Chinese Journal of Minimally Invasive Surgery 2001;0(02):-
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis. Methods Clinical data of 102 patients with endometriosis treated by laparoscopic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results There were no conversions to open surgery or complications in all the patients. The operation time was 80 5 min ? 28 3 min, the intraoperative blood loss was 25 2 ml ? 23 2 ml and the postoperative hospital stay 3 0 d ? 1 2 d. Follow-up for 6 months ~ 66 months in 83 patients showed 21 cases of recurrence. Normal pregnancy was seen in 23 patients among 53 patients with endometriosis associated with infertility. Conclusions Laparoscopic surgery is effective for endometriosis, but the danger of recurrence should not be overlooked.

Chinese Journal of Schistosomiasis Control 2009;21(6):540-543
The control meaurees and endemic situation were analysed in Dali Prefecture,Yunnan Province. The infection rates of population and livestock decreased from 6.42% and 3. 81% in 2004 to 0.07% and 0.15% in 2008, respectively. No infected snail and acute schistosomiasis case were discovered in 2008. The proportion of villages with serious endemic situation decreased from 49.42% in 2004 to 7.51% in 2008, and 92.48% of villages reached the criteria of transmission control or transmission interruption. The endemic situation and snail status of Dali Prefecture have decreased significantly after the implementation of the comprehensive control project, but the consolidation and enlargement of the control result still remains a challenge.

Objective To provide an approach to research of peroxisome proliferator activated receptor (PPAR) ? 2 function, mouse PPAR? 2 (mPPAR? 2) gene was cloned and its transient expression in eukaryotic cells was carried out. Methods mPPAR? 2 mRNA from epididymis fat pad of Chinese Kunming mice was amplified by RT PCR and subcloned into plasmid pcDNA3 to generate the recombinant plasmid pcDNA3/mPPAR? 2 which was confirmed to contain the amplified target gene segments with fluorescence sequencing. The recombinant plasmid pcDNA3/mPPAR? 2 was used to transfect COS 7 with lipofectamine and the expressing product was detected with immune fluorescence assay and Western blot. Results The sequencing results for amplified target gene showed that the sequence of mPPAR? 2 from epididymis fat pad of Chinese Kunming mice is similar to that of mouse PPAR? 2 in Genbank, only at the site of 383 amino acid where Ser (AGC) substitutes Asn (AAC). pcDNA3/mPPAR? 2 was efficiently expressed in eukaryotic cells in vitro. Conclusion This work is the experimental basis for further researching on PPAR? 2 function.

Objective To express the mouse peroxisome proliferator activated receptor ? 2 (mPPAR? 2) in NIH3T3 cells induced by the recombinant retrovirus vector. Methods mPPAR? 2 gene digested from the recombinant plasmid pcDNA3/mPPAR? 2 containing the target gene segment was subcloned into retrovirus vector pGCEN to generate the recombinant retrovirus pGCEN/mPPAR? 2. The recombinant retrovirus pGCEN/mPPAR? 2 and pGCEN were used to transfect PA317 cells with LipofectAMINE, and anti G418 clones of PA317 cells were selected and viral supernatants were harvested and used to infect NIH3T3 cells. The expressing products were identified with immune flurescence assay (IFA) and Western Blot. Results The recombinant retrovirus pGCEN/mPPAR? 2 was constructed, and 5?10 4 CFU/ml and 6?10 5 CFU/ml of pGCEN/mPPAR? 2 containing and pGCEN containing viral supernatants were obtained respectively. mPPAR? 2 was expressed in NIH3T3 cells mediated by the recombinant retrovirus vector. Conclusion This work is the basis for the foundation of adipocyte differentiation model in vitro and further researching on the molecular mechanism of adipocyte differentiation induced by PPAR? 2.

Medical Journal of Chinese People's Liberation Army 2001;0(08):-
Objective To compare two assay methods, namely immunohistochemistry (IHC) and fluorescence in situ hybridization (FISH), in the detection of Her-2/neu status in mammary cancer tissues. Methods In 20 samples IHC technique was applied to detect the Her-2 protein in the cytomembrane of mammary cancer, and FISH was used to assess the amplification of Her-2/neu gene, and SPSS 10.0 software was employed to analyze the relationship between the two methods. Results The coincident rate of two methods was 85%, therefore there was a significant positive correlation between the two techniques (?~2=80.00, P=0.00). Conclusion The two assay methods, IHC and FISH showed a good coincidence in the detection of Her-2/neu status in mammary cancer tissues.

Chinese Journal of Nosocomiology 2009;0(13):-
OBJECTIVE To explore a management method for the prevention and control of infectious diseases in hospital. METHODS We applied the PDCA (plan,do,check and action) model to establish a management strategy for the prevention and control of infectious diseases for three years. The components of the management model included providing educational program for medical staff, designing and realizing direct network system for infectious disease reporting, monitoring diagnosed infectious diseases ,analyzing their epidemic tendency, guiding medical staff to prevent and control infectious diseases, and strengthening the surveillance, feedback, rewards and punishment. RESULTS The rate of delayed or missed report of infectious diseases was decreased from 5% to 1.1% by monthly check and from 6.8% to 0% by seasonally cross check. Although 46 cases of AIDS,5 cases of caesarean birth with HIV possitive and 1445 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease were admitted in our hospital,No medical staff and other patients was crossly infected. CONCLUSIONS Our way of management based on PDCA model can strengthen the prevention and control of infectious diseases and assure medical quality and patient safety.
