Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of adult neuroblastoma,and improve the diagnosis and treatment level. Methods The clinical characteristics,imaging findings and pathological features of a 20-year-old patient with adult adrenal neuroblastoma in our hospital was analyzed with related reference.Results The frozen section was misdiagnosed as lymphoma for the large tumor with impor-tant vessels around,the cytoreductive surgery was performed,which was comfirmed as neuroblastoma by postoperative pathology.Conclusion Neuroblastomas are extremely rare in adults.These tumors often have peculiar features and behave differently than those in infants and chil-dren.Adjuvant chemotherapy and radiotherapy should be considered due to their aggressive nature.

BACKGROUND:Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells(BMSCs)have the properties involving high proliferation capability,widely distribution,functional tissue repair after injury,as well as immune modulation,by which bring us extensive therapeutic possibilities.There are plenty of methods for isolation of BMSCs,yet,BMSCs exhibit discrepancies in varied growth stage and culture conditions.Up to now,there has been no agreement about the identification methods for cultured BMSCs.OBJECTIVE:To review the isolation methods and biological characteristics of BMSCs,and to compare the differential expression of BMSCs between in serum and serum-free medium,prior to and after proliferation,as well as before and after induction.METHODS:A computer-based online search was performed using key words of "bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells,isolation,culture,induce,marker,and characterization" to find documents published in the database of CNKI (http://dlib.cnki.net/kns50/)or Pubmed(http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/PubMed)from January 2003 to June 2009.The languages were limited Chinese and English.A total of 237 literatures were searched by the computer.RESULTS AND CONCLUSION:The positive rates of CD44 and CD34 of BMSCs isolated by the whole bone marrow culture were smaller than that of the density gradient centrifugation.However,BMSCs isolated by the whole bone marrow culture were superior to those isolated by the density gradient centrifugation in cell viability,proliferation rate,confluence time,as well as generation time.Other methods for BMSCs isolation had drawbacks of large cost and high requirement of experimental equipments.Following conditions were used to identify BMSCs:cell adherence,cell surface molecule labeling,strong self-proliferation ability,as well as potentials multi-directional differentiation.BMSCs exhibit differential expression between in serum and serum-free medium,prior to and after proliferation,as well as before and after induction.
4.Comparative study of clinical effect on open and laparoscopic partial nephrectomy treatment for small renal cell carcinoma

Objective To compare the safety and clinical effect of laparoscopic partial nephrectomy ( LPN) on small renal cell carcino-ma. Methods The records of 65 patients who underwent partial nephrectomy in our hospital from March 2008 to March 2013 were retrospec-tively analyzed. 35 patients were given open partial nephrectomy and the other 30 patients were given LPN. Compared the operative time,blood loss,warm ischemia time,length of stay,positive marginrate,and occurance rate of complications between the two groups. Results There was no statistical difference in the mean size of tumor in the two groups. Compared to the OPN group,there was less blood loss,operative time, hospital stays and warm ischemia time in the LPN group. There was neither positive surgical margin nor renal function damage in the two groups. And during the follow-up period ranged from 6 to 18 months,there was no local recurrence. Conclusion Laparoscopic partial ne-phrectomy has a shorter operation time,less blood loss,shorter length of hospital stay compared with open partial nephrectomy,and it wouldn 't extend the time of warm ischemia,while the clinical effect of the two methods are similar.
5.Diagnosis and treatment of primary localized amyloidosis of urinary bladder

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of patients with primary limitations bladder amyloidosis. Methods Combined with literature,the clinical data of l patient of primary localized amyloidosis of urinary bladder in our hospital was analyzed. Results Histological examination revealed urinary bladder amyloidosis,the patient recovered well,no recurrence occurred during 18 months' follow-up. Conclusion The primary localized amyloidosis of urinary bladder is rare,which occurs mainly in middle-aged men. The main clinical symptoms are painless and hematuria,which is similar to bladder cancer and often misdiagnosed as blad-der cance. So the final diagnosis should be based on pathology. The main treatment is surgery. There are recurrent and malignant potential,the patients need a long-term follow-up after operation.

Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment of testicular epidermoid cyst pa-tients.Methods Combined with literature,the clinical data of 7 patients with testicular epidermoid cyst in our hospital from July 2005 to Au-gust 2015 were analyzed.Results Histological examination showed testicular epidermoid cyst,postoperative recovery was good,no recurrence during 12 to 36 months’follow-up.Conclusion The testicular epidermoid cyst is rare in clinic,the clinical manifestations is similar to tes-ticular cancer,so it is often misdiagnosed as testicular cancer,which should be diagnosed by pathology,treated by testis preserved testicular tumor resection,and the prognosis is good.
7.Study on the establishment of rat model of different degree of diffuse axonal injury

Objective To establish the different degrees of rat diffuse axonal injury (DAI) model by using a self‐made DAI device .Methods A total of 70 healthy adult clean SD rats were selected and randomly divided into the normal control group (n=10) and DAI group (n=60) ,then the DAI group was randomly subdivided into the group A ,B ,and C ,20 cases in each group .The rat head injury model was prepared by using the self‐made experimental device ,which made the rat head to simultaneously produce instant oversized linear and angular accelerations ,different degrees of rat DAI model ,including mild DAI(group A) ,moderate DAI (group B) and severe DAI(group C) ,were induced by different rotation back and forth ,accelerated movement times under the con‐stant air pressure .The pathological and behavior effect evaluation was performed .Results With the injury degree aggravating ,the time interval of nerve physiological reflex recovery and awakening time in the acute DAI groups were increased (P<0 .05) .The nerve function score after 7 d in the DAI groups was decreased (P<0 .05);the death rates within 14 d after injury in the group A , B and C were 5 .0% ,25 .0% and 50 .0% respectively .With the injury degree aggravating ,the DAI pathological characteristics were more significant .Conclusion This device could effectively establish different injury degrees of DAI animal model .

The resolution of single molecule localization imaging techniques largely depends on the precision of localization algorithms. However, the commonly used Gaussian function is not appropriate for anisotropic dipoles because it is not the true point spread function. We derived the theoretical point spread function of tilted dipoles with restricted mobility and developed an algorithm based on an artificial neural network for estimating the localization, orientation and mobility of individual dipoles. Compared with fitting-based methods, our algorithm demonstrated ultrafast speed and higher accuracy, reduced sensitivity to defocusing, strong robustness and adaptability, making it an optimal choice for both two-dimensional and three-dimensional super-resolution imaging analysis.
