1.Influencing factors on the choice of public or private hospitals by middle:Aged and elderly pa-tients
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(5):31-36
This paper uses the binomial logistic regression model and the 2011 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study ( CHALRS) to analyze the influencing factors on the choice of public or private hospitals by mid-dle-aged and elderly patients. The study finds that rural residents are significantly influenced by the self-evaluation of health, on-demand clinic consultation, and the use of basic medical insurance systems. There is a higher probability that patients that are not as healthy and that require clinical consultation or the use of the basic medical insurance sys-tem will choose public hospitals. The study concludes that elderly patients have greater trust in public hospitals when they seek treatment for disease risks. Moreover, the fixed points of medical insurance are concentrated in public hos-pitals, thereby prompting patients to choose public hospitals. It is suggested that the prevention and control of senile diseases be strengthened, the level of hospital consulting services be improved, and the access mechanisms of medi-cal insurance fixed point hospitals be adjusted.
2.Key factors in design of case report form.
Acta Pharmaceutica Sinica 2015;50(11):1452-1455
Case report form (CRF) is a key document for data collection in clinical trials. A well-designed CRF is required for database construction, data accuracy, data query/cleaning, CRF completion and statistical analysis. A well-defined process or SOP should be in place for CRF design. Data collection should fully meet the demand of study protocol. The layout of CRF should be clear with well-structured fields and standard coding for fields.

Chinese Journal of Analytical Chemistry 2014;(11):1697-1701
Salteffectinhigh-voltageassistedlaserdesorptionionizationmassspectrometry(HALDI-MS)has been studied under both positive and negative ion modes using L-tyrosine, β-cyclodextrin, α-lipoic acid, as well as the complex formed between α-lipoic acid and β-cyclodextrin as the test analytes. Compared the mass spectra obtained with and without the addition of salt, it is found that HALDI-MS can tolerate a higher amount of salt than electro spray ionization mass spectrometry ( ESI-MS) . Also, the addition of salt can enhance the HALDI-MS signal intensity of the complex ion of α-lipoic acid and β-cyclodextrin, and we suggest that such signal-enhancement effect is due to the formation of the three component complex consisting of α-lipoic acid,β-cyclodextrin and the positive ion of the salt.

[Objective]To initially approach the role of lumbar facet joint derived inflammatory factors in degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis. [Methods]Totally 75 cases of degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis(LSCS)(n=41)and lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)(n=34) undergoing posterior lumbar spinal surgery in our department were evaluated in terms of the extent of degenerative arthrosis according to the Weishaup grading criteria. The grading of backleg pain, melosalgia and functional impairment were recorded. The excised lumbar facet joints were collected as species. The content of interleukin-1? and tumor necrosis factor-? in the species were determined by ELISA.[Results]There was no TNF-? detected in both of the two groups.More IL-1? was detected in degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis group than that in lumbar intervertebral disc herniation group. It was demonstrated that the content of IL-1? in the species increased as the degeneration of lumbar facet joint sharpened.IL-1?-positive cases in degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis group showed higher grading of backleg pain, melosalgia and functional impairment.[Conclusion]The cartilage of degenerative lumbar spinal canal produced more IL-1?.Lumbar facet joint derived inflammatory factors might be one of the reasons that cause backleg pain and melosalgia and functional impairment in degenerative lumbar spinal canal stenosis patients.

Aim To investigate the desensitization characteristics of neuronal ?4?2、?4?4 and ?7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptors heterologously expressed in the SH-EP1 cell line stimulated by prolonged of repetitive application of agonist. Methods The Whole cell recording configuration of patch-clamp technique was used to study the desensitization characteristics of ?4?2、?4?4 and ?7-nAChRs in cultured SH-EP1 cells three days after passage by rapid application of nicotine onto the soma of the cells. Results Inward currents were elicited by rapid application of agonist in all the three types of SH-EP1 cells in a concentration-dependent manner.?7-nAChRs desensitized the fastest and deepest in the three while ?4?4-nAChRs the slowest and lightest under prolonged stimulation.?4?2-nAChRs desensitized the fastest in the three under repetitive stimulation while ?4?4 and ?7-nAChRs didn't have obvious desensitization. Conclusion When stimulated by prolonged of repetitive application of agonist, neuronal ?4?2、?4?4 and ?7-nicotinic acetylcholine receptors had different desensitization characteristics, which is possibly associated with their roles in organophosphate poisoning inducing persistent stimulation of excessive accumulation of endogenous ACh and in nicotine addiction inducing repetitive stimulation of nicotine.
6.Drawing up a Job Self-regulation Questionnaire for Airline Pilots
Space Medicine & Medical Engineering 2006;0(03):-
Objective To draw up a job self-regulation questionnaire for airline pilots and to evaluate its reliabilities and validities. Methods A job self-regulation questionnaire was developed based on documents and interviews. In order to examine the validity,208 airline pilots of CAAC were tested and 31 department leaders of them were interviewed. Results The self-regulation of airline pilot was composed of eight key dimensions, which had been examined in the confirmatory factor analysis. The Cronbach of full questionnaire was ?=0.743,and the reliability of each dimension was beyond Cronbach ?=0.516.Coefficient of stability of the questionnaire was beyond 0.606(P

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1986;0(06):-
AIM To study the effect of ATP sensitive potassium channel(K ATP ) opener pinacidil on the current induced by nicotine in cultured rat superior cervical ganglia. METHOD Whole cell patch clamp technique. RESULTS Pinacidil inhibited nicotine induced current when in higher dose(100 ?mol?L -1 ), but had no effect on the desensitization of nicotinic receptors. K ATP antagonist glibenclamide didn't influence the inhibitory effect of pinacidil on nicotinic current. CONCLUSION Pinacidil had an inhibitory effect on nicotine induced current in rat superior cervical ganglia and this effect wasn't mediated by K ATP .
8.Interactions of nicotinic and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors

Chinese Pharmacological Bulletin 1987;0(01):-
Nicotinic and muscarinic acetylcholine receptors have the same endogenous ligand ACh and are distributed together in many tissues, so it is reasonable to believe that there must be some interactions existed between them. The functions of muscarinic receptors in the tissues innervated by the parasympathetic cholinergic postfibers, can be modulated by the ganglionic nicotinic receptors through stimulating ACh release. In ganglia, the postsynaptic nicotinic receptor activities can be modulated by the presynaptic muscarinic and nicotinic autoreceptors through regulating ACh release. Moreover, The functions of muscarinic receptors can be changed by nicotinic receptor desensitization or blockade. The two types of receptor act on each other and keep in a varied homeostasis of cholinergic nervous system.
