key regulatory role in a diverse rang of pathways, including cell proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis, stem cell development. Many studies have shown that many miRNA have a special role of gene regulation in cancer development and have been used as therapeutic targets and diagnostic markers of cancer. This review focuses on recent advances of studies on miRNA involved in tumorigenesis, and in classification, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of DLBCL.

Journal of Experimental Hematology 2023;31(6):1701-1705
OBJECTIVE:
To investigate the expression level and the diagnostic value of serum free light chain in B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (B-NHL).
METHODS:
We retrospectively analyzed the results of serum free light chain (sFLC) of 394 newly treated B-NHL patients in our hospital from January 2014 to December 2021 and compared the secretion levels of sFLC among different subtypes of B-NHL. The value of sFLC secretion levels in the diagnosis of WM was evaluated using ROC.
RESULTS:
Increased proportion of sFLC, abnormal ratio of sFLC (κ / λ) and the secretion levels of sFLC (κ+λ) were different in different B-NHL subtypes, Waldenstrom's macroglobulinemia (WM) had the highest proportion of elevated sFLC(82.68%) and abnormal sFLC(κ/ λ)(87.0%), the proportion of FL(18.0%) and DLBCL patients(12.8%) with elevated sFLC was lower (P<0.05). The expression levels of sFLC can helpful in the diagnosis of WM (AUC=0.874,P<0.001, 95% CI: 0.779-0.970). At the same time, higher sFLC levels and sFLC cloning patterns predicted the possibility of bone marrow infiltration of lymphoma.
CONCLUSION
The serum free light chains is common in patients with B-NHL. The elevated level and type of free light chain are associated with the type of lymphoma, and the patients with bone marrow infiltration have higher sFLC(κ+ λ) expression level.
