1.Influencing factors on the choice of public or private hospitals by middle:Aged and elderly pa-tients
Chinese Journal of Health Policy 2015;(5):31-36
This paper uses the binomial logistic regression model and the 2011 China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study ( CHALRS) to analyze the influencing factors on the choice of public or private hospitals by mid-dle-aged and elderly patients. The study finds that rural residents are significantly influenced by the self-evaluation of health, on-demand clinic consultation, and the use of basic medical insurance systems. There is a higher probability that patients that are not as healthy and that require clinical consultation or the use of the basic medical insurance sys-tem will choose public hospitals. The study concludes that elderly patients have greater trust in public hospitals when they seek treatment for disease risks. Moreover, the fixed points of medical insurance are concentrated in public hos-pitals, thereby prompting patients to choose public hospitals. It is suggested that the prevention and control of senile diseases be strengthened, the level of hospital consulting services be improved, and the access mechanisms of medi-cal insurance fixed point hospitals be adjusted.
2.Establishment of Quality Control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning Capsules
China Pharmacist 2017;20(4):766-768
Objective:To establish the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules. Methods:A TLC method was used to identify Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis;an HPLC method was used to determine tetrahydropalmatine in Rhizoma Corydalis (processed with vinegar). Results:The specific spots of Panax Notoginseng and Radix Angelica Pubescentis were presented clearly by TLC without interference from the negative control;the linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 1.95-24.40 μg·ml-1 (r=0.999 9);the average recovery was 99.2%(RSD=1.51%,n=6).Conclusion:The method is simple, feasible and reproducible, which can be used for the quality control of Chuanqi Zhennaoning capsules.
3.A co-word analysis of the research progress in feeding behavior in China
Chinese Journal of Practical Nursing 2017;33(z1):81-83
Objective The study implemented the co-word approach to analyze Chinese literatures on feeding behavior published over the recent fifteen years, aiming to explore the research status and progress of the field and provide a foundation for further studies. Methods Literatures on the Chinese National Knowledge Integrated Database were searched using feeding behavior as theme and limiting published time fromJanuary 1,2001toJanuary 18,2017.those fitting in the criteria were included into the study. Keywords statistics and analysis were conducted by using Excel, and a co-occurrence analysis diagram was drawn by using Ucinet 6.237 and Netdraw to visualize the co-occurrence between frequently occurred keywords. Results A total of 467 literatures were included and 28 frequently occurred keywords were extracted for co-word analysis, revealing the correlations between the keywords. The results showed that the studies on feeding behavior in China had focused on infant, nutritional status, breastfeeding, complementary feeding and so on. The feeding difficulty, eating behavior, feeding behaviors for sick children had remained to be studied. Conclusion Domestic research on the current feeding behavior of caregivers is not yet comprehensive .There is an urgent need for a major parental feeding behavior scale for infants and young children, which is the main tool for assessing the feeding behavior of infants and young children. It provides scientific basis for feeding behavior problems and intervention.

OBJECTIVE To investigate the changing pattern of clinical pathogens and the antibiotic resistance.METHODS The statistics of MRSA and MSSA isolated clinically in Hubei Province during from 2002 to 2005 was collected and analyzed.RESULTS The resistance rate of MRSA to various antibiotics was higher than that of MSSA.The resistance rate of MRSA to tetracyclines decreased yearly.CONCLUSIONS Multidrug resistance of MRSA to the most antibiotics is not improving.Vancomycin possesses the strongest activity for MRSA.However, the resistance of MSSA to the most antibiotics is improving.

Objective To further identify the isolated Mycoplasma genitalium (Mg) from the high risk population of STD in China. Mothods The morphology of Mg standard strains and clinical isolates were observed under electron microscopy (EM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Mg sample preparation for AFM was fixed on mica and AFM images of scanning observation were captured by contacting and tapping modes and operated under normal atmospheric pressure and temperature. Results and Conclusion Mg had a diversity of shapes, including flask, pear, spindle or round shape with projecting neck portion and slightly broadened terminal structure under EM. The morphologic features under AFM were similar to those observed by EM. The typical Mg showed shapes of flask and pear with noticeable narrow ring or mark in the neck portion. The size of Mg measured under EM and AFM was similar as well. Mycoplasma

Objective To study the expression characteristics of cytokeratin 19(CK19) in different live tissues from victims with third-degree burns to explore the possible mechanisms of tissue reparation and regeneration in orthophoria. Methods 10 young victims with third-degree burns were included in this study.Alive tissues at different regeneration stages were studied by immunohistochemistry with streptavidin-biotin-peroxidase method using specific anti-CK19 monoclonal antibody. Only cytoplasm expression was considered as specific.Normal skin tissue and chronic skin ulcer were used as controls. The study was focused on the distribution and morphological features of CK19-positive cells. Results ⑴In normal skin ,CK19-positive cells were seen in basialis layer of epiderm and cutaneous appendages.⑵CK19-positive cells were not found in subcutaneous tissue at 3~6 days after the injury, but they were seen in granulation tissues.⑶A lot of CK19-positive cells were detected in early regeneration tissues.⑷In late regeneration tissues,CK19-positive cells were detected in basialis layer of epiderm and cutaneous appendages.⑸Advanced regenerationed epidermal tissue was similar to that of normal.⑹No CK19-positive cells were observed in all of 6 cases with chronic skin ulcer. Conclusion It is possible that victims with third-degree burns could be healed by tissue regeneration orthophoria.
