The article aims to introduce a creative desensitization therapy to enrich modem clinic psychological treatment. The imaginary desensitization in the static state of Qigong is one method of the systemic Chinese medicine psychological treatments (SPT). It is suitable for the Chinese cultural background and the psychological characteristics of Chinese people.
2.The effect of anterior fusion with the internal fixation in treatment of fracture-dislocation complicated with spinal cord injure
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2011;18(3):317-318
Objective To study the the effect and rate of complications of anterior fusion with the internal fixation in treatment of fracture-dislocation complicated with spinal cord injure. Methods 46 patients with fracturedislocation complicated with spinal cord injure were selected as group A 23 cases and group B 23 cases according to the methods of treatment, group A was treated with anterior fusion with the internal fixation, group B was treated with cervical posterior, then the total effective rate, surgical time, the rate of complications, ASIA scores and SF-36 scores before and after the treatment of the two groups were studied. Results The total effective rate of group A(91.3% )was higher than that (73.9%) of group B ( 17/23 ) ( x2 = 6. 38, P < 0. 05 ), surgical time ( 83.6 ± 23.5 ) min of group A was shorter than that of group B( 106.8 ±25. 1)min(t =5.37,P <0. 05) ,the rate[13.0% (3/23)]of complications of group A was lower than that of group B[26. 1% (6/23)] ,ASIA scores and SF-36 scores of group A after the treatment were better than those of group B(P <0. 05) ,there were significant differences. Conclusion The effect of anterior fusion with the internal fixation in treatment of fracture-dislocation complicated with spinal cord injure was better, and the the rate of complications was lower, and it was worthy of exploitation and promotion.
3.Liver stem cells in hepatic diseases
International Journal of Surgery 2009;36(5):344-347
Liver stem cells (LSCs) have the abilities of self-renewal, proliferation and differentiating to hepatocytes and bile duct epitheliums. LSCs research becomes a hotspet in liver diseases research areas now-adays. As the research deepening, LSCs would offer a new strategy for therapies of liver diseases. This re-view summarizes liver stem cells species, resources and the application in field of liver diseases.
4.Intervention therapy of chemoradiotherapy-induced oral mucositis
Journal of International Oncology 2008;35(6):428-431
Oral mucositis is a common and serious complication secondary to chemo-radiotherapy for head and neck cancer that has a high morbidity and affects the treatment outcomes. Currently available interven-tions such as three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and intensity-modulated radiation therapy are directed at minimizing local radiation exposure and providing symptomatic relief. Recently, a number of new treatment mo-dalities have been expected to be introduced for reduction of severity and duration of mucositis, such as kerati-nocyto growth factor, amifostine, zinc sulfate,anti-inflammation agents, glutamine, etc. These efforts are likely to improve the life quality of cancer patients significantly.
6.Effects of IL-6,TNF-α in Patients with different kinds of coronary heart disease
Chinese Journal of Primary Medicine and Pharmacy 2009;16(12):2146-2147
Objective To investigate the effects of IL-6,TNF-α in patients with different kinds of coronary heart disease(CHD) and their clinical significance. Methods Totally 30 patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI),30 cases with unstable angina pcctoris(UAP) and 25 cases with stable angina pectoris(SAP) were enrolled as the subjects, with 20 subjects with no coronary heart disease as controls. The serum concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-α were measured, and the results were analyzed and compared. Results Compared with SAP group and control group, the serum concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-α in AMI group and UAP group were significantly increased (P<0.01).Compared with UAP group, the serum concentrations of IL-6 and TNF-α in AMI group were statistically higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The inflammatory reaction induced by IL-6 may take part in the vulnerability and rupture of atheromatous plaque;TNF-α may play an important role in promotion of AS development and instability of plaque.
7.Advances in the research of decellularization of tissues and organs
International Journal of Biomedical Engineering 2008;31(5):316-320
Decellularized tissues and organs have been widely used in tissue engineering and regenerative medicine applications. The efficiency of cell removal from a tissue depends on the origin of the tissue and the methods applied. Each of these treatment affects the biochemical composition, tissue ultrastructure, and mechanical behavior of the remaining scaffold, which in turn, affect the host response to the material. Herein, we made a review about the most commonly used decellularization methods and their effects upon biologic scaffolds.
8.Analysis on Circulation Service in College and University Libraries
Journal of Medical Informatics 2009;30(7):82-83
The paper expounds the importance and role of circulation service in college and university libraries, how to do circulation work better is discussed from three aspects: scientific management of collections, creating a better environment and fully promoting the quality of staffs, thus to make library play a greater role in campus culture construction.

10.Different Telomere Fragments Promote Rat's Vascular Smooth Muscle Cell Apoptosis by Silent Information Regulator 1/Cancer Suppressor Gene P53
Chinese Circulation Journal 2017;32(6):612-616
Objective: To study the influence of different telomere oligonucleotide on rat's thoracic aortic smooth muscle (A7R5 ) cell apoptosis and to clarify weather silent information regulator 1 (SIRT1)/cancer suppressor gene (P53) signaling pathway involved in oligonucleotide induced cell apoptosis. Methods: 3 telomere repeat sequences of TE-12 (TTAGGG)2, TE-24 (TTAGGG)4 and TE-36 (TTAGGG)6 were respectively transfected into rat's A7R5 cells as TE-12 group, TE-24 group and TE-36 group; in addition, blank A7R5 cells were used as Control group. Transfection induced A7R5 cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry, mRNA and protein expressions of SIRT1 and P53 in A7R5 cells were examined by RT-PCR and Western blot analysis in different groups. Results: Successful ransfection rates were similar among 3 groups. Compared with Control group and TE-36, TE-24 groups, the highest apoptosis rate of A7R5 cells was found in TE-12 group and the lowest was found in TE-24 group which was still higher than that in Control group, allP<0.05. mRNA and protein expressions of SIRT1 was obviously higher in TE-12 group than the other 3 groups, allP<0.05; mRNA and protein expressions of P53 was obviously lower in TE-24 group than the other 3 groups, allP<0.05. Conclusion: Telomere oligonucleotide sequence may promote rat's A7R5 cell apoptosis; different sequence had various influence and the strongest effect was observed in TE-12 sequence. The above impact might be related to SIRT1/P53 signaling pathway.
