1.Analysis of clinical effect of periodontic treatment in type 2 diabetic patients with chronic periodontitis
Chinese Journal of Diabetes 2015;(9):842-844
Objective To explore the clinical effect of periodontic treatment in type 2 diabetic patients (T2DM ) with chronic periodontitis on basis of hypoglycemic therapy. Methods From September 2011 to January 2014 ,120 T2DM patients with chronic periodontitis were selected and divided into treatment group and control group with 60 cases in each group. Patients in control group were treated with conventional hypoglycemic therapy. Patients in treatment group were treated with initial periodontal therapy additionally on basis of conventional hypoglycemic therapy. Probing depth (PD) ,attachment loss (AL) ,plaque index (PLI) ,bleeding index (BI) and hypersensitive C reactive protein (hsC‐RP) levels were compared before and after 6 weeks treatment. Results PD ,AL ,PLI ,BI ,and hsC‐RP levels had no significant difference between two groups before treatment (P>0.05). PD ,AL ,PLI ,BI and hsC‐RP levels after treatment in treatment group were all significantly decreased [PD :(2.11 ± 0.28) vs (2.51 ± 0.68) and (2.42 ± 0.31) mm ;AL :(3.18 ± 0.41) vs (3.58 ± 0.83) and (3.49 ± 0.58) mm ;PLI:(0.41 ± 0.21) vs (0.96 ± 0.33) and (0.78 ± 0.26);BI:(0.97 ± 0.32) vs (2.65 ± 1.21) and (1.14 ± 0.30);hsC‐RP :(1.02 ± 0.63) vs (3.29 ± 2.88) and (2.72 ± 1.51) mg/L] as compared with those before treatment in treatment group and those after treatment in control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Levels of inflammatory factors will decrease when periodontic treatment is added to the antidiabetic therapy in T 2DM patients with chronic periodontitis.

Objective To study the analgesic clinical effect of patient self-controlled epidural analgesia(PCEA) in post-thoracotomy pain. Methods Eighty-six patients(ASA statge I or II)underwent thoracotomy with general anesthesia were randomly assigned to two groups after operation,PCEA group:45 cases, muscular injection(MI) group:41 cases.Comparing the effect and the side effect of analgesia between them.Respiratory rate(RR),volume of ventilation(MV) minute and SpO 2 were recorded before and after operation. Results In PCEA group, the scores of analgesic scale was significantly superior than that in MI group(P

Journal of Clinical Surgery 1999;0(05):-
Objective To observe the gallstone formation after radical operation for carcinoma of esophagus or cardia.Mothods From January 1993 to January 1998, 320 cases of radical operation for esophageal or cardiac cancers and 350 cases of non-operation were on dynamic observation in clinical practices. Results The postoperative galladder volume was much larger than that of preoperation and aslo much larger than that of non-operation patients(P

Purpose:To study the long-term survival factors in patients with cancer of the esophagus after curative resection. Methods:Survival factors were retrospectively analyzed in 538 patients with cancer of the esophagus who received tumor resection from 1975 to 1989.Results:The 10-year survival rate was 17.8%.The results showed that the major factors influencing survival of these patients were depth of invasion, status of lymph node metastases( P
