OBJECTIVE:To establish the method for contents determination of catechins active components in lipid-lowering slimming health products. METHODS:HPLC method was adopted. Using epigallocatechin gallate(EGCG)as a reference, relative correction factor(RCF)of EGCG to gallocatechin(EGC),catechin(C),epicatechin(EC),gallocatechin gallate(GCG)and gal-loylepicatechin(ECG)were calculated. The contents of EGC,C,EC,GCG and ECG in 5 batches of samples were calculated through RCF. The contents of EGC,C,EC,GCG and ECG determined by external standard method were used as measured value. The similarity of the value determined by external standard method with the value calculated by quantitative analysis of multi-com-ponents via single marker method(QAMS)was evaluated with vector included angle cosine method. RESULTS:The linear ranges of EGCG,EGC,C,EC,GCG and ECG were 0.0065-0.1305 mg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.0005-0.0107 mg/mL(r=0.9997)、0.0020-0.0400 mg/mL(r=0.9999)、0.0153-0.3053 mg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.0008-0.0155 mg/mL(r=0.9998)、0.0040-0.0792 mg/mL (r=0.9999);RSDs of precision, stability and reproducibility tests were all lower than 2.0%.The recoveries were 95.07%-100.35%(RSD=1.94%,n=6)、95.24%-101.87%(RSD=2.79%,n=6)、96.08%-103.86%(RSD=3.01%,n=6)、97.51%-101.06%(RSD=1.45%,n=6)、96.01%-101.66%(RSD=2.27%,n=6)、96.20%-102.89%(RSD=2.71%,n=6),respectively. There was no signifi-cant difference between measured value and calculated value. CONCLUSIONS:The method is simple, precise, stable and repro-ducible,and can be used for contents determination of catechins active components in lipid-lowering slimming health products.

The formation of bone-like apatite on porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics in dynamic simulated body fluid (SBF) undergoing a simulated inflammation procedure (pH = 6.5) was investigated in order to study the mechanism of osteoinduction and build a new method to choose biomaterials with better bioactivity. The results showed that the surface of porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics which underwent a simulated inflammation procedure in dynamic SBF was more smooth. The light acidity in the simulated inflammation procedure would dissolve the fine grains and the parts possessing smaller curvature radius on the surface of porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics, which would reduce the bioceramics solubility. Followed in normal SBF (pH = 7.4), the amount of bone-like apatite formed on the porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics was less than that of porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics incubation in normal SBF all along. The results also showed that the amount of bone-like apatite formed on the porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics sintered by a microwave plasma was more than that of porous HA/beta-TCP bioceramics sintered by a conventional furnace.

Objective:To investigate the status quo of spiritual nursing needs and its influencing factors of patients with permanent enterostomy, and analyze its correlation with disability acceptance and stigma, so as to provide a reference for the construction of targeted spiritual nursing intervention programs. Methods:A total of 351 patients with permanent enterostomy in Xiangya Hospital Central South University and Hunan Cancer Hospital were selected by convenience sampling from January 2021 to March 2022. A cross-section by using the self-made general information questionnaire, Nurse Spiritual Therapeutics Scale (NSTS), Acceptance of Disability Scale (ADS), and Stigma Scale for Chronic Illness (SSCI). And multiple linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of spiritual nursing needs of patients with permanent enterostomy. Results:The total score of spiritual nursing needs of patients with permanent enterostomy was 30.15 ± 6.46, and the average score of items was 2.51 ± 0.78. Among the five dimensions, the highest average score was creating a good atmosphere 3.10 ± 0.98, and and the lowest was helping religious practice 1.65 ± 0.70. The total score of disability acceptance was 81.94 ± 13.86; the total score of stigma was 64.03 ± 14.28. The total scores of spiritual nursing needs were positively correlated with the total scores of disability acceptance ( r=0.703, P<0.01), and negatively correlated with the total scores of stigma ( r=-0.516, P<0.01). Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that religious beliefs, educational level, residence, course of disease, disability acceptance, and stigma were the main influencing factors for the spiritual nursing needs of patients with permanent enterostomy ( t values were -13.26-13.56, all P<0.01), accounting for 52.5% of the total variation. Conclusions:The spiritual nursing needs of patients with permanent enterostomy were moderate. It is suggested that nurses can develop targeted spiritual nursing measures according to the individualized characteristics of patients, improve their disability acceptance and reduce their stigma level, so as to meet their spiritual nursing needs and realize their spiritual safety.
